Rachel was phenomenal and attentive, and just a delight to meet. I did not get the name of the gentleman who also assisted us, but he was very nice and helpful as well. Ohh and the manager, I think it was, passed out flowers to everyone for Mothers Day, which I thought was just such a kind gesture. Everyone here seems to value their work and believe in their product, which always makes the experience that much better. The restaurant is clean, bright, and nice; very laid back and casual. The food was incredible!! Normally I don't like falafel because everywhere I have had it, it's too dry for me and I cough. This place though.. the falafel was niiice and, well I don't know if juicy is the right word but it was definitely not dry! And the schug was amazinggggg. Normally when I go to greek/Mediterranean places, I get gyro, but the chicken just looked incredible. And it WAS. Very tender and nicely seasoned. Fries were beautiful and CRISPY. Rice and side salad were perfect. Pita and tzatziki were delicious. Everything was just so pleasant and refreshing. Oh omg and I thought it was absolutely adorable that they had a little coloring contest where "all little lunatics" were welcome to enter! Look out, Luna Grill. Luna Grill in Moorpark has quickly become one of my absolute favorite spots in town. The quality and quantity of their meals are a tremendous value--every dish feels fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. You truly get more than you pay for, which is rare these days. The staff is warm, home-style friendly, and always makes you feel like you're settling in for a meal at a family member's house. The welcoming atmosphere is led by their excellent manager, Juan, whose presence sets the tone for genuine hospitality every time we visit. The restaurant itself is spotless, with ample seating both inside and outside, making it easy to enjoy a relaxed meal no matter the crowd. And speaking of important things--they proudly serve Coke products, which for me is worth celebrating all on its own. Their loyalty program is one of the most generous I've seen from any fast-casual restaurant. You actually feel rewarded for being a regular customer. Why did we wait so long to try this place!? We went today for the first time and were thoroughly impressed! I had the chicken kabob with the peach burrata salad. Both were amazing! The chicken was tender, moist and so flavorful! They removed it from the stick to serve with the salad. The salad was delicious as well. Little chunks of peach sweetness, creamy burrata, some toasted nuts and tangy citrusy dressing made for a unique and delicious salad. The combo together will now go on my list of cravings! Joseph behind the counter was super helpful as well with us newbies there. He is Very kind and you can tell he has a passion for this place and wants to give you a great experience. Juan the cook gets a shout out too. If you are willing to wait a few extra minutes than you would at a fast food place, you will get a healthy, tasty made to order meal. Hello hello Luna Grill! So, first off, as someone who's on a diet and trying to lose weight, this place is perfect. The amount of protein meals have is on the menu, which is very convenient. It's also very nice to eat there because of how clean everything is inside. Anyways, I went in last week to get something after the gym. Seeing they didn't have shrimp (which was my favorite), I asked the worker for a recommendation. I told her I wanted something fresh and light, so she recommended the peach and burrata salad. And man, was she right, that salad was to die for! I was worried the hot honey dressing, which comes with the salad was too spicy, so she gave me the signature Luna vinegarette on the side too and said I can see which I like better. My boyfriend and I came here last night for a late dinner. I ordered the Lunatic Sampler and my boyfriend ordered a plate with koobideh. Ana took our order and Cienna brought our food. At first, she brought my plate, but not my boyfriend's, and she apologized and said they were remaking my boyfriend's plate because the koobideh fell apart. We were amazed! We would have totally taken it as it was because we were hungry, but for a place to insist on remaking an order unprompted is otherworldly customer service. They brought out the koobideh just a few minutes after and, of course, it was delicious! This was our second time here because we LOVE it; it's been a pleasant experience each time. I've eaten here maybe 4 times since they've opened, and I have not been disappointed once! The food is delicious and i believe to be a great portion, i usually have left overs for later which i love. The food was definitely a nice surprise, exceeding my expectations for both quality and quantity. Truly a big and very tasty chicken kabob, and great portions of Greek salad, Humus and pita! Today was my husband's second time there and he recommended for us to go there together with the kids. For the first time being in this place, I can say it was a really positive experience for us. Today was my first time eating at Luna Grill. Right away the gentleman at the counter was very kind and offered to go over the menu with me which was very helpful as I had never been there before so I really appreciated that. I love the rewards program where kids eat free Mon-Thurs because it makes our option to go out to dinner as a family much more manageable. And my picky kids all found something they love!
