Very cute designs, but terrible quality. I got my nails done on a Saturday and by Tuesday one of my nails already broke off, just buy grabbing something out of my purse (I didn't even feel it notice it snapped off until I looked at my hands again). Within 2 weeks a total of 4 nails snapped off because of how thin the acrylics were. I literally never break a nail, and all of these ones broke off so easily - grabbing something from my bag, pulling up my pants, getting ice, I honestly feel like glue on nails would have lasted longer. I will say they do beautiful art work, but not worth the $80+ in my experience with how poor the quality of nail was. read more

Got a great gel manicure today! I booked ahead, was called on time, and the manicurist was super sweet. She took her time and my nails turned out perfect - no streaks, super smooth and the color was really pretty. I do wish they had more gel color options. The salon is nice, clean, and well run - they seemed really accommodating of other that came in with special requests. I've been looking for a salon that does dip powder for a reasonable price & where the manicure can last over 3 weeks, and I've found it! Kevin is super meticulous about his work, asking you to double check shape and everything as he goes along. And it really pays off, because my last SNS dip lasted A MONTH before I finally went in for a refresh. Not only did my manicure last, but it looked perfect! Nathan just hooked it up with the best manicure of my life - everything from the shape to the glitter to service was just perfect, and for $60? Wow! I used Yelp to request an appt and provided a couple pictures of what I was looking for; they were able to fit me in the next day. I wanted to like this place more, but I was underwhelmed. I made an appointment for my granddaughter & myself to get mani-pedi's in preparation for our vacation. I don't like false nails for myself, heck, I rarely do anything on my hands at all. But this was a special occasion, and I told them so. But instead of offering to do special designs (like a palm tree) or anything out of the ordinary, they just did a typical pedicure that I could get anywhere. I'll give them kudos that they painted each of my granddaughter's nails a different color, but the technician completely forgot to do my manicure and paint until I reminded her, and even then it felt like she was completely annoyed at having to do so. The nail polish didn't even last a week. On the plus side, I was given a glass of wine to enjoy during my pedicure. There are plenty of other salons that I would happily visit. read more

My daughter and wife frequent this salon as we live nearby in Kirkland, but my daughter had a horrible experience today. She went in for a nail fill and the woman doing her nails was using a drill to cut down her nails when a piece flew into my daughters eye. She didn't even say sorry or apologize in any way. She was extremely rough and was also arguing with her boyfriend on the phone. In terms of Covid guidelines, they take temperatures but you are in tight quarters with a lot of other people in the salon. Some also have their mask off to drink complimentary drinks. The staff is so friendly, I believe Justin and Val did my nails the first time and literally the polish stayed on for so long 3+ weeks, I had to get it redone only because my nails were growing. I think this is an adequate place to get your nails trimmed. They have a neat dog who greeted me when I arrived. The booking was completed in seconds and I got an available chair right away. Did this with the Yelp app. No time wasted with unnecessary chat or questions. All though I was convinced that it is a friendly place. The nail trim I get is for comfort and hygene. Not a fashion and glamour type. Unfortunately they did not quite get the nail that always bothers me.... But overall a fair job was done. Noticeable relaxation from the water and jets. And actually they gain a star for the mechanical chair massage being one of the better ones I have received. I would like to try this again. read more

I usually don't write reviews, and might I add every other time I've been here I've left satisfied however, I went in on Monday and got a fill on my acrylic set. I got a matte red set and at the shop it looked fine, as soon as I got home I noticed that there was bubbling in the matte top coat, it looked like the red gel polish underneath wasn't dry all the way, I was a little dissapointed and thought I could just deal with it but then a couple days later it got worse. I went in today and they gladly "fixed" it on the 2 nails that I noticed it on but unfortunately it seems like the same mistake has occured again. After leaving the shop one nail was bubbling again and the polish ended up peeling again I feel as though they weren't under the light for the gel to harden all the way before the matte top was applied. I've gotten matte nails from here before and they turned out perfect so I was a little dissapointed to have this happen twice on the same set. UPDATE: The manager reached out to me and told me to come back in so that they could fix it and do a different color. Kevin made sure this time that everything dried down, he even went as far as to re-do the same nail 3 times because it wasn't hardening all the way. I got my very first shellac manicure and provided a photo I found online for a custom design. Justin was so friendly and helpful and worked hard to give me exactly what I was looking for. I'm so happy with how my nails turned out! The atmosphere of this salon is also very pleasant. I'm not sure if it was because it was early morning, but there was no overwhelming chemical/acetone smell that you usually get at most nail salons. I just moved to the area and just went out on a whim and got a pedicure at LV nails and spa! When I went in she sanitized my hands immediately and had me sign a COVID-19 release form. After that she led me to the pedicure bowl which were all 6 feet apart from each other and lined! They always should be lined anyway, COVID-19 or not. She gave me the menu and I chose the regular pedicure with paraffin dip, and I got it all for $31! For the paraffin dip, they don't actually dip your hands/feet in like they used to, they scoop it into the bag first. This place is really hygienic and COVID-19 cautious, which I really appreciate! Phan did my nails and she was so detail oriented, I really liked her! I'll probably request her the next time I go because she is so good. And lastly, they have complimentary alcoholic drinks! As an owner, your number one priority is to make sure that your customer is satisfied, your priorities shouldn't be defending your employees negligent actions. You know my nails were messed up and regardless of you giving me a little Diamond Jewels not even real Swarovski crystals on my nails because of a waiting time that I had to endure because my appointment was written down incorrectly by your employee Kevin, means nothing to me. Your three plastic diamonds that fell off do not compare to the treatment that I received while being a customer in your business nor does it compare to me having to be in your business for over 3 hours. Your nail technician who did my pedicure couldn't even do a simple 90s Line Design. Even when I had a picture to show him. The damn diamonds fell off of my nails before I even left the parking lot what about that don't you understand? The quality of my nails were not to par. I have never been to a nail salon and all of my 15 years of getting my nails done, that didn't tell the customer to wash their hands after setting their acrylic or cut their cuticles as a custom before setting acrylic. That's just proper sanitation etiquette. You seem a bit confused about what my comment was in regards to your nail technician having a language barrier. His language barrier has nothing to do with the decision that he made to get frustrated and then to get upset at me because David, wasn't doing something correctly, this should not have been an opportunity for him to get frustrated, instead, this was an opportunity for to ask another employee to do it for me in a polite manner. All because they are speaking a different language it does not change how a person's body language is translated. Them not going to school is a personal choice. Your employees not going to school should not affect their work ethic, because its not about education it's about understanding the customers needs and assessing them. Coming here was a TOTAL MISTAKE. Let me preface this by saying that I've had shellac and acrylics for 2+ years and I've never been so disappointed by the outcome of my service. My request was simple: I wanted shellac applied on my natural nails in a coffin shape. However, a couple of my nails were chipped, so the woman suggested I have acrylic powder applied to strengthen them at $3/finger. I was also told that shaping my nails would be an additional $5. I've never had a salon up-charge me for nail shape, but whatever. By the time I was able to get a good look at my nails, every single one of them was crooked and uneven. I asked the tech to fix one of them and was told they could not be shaped evenly because "my natural nails were damaged and different shapes" lol WHAT? At that point, I was so annoyed that I decided to leave and have them fixed elsewhere. When I went to pay, I expressed my disappointment and Kevin offered to fix them. As I sat back down, the woman came over and started angrily YELLING AT ME for complaining!!! Kevin told her to stop and she eventually walked away, but I was extremely uncomfortable and upset. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because Kevin was able to (somewhat) salvage what was left of my nails. He apologized and gave me a $3 voucher.
