Okay I am leaving this negative review not because of Zoe but because the unprofessionalism of Megan who did my boyfriends pedicure. I understand that your trying to sell products or service but he told her he only want a buff shine top coat 3 times and each time she insisted on a clear gel coat. It got to the point where I had to tell her from across the salon that he does not need get toe nails. She then approached me with the snarkiest attitude and said " so you want buff shine, but gel would last longer" IDC if it last longer if he wasn't getting buff shine he would be getting nothing at all. He doesn't need gel he does not need it to last long and I have already told this lady at this point 4 times that he just needs a buff shine. On top of that now she wants to approach me with an attitude? Absolutely not. Her service itself was a 1/5 stars as well. She cut his toes uneven and barely gave whatever that massage was, seemed like she was just petting his leg. I love zoe's service but this lady just ruined my whole experience at this salon and I will no longer be a customer here. If you want zen builder gel nails zoe is your girl.

The salon delivered outstanding service with a clean environment, a welcoming atmosphere, and nail technicians Zoe and Kim were both gentle and prompt. After being away from getting pedicures this salon was a good choice.

This was my very first time at Luxe nails and I was blessed with getting the nail artist Mia. I simply showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate the photo exactly!!! They have great service and pretty good pricing compared to other nails places!!!! Will definitely be coming back!

Very disappointed, especially for a $131.84 total. My manicure alone was $81. I was quoted $45 for a fill but charged $57, plus $10 for cat eye, $15 for French tip, and an added $5 for color removal, even though this was supposed to be a fill. The quality does not match the price. There are visible dust particles in the gel, uneven application, and a noticeable dip between the French tip and base. The pedicure was $47 for a basic pedicure with callus removal. The technician was nice and removed a few ingrowns, but the massage was essentially just lotion being rubbed on. For my mother's service, she was quoted $55, but once we arrived they tried to charge $61, then said it was due to a removal. After I questioned it, they said it would be cheaper if paid in cash and ultimately charged $57, which was only addressed after I had already paid for my service. The worst part was the rushed nail removal. After drilling, the gel was peeled off, which damages the natural nail. When this was brought up, the technician denied it and the manager asked me if I was "there," which felt dismissive and insulting. This was my first and last time here.

Crying on my way home as I write this.... I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon in my life. The person who did them was extremely rude and everything I said or asked her to fix she would just ignore me and continue to do what she was doing. Throughout the service I continued to say I wanted narrow stiletto nails and she said the best she could do was almond and the only way they could be how I wanted was if I got extra long nails. She then proceeded to rush through the appointment with no care on quality. The photos taken are as soon as I got into my car and this is also a brand new fresh set. The amount of errors and carelessness that went into this service is insane to me. The woman at the front desk who I believe was the manager was very nice and did try to help but at the end still charged me $52.53 as a discounted rate however with how badly done this new set was, I would expect to not be charged. The fact that I still was is astonishing to say the least. I came here to treat myself and left in tears, $52.53 down the drain, and nails that I am embarrassed to be seen with. I've never been this disappointed in a service in my life.

LUXE NAILS is very very busy. They prefer you have a reservation before you walk in, but they do still accept walk ins -- which is what we were. We waited quite a while before we could get service. We got seated in a massage chair. My chair was working. Hey! CLASSIC is the cheapest but since none of the first 6 color choices I made was available (all of them are out apparently) then I had to go with French Tip which is when I was informed that it would cost extra. Scrub and a hot towel massage are included with the pedicure. Clean cut and clean cuticles. My pedicurist works fast.

I was told to leave mid service due to double booking

I've never been treated like this before in my life. They canceled my appointment 7 minutes before scheduled due to a mix up with another customer. I come in and wait 15 minutes before finally seeing Zoey and then another 15 because she was not ready. She also had an attitude the entire time. I didn't like the color for the base and asked if she could change before moving to the next step. She rolled her eyes and they told me that I'm taking too much time (which we started 30min late due to her being on her phone and talking to other nail techs) and there is another appointment for someone else soon and that I would need to switch with someone else. My set would've been done sooner if it wasn't for the slow service and terrible attitude. I was told that my appointment would be scheduled as extra long due to the specific design that I wanted which was all discussed before the appointment. They told me they didn't have the time and said they were not going to finish my nails. "Have a nice day" I will not be coming back. Do not come here if you don't want to leave with sticky unfinished nails. Update: David from another nail salon down the street took care of me and was amazing!! They took me in after the terrible experience from this place. And they have free coffee.

