Julie Weiss has been doing my color for a couple years now and I truly don't know where I'd be without her. I have ginger features but dye my hair and everyone thinks my hair is fully 100% natural because Julie crushes it everytime. I found her because I dyed my own hair and essentially ruined it but she brought it back to life. I love how careful she is with bleach and never overdoes it.
