This used to be my favorite nail salon before they switched management. Now I feel uncomfortable and just recently one of the nail techs doing my gel pedicure hurt my toe and it still hurts a day later. I've been coming here to be serviced by the same nail tech for years. I've always had a positive experience with her and Judy, the previous owner. On my last visit I was greeted by a new face, I would later find out she is the new owner, she asked if I needed help, I said I was here for Armina. She asked if I wanted to pick a color, I said Armina had my color. She wasn't thrilled by my lack of needs as I stood there waiting for Armina to finish helping her set up their new system. Armina and I proceed to sit, I have my appointment, and when it's time to pay, I pay through the newly established app for payment. I go to leave and the new owner Denise yells out as I'm walking out of the door "did she forget to pay?!" I turn to her and Armina and I both respond that I paid through the app. She then says, in an establishment full of people "okay, we don't gel and dash". I wanted to call her every name in the book, instead I left and decided I'm never returning. I felt so embarrassed being loudly accused of attempting to steal a service. I was disrespected and discriminated against from the moment I walked in. What's the point of offering pay via app if you're worried about people leaving without paying? Steven did a great job on my pedicure and the massage was great. Often times, it feels like that part is of the pedicure is rushed, but Steven made sure to spend enough time on all steps of the pedi. I told the lady that I want something stronger, because my nails break easily, so she suggested gel x. I have no idea what that is, but she said it lasts longer. I asked what some of the other options were, and polygel I think it was called, they had no idea what that was, even though there is a sign advertising it in the salon. I trust her and go with gel x. Another person had to do my nails, which is fine. I told him I want them short, he said he would cut them later. When he was done I knew I shouldn't have chosen it. He did a good job, but my overall review is for the lack of knowledge from staff about their own services they provide. If I knew this was going to be what it was, I wouldn't have done it. I didn't like at the end he left my hands dirty and put oil on top of my dirty hands and nails. I'm not coming back, they're not horrible, just not for me. read more

Got my eyebrows done here last week and they did so good that I made an appointment a week in advanced to get my nails done. Love they have texted reminders. My appointment came up and I got there 5 mins before. A gentleman took me right away and as soon as I asked about dip powder, he seemed unsure so the lady who was doing someone else's nails said she'll do my nails. So the guy just filed my nails to prep and then I waited maybe 10 mins until the lady started on me. She did great as you can see in the photo, I'm very satisfied with the quality BUT, I did not even get a manicure aka cuticle cleaning etc. They straight up just did my gel and dip and that's it. I have not had my nails done in months so that was needed. For $60, I feel that a manicure should've been included, but I felt like they were rushing on me. THE OWNER HERE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND DOES NOT KNOW A THING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EXPERIENCE. I loved my nail tech and tipped well above the 20% and personally left happy with my nails but my girlfriend experience was enough to ensure we never return. She wanted a beautiful marble done on two nails for each hand. (See attached photos) what she got was anything but that. She showed me her nails and I didn't think they were finished yet and she was too embarrassed to tell the lady that wasn't what she wanted in fear of hurting her feelings.. I jumped in instead to say they looked nothing like the photo and that for $150 for the design they need to be redone. The nail tech said she would fix them but instead focused on painting the rest of the nails black. My girlfriend didn't have time to stay because it was already 3.5 hours in. The owner then got involved saying how beautiful they were and that she would still have to pay for the service. Just to be clear- she had no problem paying the fee.. she just wanted to leave with what she wanted and not the mess of nails she got. Instead of the owner doing what was right, she got defensive and started disrespecting both of us. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS. She refused to fix her nails and budge on price saying we're paying a service. YOURE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT, we're paying for a service.. but the service was so sub par and clearly not up to expectations period. To make it better, the customer on the left of my girlfriend was in there getting her nails fixed because the girl doing my friends nails screwed hers up too! Even the tech ladies were making fun of how terrible that girl was as far as nails. How can anyone screw someone nails and then blame the customer. If you couldn't provide a service or do the designs you were shown... you should have said something then! She could have easily picked something different that she would have been happy with especially paying $150! At the end of the day, we wanted to both leave happy with what we wanted. All the owner had to do was make it right by fixing the nails, being understanding, and compassionate. Being sweet and doing what is right is how you get loyal customers.. not trashing them, down talking to them and treating them like they are scum. A consumer has every right to dispute a transaction if the merchant refuses to work with them and if the consumer is unhappy. Why would you want to lose all the money for the service for not doing what is right instead of just fixing your crap job!? Ladies, beware. This place is overpriced and the work is subpar if that. You can get better work at a cheaper price pretty much anywhere else!!! read more

I am very happy with the service. All staff was welcoming & caring. The place is clean and had lots of stations. I will be coming back and recommend this for everyone. My fiance got his pedicure done by Tara. My fiance like the spa massage chair. The only thing that I would advise to fix is the credit card machine to add a tip amount.
