Bright and open space, plenty of indoor and patio seating. Place was kept clean and tidy. Friendly staff as well. We had the Chicken and Gyro Meat Plate, and a mango passionfruit tea. The location is convenient if you are at the mall anyway and the inside is nice, looks new, open. The food is good. Tastes good. Looks good. Cooked well. What I noticed in my opinion is that the size of the portion seems to be smaller and the price seems to have gone up. The employees were nice, friendly, etc. The 1 helping me might have been new as he was not sure of many things and couldn't answer some of the questions that I asked. He also did something when entering my order which caused the manager to have to cancel, refund, re-ring my order. I haven't experienced this at other locations so only giving 3 stars. I ordered the loaded fries and a Mediterranean Greek salad both were like $3.29 extra with chicken or gyro meat. Like $15 each. The Salad does not even come with Pita's and I think that it used to. I ordered DoorDash to my house for her and I. 2 santorini bowls, my first bite was into a undercooked price of chicken and made me puke. Not one but 3 prices were undercooked between both of our santorini bowls. I called the store to report the issue and the manager was not friendly nor did he seem to care. First I'd like to give recognition to the manager. He was very friendly. He greeted everybody as they walked in and out. He also helped clear the tables. As somebody who has formally worked in the fast food business it's rare that a manager steps up and helps his employees to that extent. Now that I got that out of the way, I'd like to say the food was a 10 out of 10. This was my first time here I'm a very picky eater and I rarely give anybody five stars.
