I have gone here 3 times, and each time, it's been progressively worse. The first time, right after they opened, I went in and everyone was very friendly and welcoming, but I went in for a basic manicure and ended up being upcharged for things I didn't really want but felt pressured to say yes to (tips & a design). The second time I visited, I made an appointment but still waited 45 minutes to be seated. Again, they tried to get me to add services for more money, but this time I stood my ground on just a basic manicure and the woman told me I was "wasting her time with boring nails". The third (and last time) I went for a Man/Pedi as I was taking a trip and wanted something fancier. The whole experience was torture. During the pedicure the woman scrubbed one of my feet so long and hard my heel blead and didn't scrub the other at all, and clipped my toenails straight across but didn't file down the sharp corners (I asked her to and she said "no, that's not how we do it). I should have left then, but I stayed for the manicure. She absolutely ruined my nails. I brought an inspo pic (posted below), and as you can see from the before & after picture (also posted below) she obviously had no idea how to do what I was asking and instead of saying so just did whatever she wanted. I went here through reference from my sister and it was my first time here and first time getting acrylic nails. I'll start by saying that I will not be going back. I was given the idea that this place was posh and luxury in a sense, but when I went in, especially toward the work stations, things looked very unsanitary and unkempt. There were coffee cups and possibly other refuse and when I sat down to get an acrylic set, the nail artist whipped out a nail drill with residue still on it and used that on me. I thought it was just my technician, but the next technician who was doing a fill-in on another client upon completing the service, put away her tools without sanitizing her tools either. My technician was nice enough; however, she spent her time talking to the other techs and this seemed to be the culture. On my other side, another male technician was working on a client and some time into her service, ANOTHER technician came over and talked to him the whole time as well! As an introvert, I did not mind not having to make small talk with a stranger, but if this important to you, you will be greatly disappointed. My nails turned out ok though! I won't be going back due to the lack of sanitation. I think we all deserve clean/new tools, especially when numerous people are involved. read more

I used to go here a lot but haven't been here for over a year - I decided to go in today for a walk in pedicure and I was able to be seated and worked on right away! Thank you! Everyone was friendly, although I do miss my nail tech/previous owner Jackie so I will be going to her new salon in the future. The only reason for four stars, is because they took down the waterfall that separates each side of the pedicure walls - this (along with hoping Jackie was here) is why I decided to get my pedicure done. If I could give this spot zero stars, I would. My sister and I went in yesterday for manicures and pedicures for our third sisters wedding this weekend. They were friendly and kind, although English speakers were far and few between. While we had a relaxing time, the outcome for both the fingers and toes was horrendous. They made my sister bleed during cuticle trimming - so much so that even after we were done and sitting at lunch, it started bleeding again! My cuticles look like my 7 year old daughter tired to trim them for me, and my get polish started chipping just 24 hours after the manicure. The polish was bubbling and cuticles were painted on several fingers. I paid $135 and am embarrassed to have these nails in my sisters wedding photos. I went into another nail salon that I frequent by my house and the kind owner was able to reshape my nails, remove the top coat, and apply a new liquid gel topcoat to help add extra shine and smooth out all the bubbles he could manage - all free of charge! They look much better now, but I will NEVER return to this location. read more

I was gifted a pedicure today and Annie did the best job I have received, ever. Not only did Annie do an amazing job with the message and callous treatment, she took her time going the extra mile to ensure my toe nail color was perfect. I went to get a pedicure here with my mom and when I told the woman doing mine that I wanted to cheapest pedicure and not the $55 dollar ones that were in the book she gave me to look through, it seemed like she had an attitude about this. Plus, the reason I wanted the cheaper pedicure was because I was also getting gel and wanted to leave a nice tip. She proceeded to rush through my service, doing the bare minimum and I noticed she was much less thorough than the woman doing my mom's pedicure. After a week two of my nails chipped and one the polish fully came off and I got gel. I would maybe go back to this salon but I refuse to have that woman do my nails again. read more

I absolutely love this place when I love it, but hate it when I hate it. The only reason why I say this is because the skill of the techs are veryyy inconsistent, so the good ones are amazing and the bad ones are honestly not great, so the experience will differ very greatly depending on who you get. I've been going here for a few years now, so at this point, I've basically had all of them at one point, and hands down the best tech is Nancy. She was extremelyyyy attentive to detail, which was unexpected but definitely appreciated. Super sweet lady and very caring, and hands down the best experience I've had getting my nails done. I would give negative stars if I could. I came in for a bridal shower and had a wait even though we had appointments. I asked for dip French tips on natural nails and he made me get tips on to extend my nails. (I work in dental office and did not want anything longer than my natural nails which are decent length) The guy doing my nails was on his phone and Apple Watch the whole time. Not looking while using the Dremel or the hand nail file. He was filing my actual fingers and cut my pinky. He then rubbed rubbing alcohol into the cut and disregarded any sort of disinfectant action to prevent infection. He started to place acrylic and I had to correct him that I requested dip gel and he switched but seemed annoyed for having to be corrected. Sorry....that's what I asked for? My nails ended very thick and none of the white tips were even. Some tips were thick and others thin, needless to say they did not match whatsoever. I went for my pedicure and was showing the bride of the group how awful they were but tried to be discreet about it. The woman painting the brides toenails asked what was wrong and I spoke up as I usually do not do that. After my pedicure I had a different woman take off all of the gel top coat and repaint all of my white tips. I hate the end result of the shape but tipped both of them $20. They were also all talking about me in their language and making it quite obvious as they all looked right at me and laughed. I asked what they said and she said "he feels bad" which I highly doubt. The photos will show my nails AFTER I have taken it into my own hands to reshape them as I could not work on my dental patients at work today. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS SALON!!!! Even if it's for a bridal shower. I would highly recommend going to long lake instead!!!! read more

