Mai & Joe gave us such a wonderful Painting Party! Thank you guys for helping me from recommending the next door pizza place to the whole birthday package! The kids absolutely loved painting, getting face painted, glitter tattoos, and glow in the dark dance party afterwards! The parents were all raving about it too so we definitely will be coming back even just for a normal day but I can't wait to come back with my daughter for more fun!

Glow in the dark cake table was a big hit!

Mai and Joe were absolutely wonderful! They were both very communicative throughout the entire process, they were very kind, and willing to work with us on every detail. They ensured that our birthday girl had an amazing event, as well as all of her friends-- we will definitely be going back!!

We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday at Pixels with the glow-in-the-dark paint and dance party. It was a hit. The kids had so much fun painting, dancing, and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. My daughter couldn't pick a favorite part--she loved everything about it. The venue is very accommodating. They let you bring your own additional decorations, food, and drinks (including adult beverages). We ordered pizza from the restaurant next door, and they delivered it fresh once with was ready. Everything was easy, fun, and stress-free. Highly recommend Pixels to anyone looking for a memorable party experience.

Threw my 9 year old son a gaming party here and it was executed flawlessly. The team was great with communication, helping set up and clean up, and helping run the party as well. The facility is great and everyone had a wonderful time. 10/10 would recommend!

I had my son's 6th birthday party here and it was such an amazing experience for the (20) kids! SO many smiles and the parents were all in awe. I echo many of the reviews here: Mai and Joe are super hosts and super accommodating! With an elementary teaching background, Mai really knows how to communicate with kids and keep the energy going. Within the 2 hour time frame, there was painting, eating, cotton candy, and a mini dance session to top it off. Everything was very well organized and efficient. Other than bringing in my own food, I didn't have to do anything, not even decorations. They have a cute backdrop set up for you, so there's no need to bring anything else unless you want to. As a busy mom, I really appreciated being hands off! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a different kind of kids party venue!

When the kids leave kicking and screaming because they don't want to go home, you know it was a good party! The kids didn't quite kick and scream, but they would not leave! Everytime a parent turned around to say goodbye to someone else, their kids would disappear, and they would have to drag them back out towards the door again. For both the parties I attended/hosted, Mai created custom painting lessons to match the theme of the party. She was very open to ideas for creating the painting lesson and very creative! Joe is the gamer. He helped the kids set up video games, gave them personal attention when they needed help, and even played with the kids when they needed partners. This is by far one of my favorite party venues. Joe and Mai are both really easy to work with, generous, and gracious. The kids were so comfortable in their clean art and gaming studio that they settled right in without having to warm up to each other.

What a wonderful hidden gem! We came here for a 4 year old birthday party and our son loved painting with his playmates. They had face painting and an option to paint a ceramic of their choice. Our son picked the shark coin bank over castle, cupcake and rocket ship. An excellent selection for this age group. They also have a gaming room that we got to take a peek at. I'm definitely interested in hosting a birthday party for our 10 year old. We may have to opt for a drop off party to accommodate the large # we may be expecting. Nonetheless, this place is superb. Mai and Joe are so kind, fun and the attention to details is truly just out of the park--awesome!! Highly recommend!

Amazing little gem! We had my daughter's 9th birthday at Pixels, and we loved the whole experience. We really felt we got our monies worth! We were originally going to book with chuckie cheese, but I always leave that placed feeling robbed. I convinced my daughter to try something new. Everything was so easy to book. Just go online, pick your date, and pay a deposit. Also, the communication via email was always attentive. Mai and Joe did an amazing job hosting! Thank you!

There's various picnic areas throughout the park, and we were placed in the picnic area across from the playground. The picnic area had about four picnic tables and garbage bins. It was spacious enough for twenty-eight kids and five adults. The play area was a hit with the kids, ropes, tunnels, and more. The rides are more for younger children such as four or five. The group we had were kindergarten, first, and second graders and kiddie swings and granny bugs were not appealing to the age group of campers. The kiddie roller coaster was a hit. They have a zoo portion but unfortunately we were not able to view. The bathroom stalls near the rides and the play area were too small with only two stalls, made for long lines. Overall, a fun experience that the children enjoyed. Maybe more bathrooms to accommodate the large summer camp groups and a few updated rides to cater to the older children.

