Place is open for take out! My husband is Salvadoran so pupusas are a must every time we get out. Originally wanted to go somewhere else but this place was open instead. They have a lot of different choices for pupusa fillings and they were all very good and very FRESH. We had to wait about 15 minutes, then drive them home for another 15 minutes and they were still very hot. Plantains, rice and beans were authentic in flavor. First time here. We came in at 915 and dined in. We ordered 4 pupusas (one of each flavor) and 2 asada tacos and a guava lemonade drink. The food was amazing. Pupusas and tacos were freshly made from scratch. The temperature they were served was not too hot even tho it was literally just cooked. The cheese was sooooo perfectly melted. We found Lynda!!!!!!!!! So me and my sister have been going to this place since before it was at its new spot (used to be off mission). This is the best pupusaria in SoCal. Lynda is the owner, & the chef. She knows home cooking and is the sweetest person in the world. The pupusas are juicy, crispy and Oooey gooey goodness. The cheese slips out and gets crispy on the flattop and it's just about the best dam thing I've had. You gotta get an OG (loroco and cheese). And then get crazy! Add them black beans, calabaza, and just get down and dirty. The cortido is full of flavor and fresh, it has an amazing bite, and the salsita is simple and yummy...the best part? The chili oil...oh god, my mouth is burning and my nose is running but I can't stop but continue the amazing madness in the mouth. This really is the joint to go to. The customer service was great and the place is okay when it comes to being nearly. Tipped the guy because he separated our orders with my coworker but he messed up.
