I had the Chicken Bowl and my husband had the Chicken Kabob! Both were so very fresh. The General Mgr Robert welcomed us and then stopped at our table to check on our experience and to have a conversation. We said that we couldn't wait to come back. We couldn't wait and came back today. The place is very clean, peaceful vibe, fresh and DELICIOUS!! So we went to get 2 chicken pita sandwiches that come with fries, an apple walnut salad, and the loaded fries. They said it would take 10 minutes.... and it took 25. I get it, they got a big order right before us maybe. Or online orders. That's fine. We grabbed our bag of food and went home to open it up.... to reveal the most disappointing array of food. The chicken pitas were instead the "Modern Greek" wraps.. that don't come with fries... and were absolutely disgusting. The wraps were stale and cold and it was 80% olives. One of us is allergic to olives... and the little chicken that was in there was seasonless, tofu tasting rubber. The salad was SAD. Just a block, not crumbles, of Bleu cheese, a small cluster of walnuts and cranberries, like topping of a like it ice cream at cold stone cluster, and 4 slices of apple. Like half an apple. What happened to the rest of my apple?!? The loaded fries were fine. But the rest sucks. Tasteless, seasonless.... it tastes like my grandma that thinks flour is a spice made it. read more

Kinda disappointing. Gave myself a full 30 minutes for lunch. It's a Wednesday 11am. Walked into the location. The only people eating were a few employees. Ordered my meal. Lunatic sampler with spicy hummus and a medium drink. I really enjoy the non soda options they have and planned on taking my drink with me to work afterwards to enjoy all day. Walk over to the beverage station, and all the juices were empty and the peach iced tea was out. Super let down. I'm a returning customer and my last visit was the final to this location. The wait was longer than quoted and others were getting their food before me when they ordered after I did. I saw my food sitting in the window; the cooks kept forgetting things and the expediter had to keep reminding them. By the time I ate (about 10 min after it was handed to me) my pita was hard, the fries were soggy and oily, the salad was sitting in water, and the chicken was cold and dry.
