Head puffy and body looked great to! Definitely coming here again!

At one point, he even threw himself on the floor, and she handled it so calmly she just started petting him and made him feel comfortable. When I came back to pick him up, he was running around, jumping, and clearly very happy. That says everything about how well he was treated. They have always understood exactly what we want and have executed perfectly every time! Facility: it's small and personal so your dog isn't in a back room for hours Rate/Time: generally only takes 1.5-2hrs for a full bath and groom and the rates are very reasonable My dogs: I have a tiny spunky Maltese-Yorkie mix. PetSmart kept saying how difficult she was because she was too excited and they would take at LEAST 5 hours to groom her meaning they would leave her in the back room for long periods of time. Not at Bark Avenue! Other than a little wiggle here and there they had no problem grooming her and making her look beautiful! Then we have our fluff ball Yorkie-Poodle mix who is generally terrified of other people and dogs so I knew I would never bring her to PetSmart. After a couple visits at Bark Avenue, she has started to relax and is even giving kisses and wags! Thank your Kristen and team for taking such good care of our baby girls!

I have been coming to Aunt Donna monthly for Shadow now more than 2 years since the groomer at Petsmart dropped from dog from the grinning table and I am very happy with their service. No complain here I love my baby and I make sure they are skilled and gentle with him. They are always booked for the day so call ahead of time.

My dog is 11yrs old and has back problems, Jody is amazing with her and so patient. She gives her breaks so she's not standing for too long. The prices are also very reasonable. I've gone other places and they wanna charge me way more OR it's cheaper but the haircut is horrible. If you're looking for an amazing groomer I recommend coming here. They actually care about your babies and do an amazing job with the haircut!
