So I want to be completely transparent here! The providers/techs do a great job! My wife, daughters, and yes, even I have gone here for years for pedicures. I have NO complaints on the service, although it has become very inconsistent depending on what tech you get. My biggest complaint is management! Now mind you, this is a matter of principle and not $. Spending sometimes hundreds of dollars on service and tip, they still charge a $1 credit card fee, yet prefer not to take cash. I tried to confront the old man at desk and he literally laughed in my face. I get it, you buy a pack of gum and the cc fee eats up the profit... but this is pathetic! We're done with this place and the direction it has gone the past several months! read more

I'm here cause it's convenient. I feel like a lot of businesses that performed the same service over and over forget the care around what they do. For instance, paraffin wax should always be put on dry foot. My feet were wet, not even a pat to dry. The massage was like a petting and the time spent to keep my feet from being rough. I had to go home and do more work on. I did their high-end pedicure. I won't be coming back. I will say, however, the guy at the front desk is super nice. read more

The tip paint doesn't have that curvy swoop like french tips are supposed to have.. they are completely straight and flat:( It looks like duck nails (look it up). I hate leaving bad reviews. I had one of the most relaxing experiences at this nail bar. Some of the photos on Yelp are outdated and I was too zoned out to snap photos. But, the interior has a nice modern, clean decor. I like how the space is divided for manicures and pedicures. Connie, who worked on my mani and pedi, did a fantastic job. I really appreciated her detailed work. I opted for one of their pedicure packages, the green tea, which soaks your feet in green tea-infused water, includes an herbal scrub, and callous treatment. Definitely worth the splurge if you are trying to unwind. I will definitely check out some of their other packages, which include a hot stone massage, paraffin wax, etc. I also appreciate the transparency with pricing. I visited Rose Nail Bar today on a last minute basis for a classic pedicure ($35), walked in around noon and out a short 45 minutes later. I was greeted by a friendly smile, I told them what I wanted and that I did not have an appointment and was immediately attended to by Emily! Best experience that I have had at a nail salon in a very long time. She was pleasant, did a great job and made me feel welcomed and at home. I ended up choosing a basic French tip color which was extra and also requested that Emily use some callus remover gel. In total it came out to $43+ tip and I was very happy with the results. The salon is clean, spacious and decorated nicely! Would definitely recommend this spot to friends and family. I will be back again soon read more

This location is convenient and the people are nice. I wanted this to become my place but the gel doesn't last at all. Three nails chipped within 24 hours. I went in and got them fixed and within 48 hours they chipped again and another nail chipped. It hasn't even been a week and I have 5 chipped nails. Very disappointing!! My usual place lasts 3 weeks but I have to make appointments in advance so I was hoping this place would work out!! read more

A horrible salon. I got my nails done by one of their male techs for the first time and it was nothing but rough care and fast movement. Came in wanting a short gel x French tip and was overcharged completely and when I tried to ask about the price, I was laughed at and given the response of "this would've been more expensive somewhere else". They were nice but this was extremely overpriced for what I got. 10 dollars to remove gel, and 25 for a REGULAR manicure. The paint is uneven, she didn't clean the sides, I posted photos of both my hands, I could have done this myself, or had my ten year old niece do it. read more

I really like this place! I wanted to try this place a few weeks ago but they were too busy at the time. I called ahead and got a afternoon appointment. There were not too many people in here on a Saturday afternoon, I was surprised since this is in such a nice place and there is money in this neighborhood. The salon was clean that's nice to see. It's gotta be clean when diseases are lurking everywhere waiting to attach to your feet! The receptionist was very helpful and watched me when I walked from the pedi chair to the mani chair. I noticed he turned a fan on for me because it was a little hot where I sat and I didn't even ask him to do that. So sweet of him. I asked for water and he brought me a cold one right away. The gal (Wynn) who did my nails was sweet and quiet. She did a great job with massage and the nails looked beautiful! I asked for acrylic nails and wanted a soft French tip. I come here all the time since it's right by my house. Normally it's fine! Not great but not bad. I hardly ever get my nails done (just for events). This time I came in and had a horrible experience. One, there were bugs all over (cockroaches, random flying bugs). One landed on my leg and bit me and I swatted it off and looked at my nail tech. She LAUGHED about it lol. I was like damn this place is nasty but just get through this. Then she gave me the most half ass pedicure I've ever had. At the end, I went to check out and he said the total and I was like mmm nope she didn't do the pedicure I asked for, she didn't even give me the full basic pedicure. Basically just painted my nails. He went to check with her and came back and was like no price is the same because French is $12. What?? 1) I've gotten it done a million times for no add on and 2) if that's the case that should have been communicated. Overall felt scammed. My tech was completely silent but was nice enough! She did a pretty good job minus one mess up that she was super irritated about fixing. The polish was chipped and streaky from the second I left so I bought some white polish to touch it up on my trip (which I had to do day one of trip lol). read more