While this nail salon is in a fantastic area, I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for a manicure. My friend and I met for a manicure; gel mani & gel dip mani. While the atmosphere and salon is nice looking, the quality of work they do is the reason for my rating & review. They rushed us through our appointment, refused to listen to our requests (preferences on nail shape, length, color, etc.), they were very cleary talking about us and the job they did was terrible. Nail shape was inconsistent, nail length was uneven, dip power was not even across my nails, and a within a week have chipped. I consistently get gel dip manicure & this is by far the worst I've ever received. I'd recommend finding another place to go. read more

I got my nails done here before my vacation. I came back to get the acrylic nails taken off. Instead of them soaking them and taking the time to get them off my nail without damaging them. They pooped them off even though I asked them not to. They ended up breaking my nail half way down and I was bleeding. I went in for a manicure but chose not to get one after they destroyed my nails. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for POC. They do not treat you nicely. read more

I'm not happy.. Went in for a pedicure. Full disclosure..I explained that I haven't had a pedi in a salon in about 2 years. My feet were clean and well cared for just not salon treated. I never expected this statement to be used against me. First bad sign.. pushed for me to get acrylics on my hands so they'll be "beautiful".  I Went in for a pedicure. Asked for simple French pedi, which I have consistently done for the past 20 plus years without issue. After my feet were in the water for literally seconds she pulled my foot out and started push back and cuticle cleanup. Then she called over "Tan" and they told me because of one nail they could not do my French because it would look bad and to pick a color. I should have left. But I picked a silver that he brought to me. Then I asked if they could do the tips of my big toe in gold. I looked down and my toes were silver and the big toe only had a gold tip and no other color. I said "no, that's ridiculous, I'd like it silver to match the other toes just with the tip gold.  I was told they can't do that and that they'll do something with a gold design. I asked what? And they couldn't tell me. I said forget it, just do it silver. So basically, I paid $35 for nothing more than a slight cleanup and a color. The edges of my toes are not even smooth. My feet other than my toe nails were never touched,my legs weren't either. Is this a $35 pedicure?? I could have done this myself at home in 10 minutes. Anyway when I left I explained how unhappy I was with this service and "Tan" told me "when you come back I'll do your service myself". That was his resolve?? Why would I go back??? Anyway put my Wells card in the machine and they start yelling "declined declined". I said "that's impossible" and gave them a different card. As soon as I got to my vehicle I looked at my account which had plenty of funds available.  I think this was a tactic to try and embarrass me. Not really sure. The entire experience was absolutely tragic. I'd also like to mention that the couple on the end with their 11 yr old daughter must have been paying for some very very expensive service as "Tan" was offering them red or white wine and bottles of water..They were sitting one seat over from me. I thought that was very very rude. Please don't respond with your typical "call us to discuss". I discussed it with you today, and you offered NOTHING to resolve my terrible experience.. read more

I went to Luxer to get a acrylic set. I was never told any prices but I also did not ask which was my fault. I was told a coffin shape would make my hands and my bigger nails look slimmer. I should've left after that comment but I agreed to get a coffin shape like she suggested. She was very very rough on my hands and my nails, made comments about my hands and nails, and at one point while she was filing my nails she sliced into the side of my thumb with the file and put NAIL GLUE on it to stop the bleeding. After she was done with everyone my nails had tons of bubbles and were uneven. I was then charged 95$ and had to Venmo my technicians personally account instead of pay normally at the register. Pretty sure she was scamming me a bit there and I should've seen the red flags but I honestly just wanted to go home. Haven't been back since and will never go back. read more

I walked in for a pedicure after calling ahead for an appointment. Almost every chair was taken with someone else also waiting for service. That person made an appointment online - they double booked her and she ended up walking out disappointed. I had a bad feeling about this - way too chaotic and the staff were running around ragged. I gave it 15 minutes, then I was going to walk out when they called me to a pedicure chair. I waited there another 15 minutes for someone to start the service. He was very rushed, grabbing/pushing my foot hard instead of adjusting the chair for length or asking me to move to accommodate him. Didn't make any conversation, he was stressed, hurried and you could tell in how the pedicure turned out. I know it won't last long and some of the nails were not fully painted. Not sure if I'll go back...they sure are trying to make up for lost revenue from covid - they are packing them in and rushing service. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've been there a couple times now and I just had a very bad experience. I came in to get a fill and my friend came with me to get a removal and a new set. When one of the guys realized my friend wanted a new set he said "come on man" in a very irritated tone which was very unprofessional. The customer service is exceptional and they listen to what you want and do it. I tend to bring in pictures and my nails turn out even better then expectations! I told them it wasn't a good idea but they forced me anyway to put on my flip flops. Of course it smeared and I had to point it out.