Change of Prices and Service Sounds like a bunch of nonsense

I was coming here for months now. I recently went last month and their pedicure options changed. I can get almost all of these things in one pedicure with great service for $50-60 I just came here because it's close by my bfs house. I'd rather drive the extra 25 min than waste money here and not get a good basic pedicure. Overpriced and overhyped when you read what is actually included. Also don't call and book a pedicure at or passed 6 they will say yes to get you there and then have you wait til 6:30 to have a rushed appointment when they close at 7. they also charge you to use a debit card to pay.. and charge it as credit...illegal.

I had a wonderful experience at Luxe Nails today. The salon is clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. Rosa took amazing care of my feet , she was gentle, attentive, and did a fantastic job. My feet feel brand new! I also want to thank the manager, Linh, who as always made sure I got exactly what my feet needed and connected me with the right person. Their service and attention to detail are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend Luxe Nails, and if you can, ask for Rosa -- she's really that good!

Last minute run to the nail salon since I just finished my last day of nursing school and was ready for some length. I had Tammy as my nail tech. She is the sweetest person. She did a great job. Went to get my nails done, showed them a picture of what I wanted, they said they can do no problem. Came time for color matching and she pulled out 3 greens that were not even close to a dark/blueish green. I ended up saying yes to one of the darker greens. She started to paint my nails, not the dark green I chose, but a bright shamrock green. Once starting to paint my nails she did not ask once if I liked the color, she painted all nails on hands before asking me if I liked. To which I did NOT like or agree to. So I said I actually do not like the color, I want to be more closer to the picture reference/ a darker green compared to the shamrock green. Which she said she was finished with painting the nails which was not true because she didn't put topcoat and or put the gems that were required. The male cashier came over to see what' was happening to which I repeated myself. He asked "did you not see the colors and did you not agree to the one she painted on your hands" I said I did see the colors and agreed to the one she painted on but I really did not like that color and wanted something different. He then started to argue with me about me not speaking up before and how she's already finished painting the nails. I said I'll pay for the nails that she did if they're not willing to fix to which he said we'll find a color for you. He actually went to go pull out several different palates of colors which were not shown to me before hand and actually found a color that matched the picture but apparently they did not have that color. Paid $83 for nails I hated. Will not go back again and they have terrible customer service. Go to rainbow nails instead! (Next door) @the owner...she did not show me several colors of green she showed me 3 different kinds when they clearly has way more options to choose. Again every nail salon I've been to has painted one nail and asked if I like the color, she rushed into painting all nails, as well both her and the cash register were arguing with me. If that's how you guys do customer service good luck! read more

I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!!! This is my favorite salon to come to when I need last minute nails! Lynn is always so nice and welcoming! I never have any issues coming here and the prices match the quality of the nails. I have been a customer of the salon for a year and a half. I've always had good to fair nail technician. Today I got my nails done and I was beyond disappointment. I showed the lady at the front desk my nail she told me to get the technician to do my nails over I did not because I couldn't understand. How could you do someone else make them extremely bulky it look like I did them damn near myself so I left and went to Noble nail salon in Cerritos the lady done an extremely excellent job redoing and refining, my nails. I am so happy I found a new nail home. read more

I've gotten my nails here about 4 or 5 times and they always do a great job with my toes and my nails usually have looked great. This review is just for my recent visit. I came in for a gel manicure and asked for a pink translucent chrome and showed them a picture. They said they could do it, but I was left with nails that don't even look close to the picture. Plus, my nail tech didn't really take too much care or time with my nails. Some of the shapes were uneven and longer than my other fingers. The polish/chrome was left on my cuticles and the shaping is just not uniform. When I got home I had to fix it myself. They also didn't tell me that chrome costs extra either. I understand if it was a long day, but I think I could have gotten a better job done elsewhere and better communication on if they couldn't do my nails like the picture. Lastly, my sister came along with me for her manicure and she said her tech was a little rude and was not very accommodating trying to get her desired color. I was a little surprised because usually everyone is very nice here. As for me and my sisters pedicure, they did a great job! read more

