The customer service stands out, I've only ever had the same guy serve us which I think might be the owner. He was busy busy but still provided good service. The decor in the restaurant is very cute and there's multiple signs letting you know that good fresh food takes time lol We ordered pupusas revueltas, tamal de pollo, a side order of casamiento, horchata and a coffee. Prices are great! I love the little bread (Madeleine) he gives each customer. I had it with my coffee and it was delicious. Again, I'm a little picky and I LOVED the horchata. The pupusas were delicious and not greasy, which is important to me. It's so hard to find good salvadorean tamales but these are solid! My boyfriend loved the casamiento. There's so many items I want to come back and try like the bistec encebollado, pupusa de queso con Loroco, sopa de res, empanada de leche and pastelito de carne. We've been coming to this place for almost 4 years and have loved every single tome we visit. They have the BEST Salvadoran food I have ever had, I believe they have the best in the inland empire. The service is so friendly and we are regulars, the owners are kind to us and our kiddos. They always have great music playing for ambiance and the quality of food is always 10/10. As a LA native, I'm pretty picky with my pupusas. I tend to drive out to Rialto to get some as they have been the best tasting and least oily I've found so far. Noticed we had this spot close to our home on Friday and decided to go on Saturday since they were already closed by 5PM. The location is basically hidden away in a commercial business area. The inside is small and honestly a little warm for me but I find most Salv locations like to keep their places warm feeling? Simple solution is just take your food back home lol The guy at the cash register was very nice and offered mixing spinach with zucchini when i couldn't pick between the two options. He brought us out some cookies while we waited along side our drinks. I got the ensalada and Jamaica. I preferred the ensalada as it was a little less sweet. I did want their empanadas with custard filling but they didn't have any My husband got the chicharron pupusas and i got the revueltas. I enjoyed both and honestly you can never go wrong with the mixed. To take home we added some zucchini and spinach ones and honestly those were a great add on with the revueltas. I did find their cortido to fuck me up a bit with all the spices, but I'm just sensitive to that sort of stuff so if you have some sensitivity issues with spices beware! The tomato sauce was good, I'm not sure if they have a spicy version but might be needed for some people. Other than that great place, the food wasn't too oily and the service was great. I've been wanting to try this place for a while, so I finally stopped in for lunch. I was greeted and helped right away. Erick was very helpful, welcoming and kind. I ordered a couple of pupusas: revueltas and cilantro con queso. I also got an order of the platanos fritos (fried plantains). Everything is made to order, so I sat down inside and waited. Erick treated me to a madeleine cookie. He also gave me a rubber duck for my jeep! There's several tables and chairs for dining in and a television playing music. The food was still piping hot when I got home. The pupusas were delicious--but my favorite was the revuelta. So much flavor! The salsa roja and curtido were amazing! I ordered to go, to take the food home to my family. 4 x 2 pupusas (chicharron con queso) So a total of 8 pupusas that came with 4 bags of curtido and 4 bags of red salsa, 2 madeleines, 2 duet bites and a few mini lollipops. Total price $32.32 I was told it would take about 20 min to make them, but I think it was even faster. We liked the flavor of the pupusas, not too oily. Would definitely buy again. A handful of people recommended this place to me. They are in the location where "Classy Cafe" used to be if you're familiar with the area. On one of my days off from work, I made my way here for an early lunch. I wanted to try everything, but ended up ordering a couple pupusas. I picked the Revueltas (pork, bean, and cheese) and the Ayote (zucchini and cheese). For my drink, I was informed they had Fresco de Ensalada which I love so I ordered a large one. I also got a couple Empanadas (sweet plantain and you can get either sweet custard or refried beans inside) so my husband could sample them. I got him a bottled soda too. After I placed my order, I was informed it would be about a 15 minute wait as it is made to order. I tried a little of everything when I got home. The pupusas come with homemade curtido (slaw made with cabbage) and salsa roja (red sauce) to top on your pupusas. Everything tasted wonderful and the owners were very welcoming.
