Called to schedule an appointment and left a message for a call back. I received a text a few hours later that was seemingly professional in asking when I wanted to schedule and even suggesting I buy the Groupon. I bought the Groupon and set up my appointment for a couples massage. She was very set on me coming a specific day and time even though I might have preferred a different day or time, but I thought, "I'll just make this work." About 90 mins before my appointment, I text back to confirm. I receive a text half an hour later (1 hour before my appointment) that she had the stomach bug over the weekend and was going to have to reschedule for two weeks from now. 1) I had planned my day around this massage, rescheduling other things because this was the time she wanted me to come in. 2) it was an anticipated surprise for my SO in which I then had to tell him wasn't happening. 3) I had to text and try to confirm my appointment 90 mins before (even though she confirmed it a week prior) and she didn't have the courtesy to tell me in advance that she was canceling when she'd been sick all weekend - I honestly think she just forgot about my appointment. I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Consequently, I will never try this spa, I would encourage anyone else to find a place with better customer service, and Groupon is refunding my money. read more

I Am utterly disappointed with this business. I have never written a review, but am doing so to spare people from wasting their time and money. I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage and have made repeated attempts to schedule an appointment. No one has returned my calls nor responded to any of my text messages. I understand I need to comply with a scheduling of 10-14 business days, but I can I even do that when they refuse to return my call. My husband travels for work so our window of opportunity to schedule this is small and their inability to call back customers or stick to appointments is unacceptable. From my initial experience and all the poor reviews on here, I don't even want to waste anymore time with this unprofessional and mediocre business. Literally the same story as other reviewers. Don't bother with this place... Bought a groupon for my wife. She tried to call and schedule an appointment but left a message. A few hours later, they texted back asking when she wanted an appointment and then just threw at a random time... good thing that time worked for her. I can't beleive how unprofessional that was. My wife showed up to the business and the sign said "In session... out at 1:40pm" and the door was locked. Her appointment was for 1:30pm. She then waited till 2pm. No one ever showed up or unlocked the door. My wife drove home... I got a refund through groupon. Literally the worst experience I've had with a business in years. Received a groupon for Luxxe from my mother-in-law and they have been impossible to get ahold of. They say "Due to an influx of calls, leave a message or text us and we will contact you." I called and texted and my mother-in-law called and emailed with no luck during their "business hours". We then went by there at 4:00 on a week day and they were closed with no cars in front. I have been trying to book with them for over a year. I got a Groupon. No one would ever answer the phone or text messages. One night they texted me back at almost 11pm. So I finally get an appointment scheduled and I get a call 45 minutes before my appointment saying she can't make it. I was very unhappy and she offered me a free massage or some extra time on my massage. I've always had a great experience at this place. The spray tans never made me look orange unlike at other places and Groupon price was very reasonable. If you follow instructions, it will last about 1-2 weeks depending on activity level and how many showers you take. Worth the $20! read more

The day of my appointment I had to reschedule due to a work conflict. My appointment was in the evening. I notified them first thing in the morning. The lady I texted said that rescheduling would not be a problem. When I was able to reschedule, I texted the lady and received no response. This happened for two weeks, until I finally texted from a DIFFERENT number using a DIFFERENT name. I was immediately scheduled. Upon the day of my appointment, the spa had a scheduling conflict and had to reschedule me. Ironic. I accepted my rescheduled appointment. On the day of my appointment, I arrived to find the spa was closed 5 minutes past my scheduled time. Once I arrived, I was greeted and directed to the massage room. When the massage began, so did the incredibly awkward and inappropriate discussion. It was then that I found out if you have bought a Groupon massage the salon does not really care to service these people. Why? Because they "do not make any money from it," as the masseuse informed me. When she continued to talk about people rescheduling appointments, I asked her if they ever reschedule Groupon clients, if they happen to have a scheduling conflict and she said, "Nope. We just chuck it up as a loss." I asked her about the refund for the money and she said, "They lose it. Groupon isn't going to reimburse them and we aren't going to service them." There was a lot more to be said during my massage that I did not care to hear; very inappropriate discussion, when the whole purpose of a massage is to have a peaceful and relaxing experience. read more

Make sure you confirm your appt so you don't drive all the way out there to be greeted by a "Sorry we missed you" sign on the door and be back 45 mins after your scheduled appt. They didn't answer the phone when I called but did respond with text messages saying her phone must have changed the month of my appt. I sent text and the same day was able to schedule my appointment. I went today and the massage room was very nice and roomy. So I bought a couples massage on groupon to this place as a surprise to my boyfriend. I don't usually write reviews but this place was so unprofessional that I just have to. I have texted the number they have on grouping to schedule since I've called and it seems impossible to get ahold of someone. I've gotten a date and time scheduled two weeks in advance. A few day before my appointment I texted the number again to make sure my appointment still stand and to my surprise I was never put down for the appointment she told me the day was booked full and I have to wait next month to even schedule. I was very frustrated at that point since I have to tell my boyfriend he have to wait another month for his surprise. Now to the day I've gotten the massage I had a decent massage my boyfriend on the other hand wanted the massage to be over. The girl that massaged him didn't even ask about pressure he asked her 5 times to go harder and she would do it for just a little bit and then go back to doing it soft. We go to a lot of different massage we pay to relax and all we can sense is that they wanted to hurry it up. We talked to the owner who gave us a free couple massage we have scheduled it a month in advance and today July 10, 2016 was the day of our massage we called and texted them early in the morning making sure our appointment still stand. I bought a Groupon for a massage and I have had the hardest time trying to schedule it with this business. For the last three weeks, whenever I have tried to call the business, there is a message recording stating that they are experiencing a high volume of calls, to please leave a message or send a text to a specific number. The recording doesn't allow me to leave a voicemail and when I texted the number, I received a response 2 days later giving me dates and times to choose from. When I selected one, I didn't get another response until 4 days later telling me that they are sorry but they don't have that time slot available on that day, but they do have an earlier one for the same day. I told them I will take it and I asked them to call me please received no response back. I also went to the business personally and tried to schedule an appointment and the lady at the reception desk took my name and number and told me that she is sorry but she is unable to make an appointment for me and she will have someone call me. I received no call. The day before my selected massage appointment via text message I texted asking them to confirm my appointment and I received no response back. I went to the business on the date and time that had last been communicated with me and the same lady at the reception desk told me that she didn't have me on the schedule and they were fully booked for the day. I find the conduct of this business most unprofessional and I recommended that you save yourself the time and go somewhere else. read more
