Before we even left the salon, half of my daughter's toenail polish was already chipped or completely off. That should not be happening immediately after getting them painted. For my nails, I specifically asked for tips on two of my nails and the technician didn't do what I asked. The clear polish is also all over my cuticles, which makes the manicure look messy and rushed. I also got gems put on four of my nails and one of them has already fallen off after just one day. While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway. Overall the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the quality did not match what we paid. I was really hoping for a good experience doing something fun with my daughter, but we left disappointed.

I've never paid so much for a gel pedicure, let alone the worst one I've ever had - one that I had to immediately go home and fix. When one part of a pedicure goes poorly, it's very much forgivable. A bad polish. A nicked cuticle. Etc. But when all of it happens, you leave upset that you spent your very limited alone time there. I've never had a pedicure where I had to ask for the nails to be corrected to be straight instead of crooked. I've never had a nail tech completely miss a nail entirely. I've never had a nail tech not clean under the nails. Or not trim the corners. I've never had my gel polish lift after less than 24 hours. I know some people go get their nails done to socialize, but some of us go because we are busy moms who need 45 minutes of indulgence and peace-- you won't find that here. It was high energy, a lot of loud chatter, and the movie Hustlers. If it wasn't the most expensive pedicure I've ever had, I think I'd be a little more forgiving. But I wasted my time, and my money. If you have new techs learning, that's fine. But don't charge $75 then pressure to tip. Luckily I was able to even things out at home myself, but what a disappointment :( Won't be back, unfortunately. With their customer service and hustle, I really wish I could support their business.

I really wanted to make this my "go to" nail shop, but the more I frequented the shop, the more I…read morebegan to realize that things were not about the customer experience, but how fast they could get you in and out. From my experience, this resulted in the nail tech RUSHING, clipping my finger tip, sanding top of my toe while removing gel polish from another toe, and drilling my cuticle...in all cases were painful! I understand inflation is on the rise, however that's no excuse! I feel bad for the nail techs being put under this immense pressure, but to compromise the quality of service customer's deserve is never acceptable. Seating in waiting area is limited cramped in general, as the ratio of stations to business space are not adequate. I won't be returning