Amazingly, Great America is closed on Saturdays, and it was way too hot to be outside. This spot was perfectly air-conditioned and just what we needed. I don't know if I got lucky with the crew on shift, but the staff were on top of it and made our experience awesome. We got to try everything with our tickets, and even I was able to crawl and run through all the attractions. (I'm a petite adult who works out, if you're larger or have bad knees, you might get stuck.) I paid $38 for me and my niece to play together until more kids showed up. There's also a membership for $25/month (one adult + one child), but you have to commit to at least 3 months. This place was worth every penny. My niece made friends right away and ran around playing until closing at 8 PM. That said, there are a few areas where I think the experience could be even more fun: **1. Bathrooms:** They were a bit of a mess--typical kid chaos, like toilet paper everywhere. Totally expected, but a little more frequent cleaning during peak hours would go a long way. **2. Bazooka Ball:** It took *way* too long to get a game started. Some kids had to leave before it even began, and kids kept asking me, "Is it going to start?" When it finally did, playtime was only 3-5 minutes. That felt rushed, especially after waiting so long. I think it would help to have a set schedule for these games to be posted and spread out throughout the day. It could even be a fun "grand finale" before closing. I get that it takes safety training to run the game, but giving families a clear time to plan around would make a big difference. I can see parents saying after bazooka ball we're going home. Also, I got to play 2times, the guns worked fine the first round--but the second time, mine and my niece's guns were broken. With such a short play window, fiddling with gear that doesn't work really sucked. Before starting a game, someone should test each gun and label the ones that are out of air. That way, every kid gets a fair shot. I'm glad our first round was solid, but I could see a kid being really disappointed if they waited forever, got a broken gun, and then lost. **3. The Tire Slide:** There's a slide in other reviews where kids sit on a tire and roll down a long, fast track. We were so excited to try it--my niece hauled that heavy tire up the stairs, ready to fly--but when she sat on it, nothing happened. It just... stopped. No roll at all. I don't know if they changed the flooring, but it's a huge letdown. That slide was a major selling point for us, and it didn't deliver. I get that speed could be a liability, but even a slight roll would make the climb feel worth it. We all sign the waiver--some fun and freedom here would go a long way. **4. The Ball Pit:** My niece tried to cannonball in--only to find out it's not even full. Just a floor with maybe half an inch of balls, giving the illusion it's deep. She didn't get seriously hurt, but she did hurt her leg jumping in. We sat and watched other kids do the same thing--one after another--slowly realizing the pit wasn't safe for jumping. At trampoline parks, they mix foam blocks in with the balls so kids can jump and swim around safely while staying on top. It also helps staff see everyone and prevents accidents. I think adding something like that would make the ball pit way more fun and way less risky. --- **Things included with your ticket:** - Maze - Trampoline - Jumpy House - Bazooka Ball - Mini Golf - Rock Climbing - All slides **Extras (cost extra):** - Food & water - Arcade games - Claw & candy games They even have a toddler area--secluded and locked off from the bigger kids. Perfect for little ones to roam freely and have a blast. **Suggestions for an even cooler experience:** A game card--like at Chuck E. Cheese--where you can play arcade games unlimited for a set time (starting when you swipe) would be a game-changer. It would keep the energy going and give families more value. Even without the changes I highly recommend this indoor park. I can see this playground getting old after a few times but for my first time here this place was lit and there was a birthday party going on so there was more kids playing hide and seek and tag it was a good time.

Oscar ensured our party schedule ran smoothly, being flexible with adjusting the Bazooka rounds with the party room food distribution, to make sure our party had hot fresh pizzas when they were ready, moving the Bazooka round to after the food time, and then kids come back to the party room for cake cutting and ice creams. He took care of everything in the party room, including taking photos for us, refilling pitchers and cutting the cake and distributing them. We arrived 15 min early to get situated, we paid for a separate room to put our personal belongings in and waited until we were called to the briefing room. We had around a group of 25+ people so our session only included our own group. We got instructions in the briefing room and was off putting our gear on. It was a free for all style of play, everyone player for themselves. I was surprised to see how big the room was and the also had second story which adds another dynamic during the play. You can shoot off mirrors to ricochet to hit sensors on the other players. It was quite engaging and a ton of fun. Our girls are ages 7 and 9 and they got a hang of how to play right away. Surprisingly, the parents had just as much fun, if not more! The session lasted around 15-20 minutes if I had to estimate and it was definitely enough time to enjoy. The biggest surprise was how much of a workout it was. Every parent mentioned that they were sweating and got a good workout in. They recognize every player including the top 3 scores at the end. You can purchase by session - we decided to do 2 and I think it was the perfect amount. After our first session, there was a group in between to give us a much needed break and we went back in. Customer service could be so much better, I understand we came at the end of the day, but upon arrival the person working the front was sitting back with her phone in hand and talking to someone on speaker. I initiated the greet and she followed it up with a question on whether or not we had been there before. Upon sharing we were first timers, she says there's a waiver to sign and points. I look back to see what she's point at about twice before I ask what she's referring to. Instead of her getting up to show me, she shares there's a QR code behind the computer lol.
