J nails is located in the town center next to the UPS store & it is actually a big salon suite, meaning when you walk in there are other independent salon owners in there so I had to ask someone if they knew "J nails" and I was pointed to the right direction. Here I am thinking I was going to be able to walk into a salon and possibly do a "walk in" appt but it is actually just Jolyn here in her private nail studio. Luckily, she was finishing up a client and said she can take me after. Very sweet & a true nail artist. I love the private vibes in here. I am pretty picky about my nails and let me tell you... I am so happy & lucky to have found her! Her work speaks for itself, beautifully crafted & she gives amazing hand massages. If you try to call & you don't get an answer, keep in mind she is her own boss so might be busy with a client, send her a text with the service you're interested in and availability. They lasted me 3+ weeks without popping off or breaking. I also had never tried foil and it gave me the brightest silver/chrome shine. I asked for a bright "daisy" yellow and she gave me a bright, glow in the dark gel that was super cool! I usually get glitter acrylic, but she gave me an amethyst hombre look that I loved! I had tons of compliments on my nails from my friends and coworkers. I think my nails are are awesome and I will go back on my next visit! She is in my favorite shopping place near the airport.
