Just came here for the first time after reading reviews and I have to say that I had a GREAT experience. I just walked in was asked what I wanted and picked a color. I couldn't make up my mind on a color for the gel so I decided to do traditional French. He did a great job and really spent his time making it look perfect. I paid $50 for a full set with gel polish. The nail technician had to be inexperienced. He took and hour and a half to do the nails. He repeatedly had to add more acrylic to fix each nail (after he'd moved onto other nails). My nails ended up warped and shaped like a duck's bill. Another technician offered to fix it but I'd lost confidence in their capabilities and I didn't have anymore time to spare. I'm NEVER going back there. I wasted my time and money because now I have to go to my normal shop to have them fix this mess. Don't waste your money. read more

My first time getting my nails done since COVID and I was really excited. This was my first time here too. They aren't doing anything special about COVID besides adding plexiglass in between the nail tech & the client at the manicure section. Pedicure section exact same and clients sat right next to each other (not 6 feet) It was a bunch of little things that made me leave a poor review. 1. When I asked for a french pedicure the lady said my nails were too short. I've been getting the same pedicure & length for years, she ended up doing them - and they look fine. 2. They did my manicure in the pedicure chair without even asking if I was ok with it, not comfortable - other places ask first. 3. They were so quick to rush me out (not busy) once I got the pedicure another lady started cleaning out the bowl & everything --- while I was still sitting there -- why? 4. The answer why is because they lady who did my pedicure just left didnt tell me where to go try my nails or anything. (I never saw her INSIDE the shop again) 5. No one ever came back to take the things off in between my toes or my temp shoes... when I asked someone who worked there she said you can take them off yourself. Ok? 6. The price. A basic pedicure is $27 - I upgraded. Not worth it. Anyways the manicure is $17. What!? I thought that was insane vs the pedicure price. 7. My nail tech was outside on the phone when I left, no thank you - nada. Anyways - not coming back. read more

I have been going to this place exclusively for almost two years now. The technicians are friendly and experienced and the place is clean . You can get a bare bones pedi for 23 bucks or something like that. I recommend calling ahead, and I also recommend Dan. He's attentive and does a good job with your nails. This shop also doesn't pressure you to buy other services, they usually only bring them up if I got both a mani and pedi my last trip in. I didn't give it five stars because it is a very light and bright space and sometimes it isn't as quest as you'd like but bring some headphones or a book and you'll be fine! read more

This place is so convenient to where I work and I've never had to wait because I go in on weekday afternoons. I have been going to Quynh now for a few months and she does a great job. I only ever get acrylic fills (my feet are too ticklish for pedicures so I can't vouch for them). I always leave satisfied with my nails as well as their pricing. My first visit here was today, 6/4/16. First they had me waiting about 45 minutes to get my acrylics filled after repeatedly telling me "a few more minutes ok" I actually began to get impatient and I was about to leave but I really wanted that fill. Shame on me! If I had known a fill in with gel polish would cost me $40 I would've left sooner! I just told them I didn't want polish, so I walked away with bare nails. When the technician filed my nails she left them crooked, after I asked her to refile them, they were STILL crooked. I asked her how much a fill in was with regular polish and she said $18 since I have long nails. When I went to check out, she said $20!!!! I tried to correct her but she insisted it was $20, so I paid her that amount bc at that time I was just ready to leave there. I will never EVER come back here. read more

