This shop had some pretty yummy bagels and sandwiches. I tried the jalapeño cheese bagel breakfast sandwich that had sausage, egg, pepper jack cheese and jalapeño cheddar cream cheese on it. It was super tasty!! The cream cheese pushed the sandwich into a whole other level. Most bagel sandwiches I've seen don't add any cream cheese to it and that leaves you with a too dry of a sandwich. It's needs some kind of sauce. This was superb. My mouth is watering just thinking about. We also had a another breakfast sandwich made on the French toast bagel. The French toast bagel was so delicious and interesting. It actually had a hint of maple syrup! Most French toast bagels I've encountered just have cinnamon and sugar in them. The restaurant had plenty of seating, a decent drink selection, and service. I would definitely go back.

This is a great spot, you can get work done with great coffee and food. I love their lox bagel. They have breakfast and lunch options priced just right. Ingredients are fresh and staff are friendly. It's fresh, clean and delicious!

Loved loved this place. From bagel selection, to cream cheese to coffee. My favorite was the jalapeno cheddar bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. Definitely have to try this place if youre in Park city.

Nice staff, large space, coffee was just alright and bagels were good but not east coast great. Will definitely go back as they were the best I've had in the area so far.

The Bagel Den is a great place to grab a quick breakfast or lunch. Everything is fresh and the quality is always top tier. I highly recommend getting there early as they seem to run out of popular bagels quickly. I'm glad to see that they have opened up more locations. The last few times we have gone they have been out of egg bagels and plain bagels. Their French toast bagel is incredible. All the schmears are flavorful, fresh, and creamy complimenting the bagels well. The lattes and coffee options are also really good!

The bagel hit the spot. I probably should not have eaten it after a workout class, but when the body craves you go for it.

Our waiter was super knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. He helped me order a lavender coffee drink and it came out exactly how I wanted it. My partner tried their orange coffee seasonal drink and it was incredible. It was so unique, smooth, interesting and not too sweet. All of their seasonal drinks sounded fun. It was hard to order because I wanted everything on the menu. My chilaquiles were balanced, filling, and rich. My partners mermaid bowl was fun and the perfect temperature to not turn into soup by the time you were done eating it. They had a kids menu and high chairs. The apple juice that came with the kids meal must have been fresh squeezed. It was the best apple juice I had ever tried and it was a huge portion size. The fries were tasty. My only wish is that there was one of these in Maryland so I could be a regular.

This shakshouka does a good job combining the silky eggs and smoky chorizo with savory spices, and fresh herbs. Every bite had a touch of brightness. With this is served the Red Bicycle crack bread, which perfect for soaking up every bit of the flavorful sauce. And while crack could be describing the wheat used, it's more likely describing the addition to it. We also had the halloumi with hot honey. The cheese has a firmness the gives easily to a forks edge and the flavor is mild that held up well to the sweetness of the honey. They could have been a little more generous with the honey, not a complaint, just an observation ;-). It's an excellent breakfast cheese without overwhelming the palate.

The staff we interacted with were equally lovely. Biscuits and gravy is my go-to at any diner. I mean it when I say this was the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. The whole thing is one biscuit and the gravy is more of a bechamel with a peppery kick balanced by the sweet biscuit; more like a savory cake in the best way. My professional cook boyfriend is rarely ever impressed by food and we were equally blown away! There are no incorrect options on the menu. Bf also loved his huevos rancheros, but the biscuits and gravy were the star of the show. We cannot recommend it enough and couldn't stop talking about it the rest of our trip.

The Eating Establishment certainly falls into this description. We had a variety of food dishes for brunch and nothing stood out. Actually, the "Shakshuka" stood out because this was without a doubt the worst shakshuka I've ever eaten. It was made entirely incorrectly. The sauce was bland and watery. There were copious amounts of whole garlic cloves (??????) which forced a game of dodge the cloves to eat whatever else was remotely edible. The staff was nice.

They operate like a real family, not in the toxic "we're all family here" way, but in a warm, supportive, actually-enjoyable-to-witness way. You can feel it the moment you walk in. Add to that a rustic, cozy ambiance that's honestly a 20/10, and you're already off to an incredible start. I ordered the Shakshuka, and it was phenomenal. The eggs were cooked perfectly, which is no small feat, showing real expertise in the kitchen. Comforting, balanced, and clearly made with care. We split the green apple and blue cheese salad, which was good, though I've had better. If the dressing were just a bit sweeter and more seasoned, it would really hit its stride. Adding more caramelized pecans and a bit more chopped green apple would give it that final kick it needs. Still enjoyable, just shy of great. The vegan lentil chili was so close to being one of the best I've ever had. The combination of vegetables and lentils was absolutely spot-on, it just needed a touch more seasoning for my taste. A small salt/sugar balance would take it over the top. The corn muffin served alongside was good as well, but could also benefit from a little seasoning. All things considered, this place is a 10/10 for Park City dining. Incredible atmosphere, outstanding service, and food that's thoughtful, skillfully prepared, and clearly made with heart.
