They had a variety of equipment to use from a good amount of free weights from 5 to 100 and a bunch of cardio machines. The best thing was this place was always open (needing a card to access in the early hour) and I could come in the very early mornings at 4 AM with little crowd. Equipment may be a little old and dirty, but it was everything I needed. Cancellation could only be done when staff is available during the weekdays. Overall a good gym to go.

They have made amazing friends had a great time and have learned to self love. Beyond the staff and the classes this studio fosters a dance family vibe. Parents here are so welcoming and are always quick to understanding, compassion and empathy. Everyone truly just wants everyone to feel welcomed and loved. I have made amazing friends at this studio and could not imagine where I would be without them. Although we all parent differently and have different views on different subjects our love for our kids seems to bond us all. This studio also goes above and beyond by making sure all dances and costumes are age appropriate as well as offering classes for everyone from mommy and me to adoptive to adult jazz and tap ( which is a blast) .
