When your hubby treats you to a mani and a pedi before the baby girl arrives, you know it's time to visit Luna's for some pampering. The staff is caring and friendly, and they serve complimentary drinks. They accepted my walk-in in the morning. They had a good TV playing on both sides. I got to watch Virgin River on the left while tuning into Temptation Island on the right, lol. I was in lady football heaven.

Updating my review because this is my favorite nail salon! They took me in last minute, I was the last one to leave the place at 8:30pm! All 3 nail techs were very sweet and I appreciate their work, as I am a very particularly picky client.

Got my nails here done the other week. Very clean salon, they have an iPad to check in and offer free beverages upon arrival. They accept Zelle! My nails came out cute - got a Gel X set with airbrush and some designs for $95. My only ick about the place - which results in the lower rating - is for my nail tech who did my nails. Tracy was quite rude. I came in the evening and I figured she must've been tired from the day so I brushed off her attitude when I would try talking to her - asking her about her day, how long she's been doing nails, etc. However, she made a comment in Vietnamese (little did she know I spoke Vietnamese too...) saying I was lam phiền (bothersome) and khó chịu (difficult) because I had asked her to extend the airbrush effect wider across the nails and move one of the stars more inward.. very unprofessional I would love to come back again and try another nail tech though. The guy in the front was very nice and helpful

Retention was really good and I loved the complimentary drink. The service was also good the staff was nice, my nails lasted for my week vacation to the beach and for 2 weeks after. They would've lasted longer but my natural nails were getting too long so I had to cut the acrylic off.

I've been coming here for the past 4 months now and I've never looked else where since. I've been across many nail techs, but the most attentive, communicative, and helpful was definitely Kelly (she goes by Kay since there are two Kelly's). She was amazing!!! She gave recommendations, talked to me about my nail health and when I should take a break from Gel-X, she was happy to show me the colors I was debating about, and after every nail shaped and color applied she asked if I was happy with it. She also gave me a phone stand as she saw I was struggling to use my phone during the appointment. Absolutely wonderful nail tech and person in general. She's my new fav. They are all wonderful here but she was the first nail tech to disclose the price before the work began and I absolutely appreciate that. Thank you Kelly (Kay) !

Great service. Attentive customer service. Friendly service and they start on time. I was able to get an appointment by reaching out to them via Yelp. The estimate time for a response was an hour but they got back to me within 3 minutes. I was able to get an appointment right away. They always have soft music playing. It's a very zen place even though it's busy. I love coming here.

Think I've found my new nail salon! I reached out for a quote on Yelp and received a response right away and they were able to accommodate me within a few hours. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. The ambiance was nice and calm and the salon appeared clean. I paid $65 for a new gel x set and $10 for removal of my previous set. I really appreciated that my nail tech included a manicure after the removal which I was in desperate need of! She worked efficiently, but took her time where needed and I was in and out in about an hour which was great. I am extremely happy with my nails and will definitely be back! Also, if you can bring cash you will save a small surcharge on card processing. read more

I came here twice already and both times I've felt like I was about to get infection. If you do come do not let any of the males work on you. The man that did my acrylics left them all bumpy and disfigured, and definitely do not go to the older male for a pedi guy kept filling my actual toes (literally couldn't hold drill straight) I'm not a person that complains a lot I get my nails done every two weeks religiously but I lost my cool and completely said "I can't I need someone else." I'm not like that. I don't complain too much. I deal with it and move on but what worries me about this place is the fact that my pinky almost got an infection the first time I went, and then my big toe felt like it was getting infected. I thought about not leaving a review but I really don't think this place is a five star salon. read more

My entire experience here was AMAZING. A lot of the places I get my nails done at do not also do a manicure when getting a full set but they did and took amazing care of my bitten nails (bad habit) Sky did my nails amazingly. Absolutely obsessed with this nail salon!! I'm not sure where to even start with how happy I was with my experience, but I'll list a few: -I had two ingrown toenails & Sky helped to remove them properly (instead of just cutting the nail as a temporary fix). It's been almost a month and they haven't come back yet! -Luna did my dip full set and got the perfect shape that I haven't been able to achieve at any other nail salons -I get severe allergic reactions if any product goes on my skin, but I didn't have any reaction after my visit here! -Staff was super polite and made sure I was comfortable and pleased with the progress of my nails the whole time -They were playing Breaking Bad and Blacklist which are so much better than the news or random clip art slideshows (in my opinion) -There was construction outside so one of the employees physically came out to the parking lot and walked me inside which was so nice.. -overall very clean & friendly! I live about 40 minutes away but commute to my job out here in upland and have started scheduling my nail appts around my work schedule just so I can go to this exact spot read more

Decided to give this place a try when it first open and found a new favorite nail salon. :) They barely opened a few weeks ago so there's not much customers yet. Everything is clean and it's a family run business by mother and daughters so I feel so comfortable talking to them and let them know exactly what I wanted. After searching for a good place to go, I stumbled upon this busy and saw the reviews so I figured we'd give it a try. Upon arrival my daughter and I were greeted by a very sweet and friendly young lady. She helped get checked in and we were quickly guided to our pedicure chairs. I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience at your salon. My wife and I decided to treat ourselves for our anniversary, and your salon truly exceeded our expectations. I've had pedicures before, but I often felt out of place at other nail salons. However, your establishment was fantastic, and I have never been to a nail salon quite like yours. The complimentary drinks were a great touch, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that you even offer beer for the guys. I would have enjoyed one if it weren't so early in the day. The team went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, and the manager consistently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to the wonderful lady who took care of me; she was very kind and did an excellent job. I left feeling relaxed and pampered. I went back today after deciding I needed them shaved down and let me tell you, the girl who came to talk to me is lucky that I have anger control. Because boy was she asking for a fight. She mocked me, spoke to me sarcastically, rolled her eyes, gave me a death glare, and basically called me stupid. I got up and told her she was so f**ckin rude, and walked out before something bigger happened. All because I wanted my nails shaved down. Which by the way, I was absolutely overcharged for. Somehow, my mani pedi was $130. Anyways, the place appears clean at first glance but all Of their instruments are reused without washing or sanitizing and dirty. When they brush your nails off with the large kabuki brush, you can literally feel everyone else's nail dust on the brush. The tools used for the woman who had just left were put on a cart and rolled over to be used on me. Those sanitizing autoclaves are just for show. They're not actually on. Not a single tool was pulled out of a clean package. So if you want attitude, to be talked to like you're an idiot, and have dirty instruments used on you, this is the right place for you.

Afterward, her nails had severe damage, including what appeared to be very deep "rings of fire" from filing. She ultimately had to have the nails professionally removed, and even after removal, there was still a substantial amount of damage to the natural nails. Some of her nails were left extremely thin and damaged, with some appearing to have been cut or split significantly. Her cuticles were also cut excessively, which added to the discomfort and overall negative experience. We understand that nail services require filing and preparation, but the level of damage and pain she experienced was far beyond what we would consider acceptable. A professional nail appointment should not leave someone's natural nails in this condition. Overall, she left extremely disappointed and would not feel comfortable returning. We hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and reviews its techniques and practices to prevent another customer from having a similar experience. The nails are excessively thick, the zebra design looks poorly executed, and the stones on my thumb are dull, crooked, and missing in several areas, leaving obvious gaps. What is even more concerning is that the zebra design on my index finger has already smeared after only a few days. A set of nails at this price point should not be falling apart almost immediately. For $105, I expected professional-quality work, attention to detail, and durability. Instead, I received a set that looks unfinished and is already showing significant defects. This level of workmanship is unacceptable.
