Changing area with some basic toiletries. They also provide a toothpaste and disposable toothbrush. Common area has 4 side rooms (ice, red clay, salt, and forest). There's places to lie down and lounge and tables with chairs. There's also a kiosk to order food and drinks. You'll hear the sound of waves and gentle instrumental music to help you relax. Overall, enjoyed our experience here and will be back! They have a deal where you can purchase 10 spa entree fees for $300 ($35 per entry otherwise). Entry fee is waived if services are purchased (except for scrub only).

If its your first time, get there early as its a little hard to find her suite among the maze of other suites. Her suite is self contained, and comes with a head basin, gaur stylist chair, an updright hair dryer, and a cabinet to store towels, as if she was a hair dresser. She had to provide her own flat chair so she could do eyelashes, which took up a good part of the room. The room is quiet, so you don't hear neighbors. It has its own central air, and Jessica provided shades over the window for privacy. Plenty of parking out front and I like her new location.

(I have attached text messages that my appointment was at 2:45pm). Upon showing the text message, she agreed that I was late by 3 mins. (+ 5 mins grace period). I was informed right away that I need to reschedule as I was late or cut down my facial time from 60mins to 40 mins. I should have arrived 15 mins before the appointment time. Therefore, my showing up delayed by 3 mins would delay the next client by 15 mins as they needed time to prepare for the next client! Math doesn't add up any way we look at it unless they had informed in advance to show up 15 mins before the appointment time, which they hadn't. 1. There was absolutely no notification or instruction provided to me about arriving 15 mins early before the appointment time at the time of making my appointment or text reminder. Therefore if one is late by less than. 10 mins, they lose their facial time by 20mins and are lashed out if clients try to reason out. I was told me to depart as I was 3 mins late or reduce my facial time by 20 mins. 2. Jenny, who came over from inside took over the conversation, was very unprofessional and rude. She argued with me for 15 mins non-stop when I tried to reason out that if I was late by 3 mins, if they wanted to be a stickler of time without informing me to arrive 15 mins early, they should take away 3 mins of my time not, 20 mins. She yelled at me saying "I don't want you to come here ever, I never want to give you service!". I don't understand how Mirako Spa even employs such people who are clueless about how to treat clients with courtesy, let alone working in a service industry. Here is the twist: when I checked in, another lady besides Jenny told me that my appointment was at 2:30pm, which their mistake to begin with as my appointment was at 2:45pm. It appears that they messed up with their own scheduling but because I was 3 mins late for my 2:45 appt, I bore the brunt of Jenny's unprofessional behavior as she couldn't admit that they had accidentally messed up scheduling my appointment.