I had a great experience at Luxury Nails. The nail tech took me right away, I did not have to wait long at all. My nails look great, I had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Nothing but good experiences here! I have gone to multiple places in the area, and keep coming back to this one as they are the only ones I can consistently get a good manicure from regardless of who does it. They also offer a great 1 day satisfaction, and they mean it (they had a new technician who was on a 2 week trial who did a really bad dip manicure. She went back the next day and another tech redid the mani and the owner talked to her one on one to make sure she was satisfied! Went above and beyond to make it right). I was really excited to try this salon but unfortunately I will not be returning. The young man who was scrubbing my foot took a chunk from the side of my foot. Charged me full price. The next day even after cleaning it well I ended up at the emergency room with a fever. I came here for the first time about a week ago. I was assisited my dan who was awesome. I usually dont take the time to write reviews but he deserves one. I got a full set and a pedicure. The massage chair was great during the pedicure and he offered me water. He gave me options of the different pedicure services. He didnt rush the way most nail places rush, he took his time the entire time which created a good experience. By the time he finished my feet were soft. My nails came out great. He put this gel fingernail polish on there so it would last longer. He catered to my needs asking questions the entire time. I will always go here going forward. I would recommend this job to anyone. After trying a few different other local places I gave Luxury Nails a try after my daughter recommended it. I'm so glad I did! I absolutely love this place! Van (who has since left) and Diane are the best! I never feel rushed or pressured to add on additional services like everywhere else I've ever patronized. They are kind, professional and really listen to what it is that I'm asking for. Plus, this salon is really, really clean. Bad ventilation. My nail tech didn't listen to me when I asked her not to cut my cuticles. And, also made a few negative comments about me in Vietnamese to her her coworker. Funny how my previous red polish color reminds her of blood and makes her want to puke and that I am being picky because I asked her to only push back my cuticles and not cut. Guess what? This place is an amazing little find! The staff is so wonderful, free water/soda is offered, and it is clean. I've been a few times, all on the weekends as a walk-in and have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. Their pedicures are very reasonably priced and they do a fantastic job! A fun little perk is that there is a big screen TV set up right in front of the pedicure massage chairs. While they have an extensive magazine selection and the staff are great conversationalists, it's nice to sometimes zone out to the TV :) I honestly can not say one bad thing. I also love that I've never been hassled to get other services done (eyebrow waxing, manicure, etc) like some salons do. The staff respects your wishes. read more

I was early and wanted to also get a pedicure. The staff was more than happy to accommodate me. The entire experience was relaxing and I felt pampered. I thought I finally found my nail salon.... the only one I have been to more then 2x. Well this last visit did it for me, I am not going there ever again. My gf and I made an appt over the phone. I had requested gel nails and toes plus callus treatment for both of us, my gf was sitting right next to me when I made it. We get there everything is going great. until I have to pay. I will rate them based on understanding it was a Friday. They only had 5 employees working this afternoon. The place is real small and there were customers getting impatient on the wait. I loved my pedicure by the older man. I forgot his name. I also got a full set/ gel pink and white... At first I liked my nails, 3 days later I don't....they didn't cut my cuticles nor cut my real fingernails to trim them down...I don't know if that's just what they do because my girlfriend had to ASK to get her cuticles cut down... not sure I will return here. They were very friendly people though. It's just I was expecting real "luxury" and this place just wasn't luxurious to me. It was $35 for a milk and honey spa pedicure. How does gel color start peeling two hours after the service?! I called back the same day and told them what happened so I went back two days later since that was the only time I could schedule around work. It was incredibly inconvenient that I had to make time to go back when I work Monday through Friday. The older lady (which I assume is the owner or manager) was VERY rude when I explained the situation to her. She wouldn't let me finish my sentences nor explain why my gel color was peeling. She just kept muttering under her breath in Vietnamese, glaring at me while speaking in Vietnamese to her co-workers (who all seemed uncomfortable) while she was ranting in her language, and just kept telling me that they're re-doing it. A part of their industry is customer service and if that's how they do their business, I do not see why anyone would go there when there are SO many more nail shops in the area. read more

I just moved to the area and was looking for a place to get my nails done. My BFF and I had a girls day and came here. We were incredibly pleased. We got a honey and sugar pedi and a manicure. The staff was incredibly nice, they offered us a beverage upon coming in and again while we were getting our mani/pedis done. They took their time and did not rush. I walked in w my sister and daughter for pedicures and saw they were busy, so I asked how long the wait was. The lady in charge said she could take us right away. I was apprehensive, but she said it would only be a moment they were almost done. 15 min later they take my sister back, and 30 min later they take me and my daughter. I don't mind waiting, but I don't appreciate a business lying to keep me there. My husband had dropped us off so if they were honest about it actually taking awhile, we could've eaten next door and come back and been seen together. I said something to the lady who seemed to be avoiding me, and she didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting much longer than she said I would.
