Stopped in after a 3 hour drive from Reno, NV for some drinks and snacks. Great, consistent Starbucks beverages and snacks. Nice to see businesses start to build again. The folks working there are very nice and helpful. Representative of "Phoenix Rising" from an area that had a challenging and fatal past from the fire in 2018. Butte County Strong! read more

Wow! Starbuck is one of the few rebuilt places in devastated of Paradise. We stopped here on the way to Chico. It's nice and clean. The store is open to the public and the bathrooms are open to the public. The staff is friendly and helpful. If I'm in the area I'll return and enjoy the outside seating. read more

Fast even when it's busy, way friendlier than anywhere else, and you can always have any problem fixed. The food is all pre-packaged and not eorth the cost in my opinion, but some people really like it. The interior is really spacious and the coffee shop ambiance is where you'd expect it to be. read more

A bit disappointed at this location, Starbucks tends to get their orders right but this one didn't even try. Got a couple of hot sandwiches asked for well done and the sandwiches came out as if they had been taken out the over before hand. Grilled cheese undercooked not crunchy at all. Paradise is on the map! Nice, new Starbucks is everything you would expect except the internet is very slow. They even have nitro cold brew on tap. I hear the place is very busy but it was pleasant when I visited. Even the sink is the fanciest in town. Another drawback is the blower is so loud that you can hear it in the cafe. While I was visiting, a disabled guy came in to buy a pound of coffee. He was short $3. The barista, Tristan, got $3 out of his car to cover the shortage. Wow. read more

I love our Paradise Starbucks. I go to Starbucks in other areas such as multiple Starbuck's in Chico CA and am addicted to flat whites. But the Paradise Starbucks is the VERY BEST! Their staff is always nice and helpful and they always provide a clean and cheerful atmosphere in their store. I give the Paradise Starbucks a perfect 5 stars and would give many many more if I was given the option to do so. They are the BEST Starbucks in our area! LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!!!! read more

They have been open a couple months now and the service has gone way down hill. When most businesses are out of something they suggest a alternative item. Today it was like can I please have this....no we are out. Okay how about this....no we are out. So I turned around and left. It's 102 degrees out and your out of some of your most basic cold drinks that are highly advertised all over your building with no alternative options. So I guess you don't want my money? read more

Spacious inside with great seating options - many cushy lounge chairs as well as multiple table options for parties ranging from 2 to 10. Standard Starbucks prices (many businesses raise pricing for the ridge, not the case here). Very friendly staff & excited to serve! I went here this morning around 8:30 am. The man working drive through was so pleasant. Rarely am I impressed by someone's greeting in the drive thru but he was on point. My order is easy and had the typical pick me up that keeps me hooked on Starbucks. Stopped again this morning and again the guy in the drive thru was so pleasant. While Starbucks isn't necessarily my favorite coffee, every I go the customer service is really superb. Both times I've visited, we had what I would consider "specialized customer service" from the employees. They were super friendly, eager to help and went above and beyond to make sure they made us happy. Jenna even made us a drink to 'try before we buy' when we were a little nervous about whether we would like it or not. (Salted Caramel Cold Foam Nitro Cold Brew - it was delicious, btw) Very clean parking lot, patio and building. Keep it up, we love stopping by! read more

Today I needed to get a large amount of gift cards for some employees at AHFR. Jess was so kind and caring when I first approached her with what I needed. She was smiling the entire time and had such gave such great customer service through out the transaction. While she was busy helping me another worker, Cory, stepped in to help other customers waiting in line. Now that is some great teamwork. All I can say is if you need to stop in for a gift card, cup of joe, or are looking for a positive study environment this is the place! So greatful for both Jess and Corys patience and kindness today, it made my job much easier. read more

I was a little sad to see Coffees On go, but this Starbucks is a great replacement. It's very clean and the people are very nice. All the smiles and their efficiency is wonderful. There's only one thing that is very annoying. Their internet IS SO slow. It's frustrating if I'm trying to correspond or have to look up something quickly. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences in this Starbucks! They are the busiest coffee shop in Paradise but they're so fast and efficient that you zip through the line in the blink of an eye. The staff is always positive and upbeat and they really get to know their clientele. Today I struggled to order because on a new diagnoses that has forced me to change my diet. I was back and forth asking about ingredients and really being a pill. Janna and Sarah worked together to find me the perfect breakfast. Janna was so kind that she let me sample an item I've never had because it met my dietary restrictions, it was delicious!
