Walked in looking for a pedicure and they immediately asked me to sit in a chair and turned on the water so I was extremely surprised how quick service was! After 40 minutes, I was still just soaking my feet. I was upset that no one said anything about if there was a wait or how long it would be. Just felt ignored. The pedicure itself was just fine! I made an appointment with my regular person and was told she was working that day. Upon arrival I was told she was on vacation and would be back in 2 weeks. In addition I made an appointment for my kids to get their nails painted and a pedicure. Me- I was burned several times with the drill and then put my nails in the nail light and told her my nails were burning and it hurt. Sorry and she moved on. Painful doesn't even begin to describe it. She rushed on my hands and they do not look good at all. Stuff underneath the nails and my entire nail is not painted. For a $50 fill this should have been done right. No hand massage. My daughter getting the mani pedi wasn't even spoken to nor did she smile once. She's 6. $35 for a pedicure that was not worth it. She came over to me to see if she could take the tie separators off. Her person was so busy on her phone. My other daughter got her nails painted and he didn't say anything to her either. Was here a week ago (10.2021) - worst service I've gotten in a long time. I use to love this place! Request Josie all the time she's wonderful. Anyways - come at 6. Online says they close at 9. Getting mani and pedi. Had acrylic on my hands. Told them they could remove my nail color but wanted to do the rest in the mani chair and then she proceeded to do my dip in the pedi chair. I asked her not to and then she told me she has to cuz they closed at 7-730. Mind you it's 6pm during the week last week. So then I was like whatever. Let her go about her business and not even within 10 min later she allowed another FIVE!!! mani pedis to walk through the door and all techs are busy as only 4-5 women are working. So not only did she insist for her to do my nails in the pedi chair - she Drills my cuticle and it is bleeding because she was in a hurry to move on to the next. No longer in a hurry to leave because now she has more business. Fast forward to Saturday my toes were already chipped and so I called and the owner said I could come in this next week due to me being out of town. Here we are today ... walk in and was told my toe polish is NOT guaranteed for even TWO days so I'll have to pay for full pedi and my nails were ALL I mean ALL were lifted on the corners and she said it was my fault and they can't fix all but can fix 4. I spent over $100 here less than a week ago. I would hope that dollar amount would last me more than a week!!!!! Pictures below on the low quality of dip (mani) service. I didn't take pictures of my toes. The lady incharge when the owner isn't there continued to try and argue with me even when I wasn't responding due to me just asking for a better service and for her to make this right- it wasn't going anywhere with her and then she talked negatively to her client about the situation. Very unprofessional. She was also the one who did my dip which was lifting within less than a week. Again - I used to brag about this being my favorite place but the quality nail service + customer service in the last two years has gone down hill a lot. Sad to say I won't be going back. read more

I've been to lynns a few times and they haven't disappointed me yet. My bridesmaid and I went there to get our nails done for my wedding we were attended to right away. They actually did our manicure and pedicures at the same time and it didn't take too long. I asked for a design that I saw on Pinterest for my nails and the technician was honest that she wasn't sure if she could do it. I let her know that was fine and to find something similar that she could do. She did and my nails look so great. They have a wide variety of colors and always have a great special going on. Remember to pay in cash because that can save you a buck or two. This time around it saved me 3. Thank you Lynns for doing such a great job. I am obsessed with my nails and ready for my wedding day! My best friend and I went in today for a pedicure. The guy doing mine was extremely rough on my toes. He was actually digging into my skin, and there was nothing there! He made me bleed!! I flinched and yelled out that it hurt and he looked up at me and shook his head. I looked at my friend and couldn't believe he just did that. This guys name was Peter. I didn't tip him anything!! My friends experience wasn't any better. Her paint job was rushed and the lady she had never smiled, never looked at her or tried to talk to her. The lady walked away after painting her toes and didn't come back. My friend didn't get a ticket to pay with and wasn't sure if she was done. When we went to pay, the lady grabbed the tickets, said thanks, never smiled and didn't even look at us and she walked away. We will NOT be going here again!!! I've been a regular here for like 2 years and I always bring my friends and family here too but Thursday May 9, I was here with my mom so she can get her eyebrows waxed for mothers day. The lady who waxed my moms eyebrows was rushing through the whole process. She didn't consult with her about how she wanted them done, if she just needed a cleaning or if she wanted to get them shaped. She just walked in said hi and then just started waxing wayyy too fast and then proceeded to DROP WAX IN HER HAIR. The lady's response after she noticed was "oh sorry just wash it out with water when you get home". Personally I think that was very unprofessional of her and I will honestly stop recommending this place to all of my friends and family. read more

I had a very strange experience here as pedicures go, of which I've had many over the years at various locations throughout the US. When we came into the parlor they had only presented 2 pedicure options at the desk (taped to the counter) but on our way out I noticed there was a small board with other, cheaper pedi options at the far end of the waiting area toward the salon but behind you when facing the employee at the desk. You would never see it until leaving or it's brought to your attention, if seen at all. My chair came apart while sitting there as it filled and I was doused quite a bit by the spout from within the bowl (up toward my face and clothing). It took a minute before someone came to help despite both my friend and I trying to get someone's attention. Then my chair's massage feature wasn't working, the chair wouldn't even turn on. I looked behind me to see if it wasn't plugged in and noticed quite a bit of water around and sitting under the cords. Staff messed with the plug and threw towels down and the chair came back on. I was at this point a bit nervous. They assured me I wouldn't be in danger of electrocution or shock as the electric components were above where the water was on the floor. But it stopped working with the spraying so...I was concerned. The actual service seemed okay but nothing extraordinary, massage was supposed to be for 20 minutes (which was the up charge feature we wanted) but it wasn't that long and was just long soft strokes, not at all a leg massage. It actually was more uncomfortable than anything, but I hated to complain after the whole chair breaking fiasco so I endured. Nails look fine, just a normal polish pedicure, nothing extraordinary. Positives: Great color selection, ventilation, large space and salon layout. Employee greeting incoming clients was very upbeat with a positive attitude. He is the reason they get 2 stars, it would be 1 if it wasn't for him. We had made an appointment and got right in upon arrival. I may go back another time to see if this first time visit was a fluke, but I was a quite disappointed as a first time appointment. read more

