One detail I especially appreciated was her willingness to honor special requests--she arranged for a tres leches cake from a local bakery for dessert, which was a huge hit. On the day of the event, Jenna met me an hour early so I could set up extra decorations like flowers, a banner, and place cards. That extra time made a big difference and helped everything feel personal and organized. After about 45 minutes, we decided to ask for our order to be packed to go. That's when we found out our original server had already left without handing our table off to another employee. Our order had been entered into the system but was never brought out, and no one noticed. What made the experience even more frustrating was that there were several employees standing around at the front and only a couple of other tables in the restaurant. It was surprising that no one realized we'd been sitting there without food or service for so long.
