It was my first time here with my wife and mother in law and we had a pleasant experience! The food was really good, tasted clean and the sauce was yummy. Big shout out to Alisha for attentive and kind when she delivered our food. They had messed up on my order by giving me a the shrimp when I wanted another Kobedeh and they said they'd get it right away and left me with the shrimp which I appreciated. The customer service we received was extremely upsetting. The two staff members at the front register, Vanessa and Ophelia, were very unprofessional and had a poor attitude. Additionally, the chef was unpleasant and seemed irritated when I asked a question regarding hummus portion sizes. Our experience was further marred by the following issues:   - Wait Time: my husband waited over 30 minutes for a small order of hummus and a "pita melt" while I and waited in the car with my son. During this time, he witnessed another couple--who ordered after him--receive their food and complimentary drinks for their wait, while he was ignored.   - Order Accuracy: After finally receiving our food, he discovered that he was given a Mediterranean melt instead of the pita melt.   - Management Response: When he called to complain, Ophelia identified herself as the shift lead but maintained a dismissive attitude. When he explained the situation, she asked, "What do you want to do about it?" and eventually hung up on us after we mentioned contacting corporate.   - Discount Policy: we were also denied a family discount that is typically honored at the Beach Blvd location, though the staff's delivery of this information was notably rude. We are very upset by this experience and hope that appropriate action is taken. This level of service is unacceptable, and we wanted to ensure this was brought to the attention of the higher management. We have emailed guest relations but we also needed to also bring it to attention here. read more

June 8th - 7:25pm was when I picked up my order. First thing, I was right in front at the register, instead of assisting me, the young dark hair female staff with the most stank face and tone, decided to help the next customer. No problem at all, must be an accident. After that customer, it was then my turn to be helped (not sure if helped is the correct word, since she seemed like she doesn't want to be there) still with the same expression and tone. Bad days happen, totally normal. But that experience was definitely interesting. I guess anyone can be hired nowadays. Hopefully she can replicate that experience so other customers can relate. read more

Checked out Luna Grill at Bella Terra for lunch today, and I was not disappointed! The space is clean and cozy, and the service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Crunch Pita with gyro meat. It paired nicely with all the fixings of hummus, pickled cucumbers, romaine, and creamy cilantro sauce, yum! On the side I got the loaded fries - seasoned fries with oregano, tomato, pickled red onions, garlic feta sauce, and spicy feta for a nice zing! Will be back to try more menu options. Sunday 6/7/2026 4:00ish I highly appreciate the Five Star customer service. Just so kind, helpful, respectful. Smiles, customer care. I love it when you're indecisive and someone helps you decide it makes suggestions and explains the menu. They were so accommodating. Cleaned the table outside when there we so many table choices and I chose specific. Brought me a bag so I could add ice so my son's drink could be cold since I left it in the car. Food came hot. I was feeling a little tight in the wallet but I decided to make that sacrifice cause I was hungry, blood sugar issues and exhausted, but the customer service made it all worth it. read more

In the Family Meal for 6 (6 Chicken, House Salad, Tzatziki Sauce) and Family Meal for 4 (4 Gyro Meat, House Salad, Spicy Harissa Hummus) with Pita Bread, my favorite has to be the chicken with pita bread and Tzatziki sauce! This place never fails.. I'm also obsessed with the Santorini bowl. I think its perfect for that person that likes a little of everything. The pickled onion, olives, kale, couscous, hummus and chicken with rice is definitely fulfilling. The chicken is always juicy and fresh. My husband orders usually orders the chicken flat cut plate. I usually take his garlic sauce and a little pita slice. . That garlic sauce is addictive. It has a good garlic kick! Service is always great. They gave me half the normal serving of tzatziki sauce, which a full serving is already way too small for the price of the food.
