I've been going to them for a while now. This is the first time I'm very disappointed with my service. I requested for fill hard gel with designs. The tech took a long time (almost 3 hours) to do this set, didn't even clean up my cuticles and charge me a lot for this kind of work. If I know that it would take 3 hours to do this and charge me double of what I used to pay. I would just go for simple solid color. Not happy with this! read more

FINALLY! A place that checks all the boxes and more. I decided to try out Senses Nail Spa from their photos posted. It looked very clean, minimal, polished, and the services offered a spa quality (like hot stones/ scrub/ mask for the pedicure) I had Tracy and Angela who made me feel so welcome and relaxed. These ladies were so gentle and precise. I asked for a micro French nail & Angela delivered flawlessly. So many options to choose from and the pricing was great! I can't imagine going anywhere else now that I've had this service. I came in with my soda, completely relaxed, no loud tvs, soft music, aromatherapy (no harsh chemical smells), warm lighting... also the massage chairs are amazzzing!! I could keep going on & on. I workout a lot and my feet get really dry and rough (not to mention the dry climate here), and after each pedicure, my toesies are so happy; my heels are not cracked and my skin feels great. Whether I do or not you aren't qualified to dig and cut Went today for a gel manicure 3rd time using Tracy Thought she was good, but she thinks she is the best manicurist ever. She told me in the beginning remind me how you like your nails done. Ok she works on several people she can't remember how everybody likes their nails shaped etc. I tell her at the end of the manicure can you take the brush with something that removes the excess polish on my skin. I feel I have sone polish on my thumb. That led her telling me don't use me anymore. You don't like what I do. Never said that Embarrassed me in the store Owner Angela said not one word to me She did not Apologize for her manicurist being rude she just stood there no business sense whatsoever ever Now this place isn't even so good on price. Only discount now the expensive manicures and pedicures So don't go here if you want to ask questions on what they are using on you or if you want them to do your nails a certain way. 5/5 for this new nail salon that just opened up. I was easily able to make an appointment over the phone. When I arrived, it instantly reminded me of a spa like I was about to get a massage or a facial. The smell the music the vibes were unlike any other nail salon I've been to. Everything inside was very Zen. The lady who approached me when I walked in was the owner. She was very sweet and welcoming, and assisted me to the pedicure chair where I was welcome by my nail tech. I opted for the athletic pedicure. They said it was one of the most popular packages to choose from. It felt more of like a foot treatment in every way possible. It was everything my feet and toes needed after a long overdue pedicure. My nail tech was very quiet but I think that's the point, to keep you relaxed and minimize conversation. My favorite part obviously was the foot massage but not only did she massage it once, but twice! She first came out with a rolling cart with all of her supplies and a little candle that was lit. I thought it was part of the zen vibes but she ended up using the melted wax as a lotion on my legs and then massaged it in! Like what?! That was definitely a first for me, very interesting but the hot wax felt so nice on my skin. She made a rude comment about my nails and said "your nails are too short I can barely clean them". On top of that she was rough and cut me multiple times.
