He explained all procedures clearly and contacted us in every step. He also communicated with our insurance company well and advocated on our behalf. Technicians there are skillful and diligent. They mixed our paint color and made it identical to the paint of other parts of our car. John worked on our car after he decided not to go on vacation. Finally, our car's back looks like brand new. Also I swear I'm hearing a louder whistling noise when I'm on the highway like the door isn't fully sealed but rain doesn't come in so I guess that's okay too. They fully cleaned and detailed my car which I thought was a very nice gesture after taking longer than the initial quote to get the work done. However when I looked in my bag of tote bags I saw evidence of mice/some small animal who went after a couple bags and my orange hand sanitizer. I don't eat in my car and have never had this problem ever, so I know it occurred while at the collision center. Take everything out of your car if you go!!
