I had my first pedicure at Polish Me yesterday, and I was beyond impressed. The salon is very clean, has a relaxing vibe, and the entire experience felt comfortable from start to finish. My technician, Jackie, was phenomenal. This was truly one of the best pedicures I've had in my 49 years on earth! My heels have never looked or felt better, and the overall results were amazing. The customer service at this salon is absolutely horrible. The front desk lady is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has a terrible attitude. Instead of making customers feel welcome, they make you feel like you're an inconvenience. It's clear they don't value their customers or care about building long-term relationships. A successful business stands behind its work and treats people with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, this salon does neither. There are plenty of salons that appreciate their customers. I went here today and am so glad I did. I showed the nail tech, Ola (sp), and she went far beyond my expectations. She was meticulous and really showed her passion for nails. I don't think I've ever been happy 100% with any nails I've had done, especially with an inspo pic. I will definitely be coming back for her to do my nails. My new go to spot for nails. My nail tech Celeste is great! Takes her time with my nails and listens to exactly what l like. Yes, I can be picky with my nail shape but I like what I like and I love that she gets me to my exact signature shape. All the tools they use on you are always clean which I can appreciate. I love the aesthetics of the nail salon itself. Very clean, minimal look which I love. Golden hour is usually my favorite time to come since the light reflects nicely into the shop. This was my second time coming here, and I'm so glad I did. My first visit a few weeks ago left me absolutely pleased with my nails. I made the mistake of trying another salon closer to my side of town, and unfortunately, it didn't work out at all. I left unhappy with the results. I immediately booked an appointment back here, and they were able to fit me in the very next day. My nails were in desperate need of rescuing, and Jordan did not disappoint. She was so kind, had such a great vibe, and her attention to detail is unmatched. She gave me exactly the nails I wanted, and I absolutely love her work. Very rude and front desk. I came to my appointment on time. There was no one at the front desk. I had to ask one of the nail techs to get help after standing for more than 10minutes. I said excuse me multiple times and no one answered. Then she went to grab the front desk lady. She took another 10minutes to come and then acted like nothing was wrong. No apology. Just asked if I was a walk in or not. Even though I said I had an appointment and have been waiting for someone for a while. She didn't seem to care or even apologize. read more

I pointed out that they looked crooked and asked for fixes during the appointment, but I still wasn't happy with the final result. I paid $95 and left feeling disappointed.
