I've been waiting patiently for this place to open. I scheduled a full set for my daughter for her prom. When we got there, it didn't feel like the other nail salons around here. It really has that LA vibe. I love this place! My daughter wanted glittery nails, so the nail tech tried on different types of glitter on her nails. She just wanted it subtle. The staff there and not friendly, they only are friendly to some customers and not just that but they have served mimosas with out ID people, I do not think that is appropriate. I encounterd missy being very rude to a staff when the owner was not there. I don't know if missy is a manager their or what. The best thing about Luxe is the amount of colors and options you have to choose from. I got a gel manicure, because I wanted to try out the holo powders I'd seen on their IG page. I looked just as good as the reference photo - if not better ;) The space was very clean. So were their tools! Super important. The ladies are all nice and easy to get along with. I had an emergency occur that morning 6 hours before my appointment and called to reschedule. My bank account revealed that I was charged and when I called to receive a refund, they refused. The owner of this establishment is greedy, unreasonable and disrespectful. This breaks my heart. I really was excited to try this place. The positive, The space was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly. The tools looked clean. That's where it ends. I wanted a simple mani/pedi. The person booked with because I had seen their work online said she didn't do manis and I was pushed onto someone else. Ok. I then was ready for my pedi. The chairs and gorgeous but don't massage!!!! Also the water is in a simple basin filled in the back. The pedi took 2 hours. OMGosh. The work was far below average. I had to come back the next day because the paint was see through and on parts of my actual skin. I get it. New business. new hires. There is room for improvement and I hope that the business grows strong. But for the price I paid and the time I wasted I expected way more. Best nail salon in Solano County and as far as Pleasanton! I have had my nails done by Reina in past years and have returned to her when she opened up her salon. She is incredibly talented and skilled with everything about nails, growing them, taking care of them, plus her art skills are amazing and her work shows for it! She's been featured on nail magazines, her exquisite work speaks for itself and if you find that this is too pricy for you, then you must not like great work, nothing that is outstanding is cheap, safe, sanitary, clean and great work takes time. I have had a hard time growing my nails due to their brittleness, lack of thickness and overall length, so she suggested Gel X extensions to grow them out for a few months and then do a gel manicure, well guess what?! My nails have grown more and the gel manicure has held up, still looks great and my nails are intact. Reina knows nails and what she can do for you, if you simply want nail extensions or to grow them, this is the best place within a 50 miles radius! I am picky with who works on my nails, that alone doesn't allow me to just go to any salon or nail tech, they have to care about my nails and not just making money, but how they can help my issue and how to fix it. I used to drive all the way to Pleasanton to another amazing nail tech but the drive started taking a toll on me, so instead I waited to find one locally and Reina returned back to her hometown and blessed us with Luxe Nailscape! I have had some pretty rough nail experiences in the past, and have been very reluctant to get acrylics due to how badly my nails have been done by other establishments. I read the reviews on here and decided to give this place a shot. They not only met my expectations but EXCEEDED them! Missy did my nails, and I have never been happier with nails on than I am right now! I had a 4:00 PM appointment so I was prepared to have a quiet time in the salon, due to technicians being tired from a long day at work, so while she didn't talk that much, I understood I was probably her last client and she was ready to put a days of work behind her. Nonetheless, she was friendly and did not fail to do an absolutely AMAZING job despite how tired she may have been. The staff was absolutely amazing and were very friendly. The areas were all kept very clean, neat, and organized. My experience here was ok. I had an appointment at 2:30 and was taken back around 2:45/50 (not a huge deal) My nail technician was Bri, who seemed very sweet and one thing I liked initially was that she told me my price up front after discussing my needs. The price seemed steep but I was willing to give them a shot. Well, Bri asked me if she could do some kind of marbling on one of my nails to jazz them up(not once did oak for it at all), I thought sure, she didn't mention a price increase of $10 would be added until after I finished. I bit my tongue and paid the total. Now. I paid extra for my nails to glow in the dark and they do not. Not even in pitch black after I've put them under a light. Strike 2 for me. My initial appointment was on Tuesday March 12 on Monday the 18th one popped off and at this point 5 have lifted. I spent $80 on this set and even tipped the girl $10. She was very gentle and like I said a sweet girl, but I just can't see WASTING that amount of money on something that I can get from somewhere else for half the price with no less than the same quality I received here. honestly wanted to try this place for a little bit bc it looked super cute. so i had to get my acrylics taken off because they were hurting so i went here for a soak off and a "manicure". the soak off didn't even take everything off my nails, polish gel or whatever and i got a horrible infection in one my nails. i had to go to the emergency room and in so much pain. i tried calling to ask for maybe a partial refund but they said nothing while i was on the phone. they also overpriced. the manicure was barely one and they charged me $50? went to multiple salons and never got an infection like this. it's disgusting. read more

Was excited to try this new nail salon as it opened in the area I live. I was a bit disappointed when finding out that their prices were sky high. As others stated in their reviews. It was a bit of a shock to be told a gel polish change with NO manicure was $40. I typically pay $25 at my usual salon including designs glitter or whatever else I want. I guess to say the least I think this salon has great customer appeal cute design on the inside and offering of champagne etc... but the price is way to high for the area they are in, so I won't be trying them out. read more

I was greeted as soon as I walked in which was nice. The owner was extremely cheerful. And the place looked really nice. I got a pedicure and the girl who did it was super sweet and nice. However the fancy chairs were uncomfortable and the tubs they use are plastic and light, leaving me having to balance my feet on my own and the whole time I was scared the tub was going to drop over and get the whole place wet. I was so uncomfortable for my entire pedicure, which took 2 hours.... for white gel. I would love to go back for a manicure because the techs are definitely talented.