I just got my nails done and I LOVE this place! You need to make an appt which is nice because you know you won't wait long, and when I arrived I was seated and started within 3 mins. I got a gel nail manicure done by nail artist T, and he is the best! So professional, so kind, very gentle, and did a great job. I was in and out in 35 mins and I'm so pleased with how my nails turned out. This place is a hidden gem and I will definitely be back. Unfortunately, the location is about the only good thing this nail salon has going for it,. The prices are comparable to other salons. My total was $45 for a classic polish mani and pedi. On three different occasions, however, I've gotten gels done and the color on my nails was not an exact match with the color on the sample nail. When I asked her about it, she just said "it's close enough". This happened with different colors each time so I am done getting gels at this location. Today I went in with two friends so we could all get our nails done for her birthday. There was a funky smell coming from the pedicure chairs that was not pleasant, but our noses eventually got used to it. The polish I chose was clearly too old because there were about 100 tiny bubbles per finger nail. When I asked about it, he just kept putting clear polish over it. I'm not quite sure how that was helping the situation. Not to mention there was a horrible staining happening on my actual finger. Gross. I guess I'll drive further, and pay more, to be happy with my results. Bummer. read more

NEVER AGAIN. I've been loyal for 6 years here. Ever since Peters (the owner) wife died, the place has gone down hill. Last week I got a fill with my non regular ( they were 25 min behind and I didn't have time to wait so I took newbie) and 5 days later, 1 broken nail and it was suggested I get ANOTHER new set. I walked out halfway through the repairs just beyond blown away I had paid 55 for my fill and was about to be charged 65 for a new fill. These aren't even gel. The first photos are what came out of the salon. The last photo is me going home and correcting the shape as best as I could with filing and this horrible paint job removal. How does this technician have a license? How am I, someone with only at home experience, and no license, able to correct this but she could not? I should've known when she was applying the acrylic three times to one nail. No technique was used, there was acrylic all over my cuticles, I asked for almond, even confirmed that since she had a picture menu where I could point to the almond shape. Came in for a pedicure & wanted to try dip-powder for the first time. Had gel already on my nails coming in. There were no issues with my pedicure. However, my first experience with dip-powder was horrific.. she spent most of the time taking off my gel & with no manicure? She went straight to applying the primer/base for the dip-powder after removing my gel.. I even had to remind her if she can pls trim my nails, don't even think she was going to.. to be honest. She was very aggressive with filing & buffing my nail along with using the nail drill, got cut as pictured she apologized for that but on multiple nails i was already flinching & every time i did she would say oh, then laugh it off.. very sloppy job & she messed up a few times & it showed because she started to work frantically. I've been coming here for a few years now, since moving to Summerlin. I tried a few other places before this one - they are definitely the best I have found. A little pricier than other places nearby, but I believe you get what you pay for. I recently returned from being stranded overseas for 8 months (covid) and all nail salons were closed where we were. The moment I had some free time, I came here and had Mary. She was amazing. Probably the best pedicure I've ever had. I also really love that the place is clean and does not have the overwhelming smell of acetone and products that some nail salons have. This is a big plus in my book because sitting in toxic fumes for an hour while getting my pedicure, is a no-go for me. This salon operates by appointment only. They are very courteous over the phone. They implement social distancing between pedicure chairs and manicurist stations. You must wear a mask and wash your hands after you arrive for your appointment. They have a great selection of nail polishes to choose from. Mary gave a great pedicure! I did have to wait about 30mins because I was just a walk-in, but thats ok because they were busy....which is a good thing. The gal that did my nails took her time and made sure the polish was neat.
