I must have showed up at the right time. Ordered a cortado from the gentleman who made my coffee as well, and took a seat at the window bar. First sips. Pretty good. Nicely balanced espresso. Mild citrus and floral notes with rich chocolate and brown sugar that lingers on the palate. Medium bitterness, but nice. What a great little spot. BUT then... I finished my coffee and politely asked where I could put my dirty cup, as opposed to leave it where I sat. (Welp... don't expect Dutch Bros-in your face, friendly) I asked the girl behind the counter who was annoyed I bothered her. She pointed and said over there. Which was not very apparent. So I went over in that direction and seen an empty counter. I didn't want to just set it there, so I asked an older gentleman and he nodded and pointed. No words necessary I guess. There was a cart tucked in the corner with an empty bus tub. Nothing points or says please put your dirty stuff here. But I'm going to say that's where they go. Why my question was such a bother was unknown. You guys got good coffee. But your personalities are worse than Eeyore.

I had the pesto scramble last weekend and my friend had the 222. I got that this weekend with cream cheese added to the scrambled eggs. So yummy! My honey got the beef hash and it was delicious (yes i might have encouraged him order so I could try. I give it 5 stars so now i have to go back next weekend Noah and all the staff were wonderful as always. Definitely recommend.

Re-heating and adding more to it every morning. I had to chase the server down and ask for it because she had forgotten to bring it out. Not good. I also had a strawberry milkshake. It tasted like vanilla ice milk and had some strawberry syrup drizzled on it for flavoring. When I stirred it in, the drink became slightly pink and had the slightest hint of strawberry. Not very thick either, but it was thick enough to collapse the super-cheap straws they use. I had to ask for water for my dog four times and when they brought some, it was in a plastic bucket that had been used as an ash tray. There were burn marks and ashes still in it and it reeked of cigarettes. The place has it's good points. Just don't expect much.

I like all the brick inside and the local artwork for sale. It has a cozy feeling and provides indoor and outside seating. Outside seating is always a bonus! I ordered a flavored latte ( tasted like a holiday!) And a breakfast burrito with cheese and egg and bacon. I ate less than half (it would be a perfect size to share) to heat up later. It was really good..eggs were fluffy and I liked that the bacon was alittle crispy. Could have used alittle more bacon but still filling! I stood there for approximately 5-7 minutes without being acknowledged, greeted, or even told that someone would be with me shortly. Finally, I said, "Excuse me, is this still the line to order?" The employee, whose name I believe was Emil (or Amil), very coldly responded, "Yeah, but as you can see, I'm busy," while he was working with one of the coffee machines. I told him that he could have simply said, "Good morning," or acknowledged me. Instead, he shrugged his shoulders and showed no concern whatsoever about how I had been treated. As a woman of color in an environment where everyone else appeared to be white, I found the experience extremely uncomfortable and felt unwelcome. I cannot speak to his intentions, but the way I was treated made me question whether I was being treated differently because of my race. It would have taken two seconds to say, "Good morning, we'll be right with you." Instead, I was ignored for several minutes and then spoken to in a dismissive and unapologetic manner. Customer service and basic courtesy should apply to everyone. Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant first experience, and I will not be returning.

The coffee and food are good, but every visit seems to involve a long wait with very little sense of urgency. The staff always appear busy with their tasks, but the customer service feels lacking. I've been in several times now, and I've yet to be greeted with a smile. It just doesn't feel like a welcoming atmosphere. On my most recent visit, I ordered the classic breakfast bagel and asked if I could pay for extra bacon and have it cooked a little crispier. I was told no because the entire sandwich is toasted together. I was a little surprised there wasn't an effort to find another solution, like crisping the bacon separately before adding it to the sandwich. It seemed like a small request that could have made a big difference in the overall customer experience. I really want this place to succeed because it's such a great addition to the neighborhood, and I'll probably continue to stop by because it's so convenient. I just hope they can improve the customer service and make guests feel a little more valued.

The bagel had cream cheese, cheddar cheese and choice of sausage, bacon or turkey. I had it on an everything bagel, but it tasted like an onion bagel. My fiancé liked his burrito. They are premade & cooked in a microwave. The coffee was good, they have lots of choices of coffee based drinks. It's a brand new place with comfortable tables and chairs outside. Lots of space inside with various seating, 2 seats to family table. The girl taking our order was efficient and it looked like the others in the back enjoyed working there. There is also a drive through option.
