Only downsides were they weren't able to do a miter edge on the counter (or maybe they could but didn't offer it and that's what I would have preferred) and they almost installed a sink that was too small. They emailed me last minute to say they'd do a smaller sink than I had specified and I didn't see the email until it was too late. They were about to do the small sink but fortunately I was onsite and caught the issue in time. They made it work with a proper size sink. Even with these glitches I still was satisfied and would absolutely work with them again. The price was similar to what I'd paid several years ago for a similar sized job so I would consider their overall offering to be very competitively priced.

They'd get five stars except for mistakes on my part…read more I didn't price-shop before going with them for a shower remodel so I'll never feel sure that I got a good price; that's on me. Also, I selected a shower wall design that I don't like; despite having seen pictures and an actual physical sample, I'm disappointed every time I look at it. Also, they took great care to put tarps down to protect my old, grubby stair carpet but I didn't ask them to be careful of the bathroom floor, my favorite in the house; my house cleaner made it look good as new once they finished. That said, they designed it exactly to my specs, did the work quickly, even accommodating a delay on my part, and gave me a result that I'm pleased with every time I shower. I had the tub spout moved toward the back of the shower so it wouldn't be in somebody's back if they sat in that end of the tub. The crew boss said he might recommend that to future customers (but I'd suggest moving it toward the front). The shower head was offset to the front to help prevent water spraying out. The extra plumbing was expertly done. I don't use the shower seat but I may need it in future. and it can serve as a table while using the tub. Two grab bars and a non-slip tub bottom mean I feel very safe at age 77. Everything is scaled to my 6'3" height without putting it out of reach of future owners and possible children. The corner shower caddy is within reach while standing or sitting in the tub. I enjoy it every time I use it except for my mistakes as noted.