Love this place! I got the idea of going here from a worker at petsmart nearby. I complimented her nails and she told me she went here and recommends I go here for my nails. Yesterday was my first day, and I went as a walk in. I showed the lady at the front what design I like from their Instagram, and she made sure Sam could help me out with it since it was her work. Sam was so friendly and patient with me. She made me feel comfortable and told me I can let her know anytime if I don't feel comfortable so she can help me out. Love that she took the time to get to know me as a person too, and my nails came out beautiful. Really love her work, looks like artwork! Hi I went to Luxe nails for the first time today and was SOOOO impressed! I asked for a gel x mani and gel pedicure and was blessed with service being done within an hour! I was serviced by Zoe and Rosa and I cannot recommend them enough! They were friendly, very thorough with shaping, cuticles and color if I could give 10 stars I would. Been a long time customer of Luxe for about a few years now and I absolutely love it! Lynn and her husband are excellent owners who are very on top of keeping the business alive and well maintained. Being loyal to Helen until she left Luxe, I switched over to Tammy and oh my god the talent you will find here is great. Almost all of the nail techs can remake your inspo pic and make you feel like your money is worth it! Although I love a little further now due to college, I try my best to get a few appointments in when I visit home. Luxe will forever have my heart, loyalty, and wallet read more

She's open to different nail designs, she doesn't mind me asking her to tweak or redo something if I don't love it. The salon itself is clean and trendy. A couple of instances were a little painful, but expected. I appreciate they use the full 90 minutes. After the massage, my partner exited towards the reception desk. I immediately tipped my masseuse with cash. My partner doesn't carry cash, so I needed to get change at the reception. As I'm following my partner to the front, my masseuse tells the receptionist something that makes her immediately ask me if the tip I gave was for 2 massages. I said "no I need to get change for the other tip." This was an awkward exchange. It didn't feel right how they inquired for tip, and that took my thoughts away from enjoying the experience. Aside from the tipping issue, it was a good massage.

Rinsing and washing off before and after is mandatory, which honestly just keeps the place clean and enjoyable for everyone. They're open daily Monday through Sunday, opening at 12pm and usually closing at 2am...sometimes later depending on the day and request. Walk-ins are welcome. Cash is preferred, but they do accept credit cards as well. The rooms are very intimate and relaxing. Some rooms include a sauna, and all rooms have a shower. The lighting is moody and adjustable from bright to dim. Radios with Bluetooth are available, blow dryers are provided, and they supply full body towels and washcloths. You're also allowed to drink and smoke inside the rooms. Cups and ashtrays are provided, and if you bring a drink that comes in a glass bottle, they give you a plastic container to pour it into since glassware isn't allowed in the rooms for safety reasons. It's a solid, well-maintained spot that's clearly been doing things right for a long time. I highly recommend Neptune's Lagoon and will forever book a visit here whenever I'm in the area.

I reached Mirako Spa in Brea for my facial appointment exactly 3 mins late. A lady who told me that…read moremy appointment was at 2:30pm. (I have attached text messages that my appointment was at 2:45pm). Upon showing the text message, she agreed that I was late by 3 mins. (+ 5 mins grace period). I was informed right away that I need to reschedule as I was late or cut down my facial time from 60mins to 40 mins. I should have arrived 15 mins before the appointment time. Therefore, my showing up delayed by 3 mins would delay the next client by 15 mins as they needed time to prepare for the next client! Math doesn't add up any way we look at it unless they had informed in advance to show up 15 mins before the appointment time, which they hadn't. 1. There was absolutely no notification or instruction provided to me about arriving 15 mins early before the appointment time at the time of making my appointment or text reminder. Therefore if one is late by less than. 10 mins, they lose their facial time by 20mins and are lashed out if clients try to reason out. I was told me to depart as I was 3 mins late or reduce my facial time by 20 mins. 2. Jenny, who came over from inside took over the conversation, was very unprofessional and rude. She argued with me for 15 mins non-stop when I tried to reason out that if I was late by 3 mins, if they wanted to be a stickler of time without informing me to arrive 15 mins early, they should take away 3 mins of my time not, 20 mins. She yelled at me saying "I don't want you to come here ever, I never want to give you service!". I don't understand how Mirako Spa even employs such people who are clueless about how to treat clients with courtesy, let alone working in a service industry. Here is the twist: when I checked in, another lady besides Jenny told me that my appointment was at 2:30pm, which their mistake to begin with as my appointment was at 2:45pm. It appears that they messed up with their own scheduling but because I was 3 mins late for my 2:45 appt, I bore the brunt of Jenny's unprofessional behavior as she couldn't admit that they had accidentally messed up scheduling my appointment. Instead she told me to leave or get a facial cut down by 20mins! I am attaching screenshots of my appointment time. As per Jenny, I should have a common sense to show up 15 mins before appointment time even though I wasn't informed about arriving early or else, appt that was anyway scheduled incorrectly by 15 mins sooner, from what I was notified. Try to avoid Jenny if you go to Mirako Spa in Brea, she can be scathing, unreasonable, and unprofessional. Try to reach 15 mins prior to your appointment even if they don't notify you.

