I booked an appointment online for a pedicure and since I arrived everything was rushed. I asked for French tip and it was nice that she gave me options for the base, but when she got to the white part she left polish all on my skin without cleaning it. She only went over the white once so some parts were see through. Some of the lines were also crooked. There was a lady there before me getting a pedicure and by the time I was done she wasn't even done yet. Maybe you'll get better service if you call for an appointment. read more

Lily has been doing my nails for 10 years and I've followed her wherever she went. When Lily went on vacation, Thai and Ivy started doing my nails and I am very pleased with the results. My nails last more than 4 weeks but I try to come regularly every 4 weeks. Booking an appointment is easy. Price is reasonable. Place is clean. Open 7 days a week. The customer service at this place is terrible. The nail techs here will harass you and bully you. The nail tech who did my nails was texting on her phone every 30 seconds and burnt my finger with the LED light twice on purpose. It was clear she was upset even before I sat down. She was forceful when she put my hand up to the light even when I flinched she kept it there. When I asked to speak to the manager the nail tech continued to yell at me and blamed me IN FRONT OF THE "manager" The manager said nothing and continued to help the person she was helping!! STAY AWAY FROM PLACE!! I'm surprised they have these "good reviews". I wouldn't be surprised if they're all fake. read more

So I've been coming to Glow Nail Bar for over four years now, but I've never been a regular nail person. (I do it when I have time) So today I decided to go down and made an appointment to get a acrylic nails done and a pedicure. The front desk staff, are always nice and greet you upon entry. They ask you to pick your color and I got sat straight away! I got introduced to Lily and she was a spitfire from the get go! Lol! And what I mean by that is she was very fun, bubbly and talkative and she started telling me about her life and I talk to her about my life. she made me feel so comfortable, warm and welcomed. There's only so many people in your lifetime that you meet for the first time and you feel like they're your best friend. Anyways, Lily introduced me to Gel X nails, and I love them! They are meant to be healthier and longer lasting than the acrylic nails, so I decided to go with them. I then had a pedicure done and my gosh Lily started educating me about how to take better care of my feet, and before I knew it, I ended up buying three different products on Amazon while I sat in my chair getting a pedicure !! Who does that?!? So I went in at 10:20 and I think I walked out of there by 12:30. But Im so happy with my nails today!! Was fun!! Thank you Lily!! Do not go here. When they mess up and you tell them they still charge you like it's your fault. She was told I was unhappy and I wanted a new set the last time I was here. She said no she would just fix them. They fell off in a week. So I go in she says she will give me a discount but then wants to charge me full price for my toes mind you I get tens all to match every time so if she had listened and fixed them I wouldn't have had to change my toes and designs to match. Paid 230 for me and my daughter with designs and with the discount $120? She couldn't understand I would have never been there if she would have done what I asked to begin with.
