I called & was able to come in for a pedicure within 10 minutes. They welcomed me & helped me soon as I walked in. The salon is very clean with a luxurious vibe. They also have complimentary beverages. She took her time & gave me an amazing pedicure & painted my French tip as requested. 10/10 recommend

I've been coming here for the past 4 months now and I've never looked else where since. I've been across many nail techs, but the most attentive, communicative, and helpful was definitely Kelly (she goes by Kay since there are two Kelly's). She was amazing!!! She gave recommendations, talked to me about my nail health and when I should take a break from Gel-X, she was happy to show me the colors I was debating about, and after every nail shaped and color applied she asked if I was happy with it. She also gave me a phone stand as she saw I was struggling to use my phone during the appointment. Absolutely wonderful nail tech and person in general. She's my new fav. They are all wonderful here but she was the first nail tech to disclose the price before the work began and I absolutely appreciate that. Thank you Kelly (Kay) !

This is the third time I've been here and I will never be going back again. I went in for a simple pedicure and the nails on my feet were fine. When I left the nail salon I noticed that she rounded both my big toes. I'm absolutely livid and I've always kept my nails straight and I've never rounded my toes ever. She didn't even do a good job either way. Now im worried that I might get ingrown toe nails as a result of this. Do better! You're a nail salon and your nail techs shouldn't do doing such a terrible job. I'm so upset there was no need to ruin my nails like she did. I'm horrified by this entire situation.

I was happy coming here the first times I came. However last time I went I was extremely disappointed. I got a gel pedi with French tip. The one I got was $43. And I also got a set of acrylics. I got medium length almond square cat eye. I somehow got charged $150ish. I should have asked a break down because when I got home and did the calculations, the service I got did NOT add up. Nor did they mention about up pricing on anything. Not to mention my HORRIBLE French tip. They drew a line across my toe. And it didn't even connect to the end of the nail. I've never had a French tip done so poorly. I was expecting much more. I wanted to cry when I got home. Please ask for specific pricing because these people will scam you. I do want to make it clear the pic I took now from the time I got the service done was back in March.

I recently moved to the area so I tried out Luna Nails for the first time. They are so friendly and accommodating. This is probably the best manicure I've ever had. I always have short nails so I'm usually afraid to get designs. But I got a black French manicure because I wanted to do something different, and they did such an incredible job. So happy! Only $40 for gel with the design. Will definitely be back soon :)

I came here twice already and both times I've felt like I was about to get infection. If you do come do not let any of the males work on you. The man that did my acrylics left them all bumpy and disfigured, and definitely do not go to the older male for a pedi guy kept filling my actual toes (literally couldn't hold drill straight) I'm not a person that complains a lot I get my nails done every two weeks religiously but I lost my cool and completely said "I can't I need someone else." I'm not like that. I don't complain too much. I deal with it and move on but what worries me about this place is the fact that my pinky almost got an infection the first time I went, and then my big toe felt like it was getting infected. I thought about not leaving a review but I really don't think this place is a five star salon. read more

My entire experience here was AMAZING. A lot of the places I get my nails done at do not also do a manicure when getting a full set but they did and took amazing care of my bitten nails (bad habit) Sky did my nails amazingly. Absolutely obsessed with this nail salon!! I'm not sure where to even start with how happy I was with my experience, but I'll list a few: -I had two ingrown toenails & Sky helped to remove them properly (instead of just cutting the nail as a temporary fix). It's been almost a month and they haven't come back yet! -Luna did my dip full set and got the perfect shape that I haven't been able to achieve at any other nail salons -I get severe allergic reactions if any product goes on my skin, but I didn't have any reaction after my visit here! -Staff was super polite and made sure I was comfortable and pleased with the progress of my nails the whole time -They were playing Breaking Bad and Blacklist which are so much better than the news or random clip art slideshows (in my opinion) -There was construction outside so one of the employees physically came out to the parking lot and walked me inside which was so nice.. -overall very clean & friendly! I live about 40 minutes away but commute to my job out here in upland and have started scheduling my nail appts around my work schedule just so I can go to this exact spot read more

Decided to give this place a try when it first open and found a new favorite nail salon. :) They barely opened a few weeks ago so there's not much customers yet. Everything is clean and it's a family run business by mother and daughters so I feel so comfortable talking to them and let them know exactly what I wanted. After searching for a good place to go, I stumbled upon this busy and saw the reviews so I figured we'd give it a try. Upon arrival my daughter and I were greeted by a very sweet and friendly young lady. She helped get checked in and we were quickly guided to our pedicure chairs. I requested for an appointment online more than a week in advance and received a confirmation text the same day. I received a text to confirm my appointment 2 days prior and then a second text reminder text the day before. I read that if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance then they will charge you the full amount of the service. My appointment was with Illiana and all went well. She made me feel comfortable and it was almost painless. I would come back again. It's a few dollars less expensive if you pay with cash and I happened to have cash on me so I saved a few bucks.

I've had pedicures before, but I often felt out of place at other nail salons. However, your establishment was fantastic, and I have never been to a nail salon quite like yours. The complimentary drinks were a great touch, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that you even offer beer for the guys. I would have enjoyed one if it weren't so early in the day. The team went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, and the manager consistently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed.