Have been going here for two years now, but I don't think I will be coming back. Before this design I showed the nail tech two different inspo pics of what I might want (not the ones shown in the picture, different designs), she confidently told me she can do both, my first inspo picture was a cheetah print french tip, in the inspo picture it was a brownish yellow as the base, she pulls out this mustard yellow color and starts drawing the french tip and I tell her it's not the right color, she then pulls out all the different nail color and told me to pick myself, you're the nail tech? Shouldn't you be able to find the right shade, I start looking myself and couldn't find the right color so we decided to do another design-aura nails, in the inspo pic the nail base color is pink, but instead of repainting the color she just starts doing the design and daps glitter in the middle of my nail, the inspo picture was not glittery and it was just done with nail color polish, then she starts speaking Viet to the person in the front desk, and she comes over to me and tells me to make up my mind. I show the front desk my nail side by side compared to the inspo pic and asked her if it looks the same, then she proceeds to tell me it's suppose to just look similar.... and says yes with confidence. Since she can't do any designs properly I told her just to do regular white french tips, and she still manages to mess up...My nails look so bulky and the french tips just suck. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this nail salon. I booked an appointment for a manicure at 4 PM, but just 15 minutes before my scheduled time, I received a call informing me that someone else had taken my spot. When I expressed my confusion, they claimed it was my fault for not confirming the appointment--something I had never been asked to do. I never received any confirmation text or call prior to the appointment, so I was understandably taken aback. To make matters worse, they tried to accommodate me by offering a slot at 4:30 PM with the nail tech I had requested. The problem? The tech was already working on someone else's nails at 4, so there was no way they'd be able to give me the attention I needed in the allotted time. It just seemed like they were hoping I'd wait around and waste my time. Overall, the lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and poor handling of the situation left me very disappointed. 1st time visiting this nail salon & I definitely will not be returning. My gel pedicure experience was good, Sandy provided a good service. However, my gel manicure experience was disappointing. Diane started by removing my old gel polish with the filing drill, at 1st I thought she'd remove the top layer and then soak--as it should be--I was wrong. She filed all the polish off leaving the nails so incredibly thin and fragile. The service felt so forced, like doing the bare minimum was asking for too much. When Diane was "cutting my cuticles" she failed to use any cuticle softener, I could feel the tugging & pulling of my skin and she would only go in on the edges, it felt like a very lazy approach. I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with the manner in with my nails were being treated that I decided to cut the service before she applied polish. In the beginning of February, I went to go get a full set and a pedicure. Reading the reviews they looked really good so I tried it out for my first time when I went into the location. The customer service was amazing. I got a pedicure and it was the most expensive one which I believe is $40. And the thing that I was really concerned about my pain was to get the callus taken off and to the ingrown removed. My ingrown were still in there I don't think she took anything out or tried to. The woman was very nice, but she was too gentle after two hours of having my toes done. They began to chip and looking closely it look like they smeared off as far as that I rate the pedicure a 4/10 I would not recommend it as far as my full set I was really in love with the way they came out. I'm like Marilyn d., I've been a loyal customer with the Tech Diane. I wanted something that will keep my nails long and strong and from splitting and they informed me to get dip powder and I ask if my nails would become thin and they said no. At the beginning she did a good job, and some of the other ladies there are very polite and a joy to meet. But after awhile she became to relax and doing my nails became less and less beautiful to me. The last time she did them on my right hand the same nail lifted always and I brought it to her attention and she copped and attitude with me, I always tipped her very good, and I don't think they should have their Tech ask a customer to tip them with cash I was using a CC for payment. I got my nails done on December 18th, 2024 for the holidays and they just now started coming off on January 16th, 2025. They have lasted me so long and my nail artist did such a good job to make sure everything was symmetrical and even. My nails were in very bad shape when I went in(brittle, thin and very very short due to me picking at them) and my artist made sure to put down extra acrylic and glue to make them sturdy.
