Unfortunately, I will not go higher than 3-stars because it still doesn't remove the negative experience from that specific technician. Went here for mani-pedi service with my wife on a Monday night. Business was slow at this time and we were the only customer. The technician doing my pedi was so unprofessional and not service oriented. She stepped away multiple times to take a personal call on her cell phone, disappearing for about 5 minutes each time. She appeared intoxicated (based on slurred speech and appearance of not being coordinated, and not having all her necessary equipment readily available when she started), but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and allowed her to continue with the service. The worst pedicure service I've ever received, which took over an hour to complete because she stepped out multiple times to take a call. She forgot to cut the nails on my left toes, even after I reminded her. By this time, I was just frustrated and finished this service and declined my manicure service. Worst $55 pedicure ever!!! My instincts proved correct, after she finished with me and while I'm still waiting on my wife to finish, she took on another customer. During that service, she disappeared on that customer for about a half hour. I'm more than positive this lady will not be a repeat customer also. This technician brought the vibe way down and she represents your company. My advice is to terminate her immediately before she tarnishes your establishment. The only highlight and why I gave 2-stars instead of a 1-star review is that my wife's technician was on point, but we will never return. Normally, I give a place a second chance, but since this is your grand opening (or at least it appeared that way with the red carpet and music outside), your staff should have been on point and make the clients want to return to your establishment.

I then get unfortunate news that she will no longer be at this salon so when I finally went in for a long over due fill (because I was waiting for Michele to back into town) I ended up having someone else do my nails. I can't remember her name. She was friendly but felt as if she didn't really listen. She curved my nails inwards a bit which now caused both my thumb nails to curve inwards even more so and in pain with pressure. I have never experienced this before. I'm very sad to see someone I went to leave but I support in whatever makes her happy. I just don't know about coming back as a client myself here because of the curving situation with my nails.

I had my first pedicure at Polish Me yesterday, and I was beyond impressed. The salon is very clean, has a relaxing vibe, and the entire experience felt comfortable from start to finish. My technician, Jackie, was phenomenal. This was truly one of the best pedicures I've had in my 49 years on earth! My heels have never looked or felt better, and the overall results were amazing. Her attention to detail and amazing massages had me since day 1. Yesterday, 5/15/26, was my first non-satisfactory visit. I saw someone new for my manicure and unfortunately didn't love my nails. Nothing against the nail tech, I just wasn't satisfied with her technique. I was still super grateful for her time and attention. Today, 5/16/26, I came in to see if I could get a different design and have my nails reshaped to my liking. This was very nerve-racking for me as I'm not one to typically complain and just suck it up and try again next time. I was pleasantly greeted and kindly asked to next time speak up the during the day of service to make it easier on everyone. I was still accommodated and got exactly what I wanted. Thank you to Q and Helena especially for taking care of me and not making me feel like I was wrong for speaking up. Their customer service reminded me why I pick Sapphire nails to be my "home" salon.

She scrubbed my feet With something that was allowed by the health department. It's not as good as the cheese grater, but I understand that it is not safe and can actually hurt your feet if they don't do it right or scratch too much off. If your feet are really bad It's not going to do that much. The key is to go get your feet done at least once a month. Keep lotion on your feet or Vaseline At night with a sock.
