I'm SO glad I chose to bring my car to Luxury Collision Center! I was driving and a rock hit my roof. Caused a few dents and some paint scratches. As I was waiting for my insurance claim to be processed, I immediately went to yelp to get a few quotes. I have a Mercedes coupe and I'm very particular about my car. Art was very responsive in getting back to me and gave me a pretty good quote with just the photos I provided. A few other companies responded, but were not friendly at all. Art was very friendly and didn't "push" me to bring my car in right away. He said it would take about 3-4 days so I needed to schedule the drop off based around when I would not need my car. The drop off was seamless, Art was very communicative throughout and not only was my car done on time as promised: the dents and scratches are gone and they also touched up a few other minor things. My bill was just as we discussed, no extra miscellaneous charges (like other car shops). When I saw my car, I was floored! It looked like it came straight off the lot. I didn't think it was true that it was that easy after getting a 2-3 month turn around on my tesla to get 2 doors fixed on a different body shop that was tesla certified. So I got it scheduled, Art is super professional and easy to work with. He estimated 2-3 week turn around and got it done in 14 days! I am very happy I took my 2012 Hyundai Tucson to Luxury Collision Center. Both my car handles on the passenger side had clearcoat peeling off. Only the paint was exposed. Don't spend another second looking for a body shop, this is it! I took my car here for two reasons: 1) Yelp Reviews & 2) close to my office. I have no other affiliation with this shop but HIGHLY recommend it. Art took the car in the next morning and finished the job that afternoon. I know his team worked really hard to finish the work in 1 day. It was not cheap, but the price was fair. When you drive a fancy car, repairs are expensive, that's the reality. Took my modded Subaru Crosstrek here after having cosmetic damage to the driver door. I thought I could trust this shop with its 5 star reviews, WRONG. The owner, Art, told me to come around 1 pm on a Saturday to pick it up. On the way there, I received another text to come at 1:30 pm because they were running late. I still passed by twice to see my car and saw my hood open. My hood shouldn't have been open at all if the door was the only thing that needed attention. 1:20 pm came along and decided to drop by in person. Immediately saw my gas cap cover was off... why? I don't know. It shouldn't have been off nor touched in the first place either. After getting into my car to leave, I saw that I was left with 1/4 of a gas tank, which I knew I did not leave it like that. I reviewed my dash cam footage after coming back home and discovered Art took my car on a joyride to his house WITHOUT MY PERMISSION the same day I left it in his shop and yes I have the video. Additionally, he was not wearing his seatbelt the whole ride there (I can hear my seatbelt alert on video) AND he was on the phone. How f*cking careless. He could have gotten it towed, crashed, or have something else done to it. If you really want to get technical, this is considered GTA. There is absolutely NO REASON as to why he needed to take my car to his house when he has his own secured shop in Long Beach. Art is not a local to Long Beach, I won't burn his address out but he wasted at least 100 miles on my car just from his house and back and never even mentioned it to me when I got to his shop. He couldn't use his own car? You know... the car he came in the first place? This is very unprofessional and very VERY disturbing to know my car was used while I trusted this shop. I will NOT be coming here again. 5 STAR REVIEWS DO NOT MEAN ANYTHING IF THE SHOP DOES NOT RESPECT YOUR BELONGINGS. read more