I don't recommend this business for waxing services. First of all, the pillow and the couch you lie on looks unsanitary. Secondly, the person who did the waxing today completed the task in 2 minutes without making sure that she did clean the eyebrows and without using any cooling, cleansing gel. We considered it a fluke cause we had never had bad service. So this year we thought we'd try again. We went back and waited over 45 minutes to do our toes but they were done well. I am actually in the chair right now and never been so disappointed in customer service or quality. The lady that did mine spent less than 5 minutes from start to finish, she didn't file them, or remove all the polish and slopped some paint and didn't even rub the lotion in. Absolutely horrible. Dip manicure - sat with fingers in acetone for 45 minutes until my fingers burned. Finally got service - had my fingers jerked, hands slapped, no conversation, and the worst manicure I've ever had. My thumb is so thick with dip, it's ridiculous. Parts of my nails aren't even covered. When I asked if he was going to file the thumb, he gouged the skin so deep it bled. My family of seven members along with a well known public figure scheduled manicures and pedicures which included tips, shellacs, etc. I requested a tangerine color for my toes and nails. The attendant applied a different color to my hands without advising me they could not match the toe color with my hands because it was a shellac. As a result, she had to remove the color. I subsequently selected a color which left streaks in the color applied to my nails. I requested another coat be applied to hopefully address the discoloration. The employee advised I selected a light color (orange/tangerine) as opposed to a darker color that would not leave streaks. This concept does not make any sense. Why have light colors as part of the pallet selection, if they are defective. Also, the attendant did not submerge my nails in soap water prior to trimming. Instead, she sprayed disinfectant on the nails while I was getting a pedicure and began cutting my cuticles. I informed the attendant my nails were not clean before applying the shellac. She used a cotton swab with solution and wiped the edges of my nails without affording me the benefit of a complete manicure. Secondly, a separate attendant completed my pedicure. The polish I selected was clumpy and as a result, it was not evenly applied. I asked her to apply a third coat to try and correct the unevenness of the polish. As a result, several hours later my toe polish was still not dry and the polish was ruined. My daughter received a pedicure and her toenail were cut unevenly. She also complained her heels were dry because no type of moisturizer was applied to her feet after the exfoliate. I advised the public figure/ family member who paid in advance for all family member's mani/pedicure totaling over $350 regarding the poor service provided. Lynn's Nails offers the worst customer service. If customers desires assembly line, mass production service, and poor training in nail care, then , it is Lynn's Nails. Never again! read more

Lein does an AMAZING job. I'm never disappointed with her work. The other workers there are not even comparable. I've tried a couple different girls while she was out of town and they were HORRIBLE. Thank god for Lein as she deals with my crazy shape/design requests and creates flawless nails every single time. I've never had one pop off or anything. Shellac/polish never peels up. I do not recommend Lynn's nails as a whole as I've seen other girls use dirty tools. I'm here to recommend Lein and Lein only. There are some good people at the salon and some that don't do such a great job. My biggest issue with the salon is that there seems to be no communication between the receptionist and the owner who sits at the first chair. I made an appointment with my regular manicurist, only to get there and find out she was on vacation. The same thing also happened to my sister a few days ago. Even though some of the people here may do a good job, I am looking for another salon that can honor my appointments. I get powder dip, which lasts much longer for me than shellac. Loved this place! I took my 3 nieces (all under the age of 5) and my grandma into Lynn's around 1:30 today (Monday) to get manicures. They had enough room and staff that all of them were able to get their nails done at the same time. I normally warn people when I am bringing 3 little girls in but I totally spaced it today and they were extremely accommodating. They were so sweet to the little ones who insisted on having their nails painted all different colors, and they also added a flower for each of them and didn't charge me. It only cost me $5-7 for each girl and my grandma's manicure was $15. Best Christmas gift ever for all of us. They all had so much fun! Lynn's was also extremely clean and remodeled. It was so great. My daughter and I had been going to this place for years. Our last visit, however, was terrible. The gentlemen who did her nails messed up the design as he was applying it then proceeded to argue that it was how it was intended which was with a big crease in the middle of the design. He agreed to fix it, but he wanted my daughter to sit at a dirty station, he didn't change the towel out from the previous customer, and the customer left her drink garbage which to my understanding drinks were not allowed because of the pandemic! Pretty sure that is health code violations. Definitely will not be returning. They have now lost repeat customers. Forgot to mention that the "corrected" design was not even put centered on the nails and still has the corner bent on one of them. Very disappointed. read more

Twice I've gone to this salon with my 14 year old daughter and had terrible customer service from the owner. He is the one who actually did my daughter's nails both times.
