I took my daughter to get a pedicure on September 10th (where she got her gel pedicure prior) after this pedicure she started to complain that her toe hurt, At first I thought maybe they had cut her nail too short, by the 3rd day her toe was infected and puss was oozing out. My daughter called and the only thing they said was "WE CAN''T GIVE YOU MONEY BACK". I decided to go and ask for the manager. They said they had no manager working, I told them I just wanted them to be aware of the situation and they said they would have owner call me. It's been four (4) days and nobody has called me back. What a horrible experience ‼‼I booked an appointment over the phone for 5 pm today. Got there about 4:30 and everyone just looked at me like I was an ALIEN and NO ONE said a word. I read the reviews and decided to give Luxury Nails a try even though they have a lot of negative reviews. I should have considered the negative reviews more because unfortunately, I had a negative experience myself. I figured I needed to experience the nail salon for myself and hoped I would have a great experience. The location is convenient in Inspirada and the salon itself is new and clean. They looked somewhat busy when I arrived. I requested a dip manicure with coffin shaped nails. The technician I had didn't know how to shape nails into a coffin shape so another worker came over to shape my nails. I ended up with a mix of round, square, and coffin shaped nails. The application was uneven and thick. The worst part was when they asked me to pay when my service wasn't even over. They close at 7 and around 6:30 I was asked to pay so they could close out their register. I had to dig around in my purse for my credit card while my nails weren't even finished right in the middle of my service and was expected to tip and sign the credit card receipt so the receptionist could close up the register before their posted closing hours. While this location is close to my home and convenient, I won't return. First impressions are everything and I was shocked at the poor service I received and paid for. There are so many nail salons in the area and I wouldn't recommend coming to Luxury Nails. read more

Diana was my nail technician and she was so friendly and easy to have a conversation with. She also did a great job on my toes. I love that they have a punch card for frequent customers and currently they're running 20% off through June 9th. This will be my go-to salon now. Yes, I get that however, there was no refund or remedy for nails she paid for 7 DAYS AGO! $70 for nails to pop off 7 days later. Then for that tech to take them off and get up and LEAVE the salon. Location is a bit small , equipped with lots of nail station and pedicure. A bit hard to move around when it is pack with clients and employees. Owner need to have his reception booth right in front, hard to tell where he is when you walk in, but it's to your left. I came in for a Gel X fill from a set I did elsewhere. The lady technique to refill was interesting but she did a good job. The shape was alright she didn't do such a good job rounding my nails. My previous nails were long almond and I asked to get them shorter and round but some nails weren't rounded enough. I did like the way she painted my nails and how close she was to the cuticles. I walked by the salon and made a spontaneous decision to get my nails and toes done while my child was in preK. They immediately took me in when it looked busy to which I was surprised. The environment and vibe was very relaxing, the music was modern and the staff was really friendly and inviting. I said I haven't had my nails done in like 3 years and was taking a long time to pick a design and they were patient and helped me pick something I love! My nail tech, An Huynh, needs more love because she is so talented! I never go with designs, and the example I had required one, so I told her "don't worry about it just replace it with a glitter or something" but she ended up doing the design for me and it's absolutely gorgeous!! Ughhh...I hate writing reviews like this. So I might as well get it out there. I live super close by, like so close I walk there. So on this particular day, I had decided to do some self care. I walked over to the newly opened (after their grand opening special) nail salon. I had tried previously to call but was greeted by a full voicemail. Surprisingly the place was full, so I was thinking the service must be getting better. I came in as a walk in with every intention of waiting if I had to. First thing I noticed was not only was the place brand new and everything clean, but it was such a small space and I couldn't even find the reception area. Once I found it I told the receptionist that I just wanted a pedicure and manicure. Thankfully she was able to get me in right away. I did have to wait a bit for the pedicure as all their techs were busy. I appreciated the fact they did cover the bowls with plastic to keep it sanitary. I asked for a regular spa pedicure and was a little surprised how fast the service was. The tech barely cleaned my nails and cuticles and went straight to painting my nails. I had asked for a white polish and not sure what brand they used but it might as well have been White Out. The polish came out clumpy and I thought maybe once it dried it would look better. Unfortunately when she was done it looked like an elementary paint project. I felt bad cause the tech was super nice. After my pedicure I noticed that the salon had kinda cleared out and I was sitting there waiting for my nails to dry. All the techs had down time after that and kinda dispersed everywhere. I figured they forgot about my manicure and when I checked in with the receptionist she had forgotten as well so I just paid for my service and left. Overall I think that the whole place could use some improvement. With such a small space there wasn't much as far as entertainment and the techs were so quiet none of them seemed personable. I would probably question the quality of their products too since my nail polish chipped 2 days after. I definitely had better experiences elsewhere. I'm not sure if they just need to work the kinks out, but if the reviews don't get better I don't see them lasting very long in this neighborhood as their biggest clientele are going to be locals. read more

Just moved to the area and tried this new salon. All equipment is brand new. Love the color scheme inside. Good music. I just wish they would change what's on TV. Went here for a pedicure with a friend. The space is small but they have used all the space wisely. I think that the receptionist desk is misplaced because I'm use to it being by the front door but I guess it works. The receptionist greeted us and was friendly. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed the work of Kobe. He was nice, fun, and applied the right amount of pressure completing the pedicure and massage. I got the regular pedicure and felt like the pricing was fair and they did a great job. The pedicure chairs were clean, comfortable and easy to use. They apply a lining in the tub which I felt made it more sanitary. They have various options of mail services so you'll have a wide variety to choose from. Love the modern decor. First time here to get a gel manicure with chrome. As the technician "Jackie" started filing my old gel she pulls out a plastic bag containing an acetone soaked cotton. She put my right hand into the bag and pushed my filed nails into the cotton. I thought this must be a new technique usually gels are individually soaked off from each finger or in an acetone bowl. I then notice the cotton was covered in blue glitter and is stained different colors. IT WAS USED COTTON!!! I further checked and it was indeed used. How disgusting. I let her know I was leaving. Currently filing a report with NV Board of Cosmetology. Edited: The tech in no way prepared the bag of soaked cotton in front of me it was premade and dirty. In fact, it was tied to shut when she put it on the table. A videos will confirm her touching me and putting my hand into the bag. Nice try. Complaint filed. Good luck. read more

Long story short, She was rude from the beginning until the end of the service. I didn't even get a foot massage! I tried to get a hold of a manager but they were not there. Let me start by saying while the end result was "fine" , I felt the experience could have been better. Service was alright, not the friendliest but also not rude. The massage during my pedicure more or less felt like she was just rubbing my legs for maybe 10minutes, I wouldn't classify it as a massage.
