Food was great, order was missing an item, & customer service was just ok. I had placed an online order & was waiting for it while in the restaurant. I decided to go to counter & order a drink since I was going to be waiting awhile -restaurant was extremely busy & packed with people so I didn't mind. I approach the counter & a bigger man with dark hair, whose name read "Julian" on the receipt took my order for the cup. After he handed me my cup, but before my receipt even printed he turned around to gossip with another female who was also behind the counter. Another employee reached over from where he was and handed me the receipt & was much kinder. The big guy could have waited the extra minute before turning to gossip, it was just a little rude. I understand there are many things needing to be done behind the counter as I've also worked in a similar restaurant/food industry. But the customers experience should come first. Tables were dirty & were not cleaned after being used. Customers were wiping their own tables actually which is quite hard since kids & rice don't usually stay in one place. With three people behind the counter & no long lines or lines at all, there was time to get this done. The trash was also so full you couldn't add another thing in it, so customers were taking their trash to an outside bin. It's ok for one person to move from behind the counter to make sure the dining area is in decent standing, but Julian was too busy gossiping to notice. He was wearing a black shirt so I assume he was maybe the one who was supposed to be running things - if not, who ever was in charge should put more emphasis on how their restaurant looks from a customer perspective. read more

I came here yesterday and ordered a chicken kabob and ground sirloin plate. I think it's totally disgusting and gross to eat behind the counter. Especially when you are handling sauces that are going into the same container as people's food. I watched an employee eat, not wash her hands and handle sauces while putting in a customers container of food. I also have video of this employee doing this as well. Thankfully, she took another bite and then washed her hands before touching my sauces or food. Trust me, I was watching her like a hawk and if she didn't wash her hands it was about to go down. Ordered from this location two weeks ago. They canceled the order because it was too late and have yet to refund me. Thought I'd give them another chance. Everything was cold. Brrrrr. The order was missing rice from both plates. They took it upon themselves to substitute nothing for the rice on one plate and a salad covered in onions for the person who is allergic to onions. The portions seem small except for the absolute mountain of hummus. I wish I knew the employee's name but he was very attentive and asked if I wanted some water while I waited. He greeted everyone who walked into the place. He was even dancing and whistling. Tried Luna for the first time tonight. It was just okay, food was good. They only give you one little dressing even with the large salad. The pita bread was only three small pieces. I did curbside pickup, they were right on time. For dessert they have a carrot cake cookie. It was good, cost $2.00 but is very, very small. It was about the size of a silver dollar. I don't know if they charge for extra dressing or tzatziki sauce, but be sure to order extra! I'll give the place one more try and will do another review. The first time I went to Luna the price of things seemed a bit high for a quick lunch on my meal break. After eating the food I knew it was worth it. The service was great. They helped me figure out what I'm the menu was safe for me, a vegan, to eat, and they were very kind and courteous. The falafel is great, the hummus is delicious, the pita is the perfect texture. The inside of the restaurant gives you a feel that is higher than fast food but not quite fine dining. Something akin to a Rubio's experience.
