I ordered in store and they were very quick! Took about 10 mins and my food was ready. There was a lot of food and we had plenty of leftover rice! All the sides are great and you know it's an amazing place if the rice is da bomb. I could just eat the rice by itself, it's perfectly done and has so much flavor on its own. We went to eat at your zankou location on beach blvd in Huntington Beach on 02/25/2026 at 3:43PM and tried to use a paper gift card for $20 which was given to me as a gift. Unfortunately there was a rude employee by the name of Frank with glasses who refused to honour it. He claimed that it had to be like a credit card. My card number is 5235233202434323 it was a paper one with a QR code. I end up paying for the food which was $22.60. Can someone from your company explain to me what is the process. I first fell in love with it when I lived in LA with a location nearby because it was the only really healthy food around, and I have to say that no matter the location, the quality and consistency always is the same! My husband and I now live in Irvine and we will take the trek to go to this location since it's the closest to us! They make ordering very easy with online, call in or at the establishment options so there's no excuse to not try it! This location in particular have the SWEETEST and most personable staff! You have to try their garlic sauce!!! I absolutely love their hummus but every time I start on the garlic sauce, that is the only thing I reach for! The breading is nice and soft and fully supports its content without being too thick and overbearing. If you're looking to control your portions, this is a great choice, as it is not heavy nor large. The combo plate is filling and comes with two choices of skewers/kabobs, cucumber salad, spiced onions, rice, a roasted tomato, hummus, and pita bread. The chicken is perfectly-cooked and well-seasoned, and the shish kabob is tender and juicy! I love hummus, and this hummus is on point! The onions were the perfect complement of flavours, too. The cucumber salad and rice were fair, but I was so happy to get two yellow chili peppers to add some spice to the flavour profile. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, so you can choose to enjoy fresh air and sun or pop music with air conditioning. The parking lot size is fair, but there are many businesses in this plaza, so during peak hours, I can see how parking can be a burden. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, answering my questions about the food and quick to offer recommendations. I thought I should give them a second chance with the chicken instead of the kebab.
