I had ordered cinnamon rolls from here before and they were amazing. I also purchased a couple hot…read morechocolate packets for stocking stuffer and they were good. Today I stopped in and got a breakfast (Farmers) hand pie, an Irish cream coffee, and a white chocolate raspberry scone. I'm so disappointed. The handpie was not even half filled, the very nice young lady nuked it in the microwave to an inch of its life. It was dry, hard as a rock and the small amount of filling was not worth the price. I only ate half as the crust was too hard to bite into. So then still hungry I tried the scone. Even worse. A glutinous blob of no flavor. The size and texture of a hockey puck. I realized too late the the bottom was also burnt. I threw it away. The coffee was ok, but way overly sweet. I wish so bad I could give good stars but I spent $23 and all I got was a mildly ok coffee.

We bought a fresh strawberry pastry for about $8, and 3 Nanaimo bars for about $5 each. We were very disappointed after years of being fans who drive from Seattle looking forward to an old fashioned bakery experience. The young woman who helped us was very nice and friendly.

We stopped here on the way home from BC and it was wonderful. The servings are huge (a small one…read morescoop is actually like 3) and the flavors are so good! I'm pretty boring, so I got mint chocolate chip, but you can combine them and make a unique flavor profile just for you. My friend got butter pecan and coffee chocolate chip, which was pretty amazing. It was friendly, the place was clean, and it was easy to just pop in. It's pretty inexpensive and worth the stop. The store is decently big, and their selection includes not just ice cream but ice cream cakes, tubs to take home, and milkshakes. Pull in, get a treat, and enjoy!

This store is much bigger than the other store in Lynden on Grover Street. There are gallons and gallons of ice cream. You can even get a 5-gallon tub! This location is the place to go to get your Edaleen Dairy ice cream fix. They had many of the same flavors as the Grover store plus a couple new ones. I got the Coffee Almond Fudge at the Grover store and decided to order it here, curious if it would taste the same or if there would be a variation. Nope, it was just as delicious. I knew Edaleen's ice cream was cheap but didn't stocking up and taking it home didn't even occur to me. Until I saw the shopping carts filled with cartons of ice cream. All the Canadians were filling their carts to bring it across the border. Next time I visit, I'm buying a 5-gallon tub, packing it with dry ice and checking it to bring home.

From happy hour to the regular menu, everything has been outstanding every time. Corey and his crew really know how to deliver consistently great dishes and a great experience. The bartender was cheerful and busy, but attentive to our requests. I have been here a handful of times before. My favorite is the French Dip, but there are many things that I have not tried. We shared the tuna sushi appetizer, which enjoyed a great deal. The crispy fried onions gave it a kick of texture and flavor. My wife had the teriyaki chicken bowl, which tasted good, but she wished she had another order of the sushi. I had the miso king salmon *really* hit the spot for me, and it was not overcooked a bit. The miso taste was quite mild. The Brussels sprouts were tasty, and the rice good. The amazing sauce brought it all together. I ate the entire plate, which surprised my wife. Service was very good. Although it was at capacity, and the games were on the TVs at the bar (with volume way down or off), it was not too noisy, so my wife and I could talk easily without shouting. I appreciate the restrooms here. Full closing doors for each commode!
