I've been here for brunch a few times now, and they have been consistently great. All of the servers are friendly and knowledgeable. I'm writing to follow up regarding a very disappointing dining experience my party and I had during our visit to your Palm City location last night (Saturday). We have been loyal patrons at your Jupiter, West Palm, Boca, and Palm Beach Gardens restaurants and have consistently enjoyed outstanding service, professionalism, and hospitality. Unfortunately, our first time experience in your Palm City location was the complete opposite and fell well below the standard your brand represents. When we inquired about what appeared to be an unposted upcharge on our drinks, we were not confrontational -- we were simply looking for clarification. Instead of addressing the concern with courtesy and professionalism, the manager responded in a dismissive and uninterested manner that made us feel as though our business did not matter. As a business owner myself, I would never allow a customer to leave feeling unheard or unappreciated. Situations like this are exactly where leadership and customer care should be most evident. The lack of accountability and basic hospitality we encountered was extremely disappointing and left us with a very bad impression of the restaurant. Because of this interaction, I will never return to the Palm City location. I also plan to share my experience with colleagues, family and friends, as it was that far outside the level of service I expect from an establishment with your brand's reputation. I felt it was important to bring this directly to your attention, as this experience does not reflect the positive reputation you've built at your other restaurants. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the importance of professionalism, communication, and respect with your management team. Food is excellent, can't miss! This could be part of the new location but the tables for two along the back wall are way too small and way too close to the couple next to you. Why restaurants seat you at the smallest table continues to baffle me. Other Lynora locations will box your leftovers but this location (again maybe cause new?) dumps the leftover container on your table and walks away. It's the little touches that matter the most. Again, hopefully this is only because they are new but time will tell. read more

My family and I spent my 42nd birthday celebration here. I loved everything. Five stars. Service was excellent. Decor and ambiance was really well done. The food was beyond delicious. Meatball & Martini Monday is one of my absolute favorite reasons to come to Lynora's! The meatballs are always perfectly seasoned, and the martinis are delish. The ambiance is exceptional--warm, modern, and perfect for lingering over dinner. Indoor/ outdoor seating is wonderfully comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy. All the servers here are great, and the manages are usually walking around making sure everything is perfect. Parking can be a bit tricky, especially during the dinner rush, so plan ahead. The pasta's are fantastic! The pizza was incredible, the best I've ever had in Florida! The only complaint I have is that the music to too loud, maybe if the management just could have the music adjusted to a lower volume people can hear each others conversations. The service was ok. We have eaten at both the Clematis and Tequesta locations and are big fans. We ate at the Palm City location last night for the second time and were pretty disappointed. We ordered calamari, which was excellent, but both are entrees were substandard. My husband ordered the carbonara which was extremely dry and I ordered the parpardelle with meatballs, which had a distinct taste of freezer burn. We brought home an order of carbonara and asked our server to add a little extra sauce. When we got home and opened it for our granddaughter it was even drier than the one at the restaurant. Such a shame since the location is beautiful and a great job was done with the entire strip center. read more

The food was delicious and I noticed (while picking up my food) that the place looked very "happening" (definitely needed in this area!) My only hang up...disappointed that you don't get bread with the meal? (An upsell?!) nor a basic salad? For the prices you are paying, that should be a standard. As long time fans of Lynora's we were excited when we found out they were putting one by our house we were moving back into. The location is beautiful. And while in the beginning they had to work out some kinks, now everything is just as amazing as the other locations. We are also excited to be a short golf cart drive away. The servers and food have been great. Gunner we appreciate the birthday enthusiasm from you and the staff for ours son's birthday. Also, the manager Dave is a huge asset at this location. Went in for late lunch/ early dinner and ordered hamburger and fries and margarita pizza. Hamburger was excellent!! Pizza left a lot to be desired. Managers apologized, and offered replacement at no charge, in addition to a slice of strawberry cake. Professional, caring staff and management were appreciated. We have been to Lynora's restaurant many times and have always been very happy. Even though the pizza wasn't as good as usual, the managers made sure the experience was great. We had reservations outside for which we are so grateful- walking into the main dining room on Saturday night was way too loud. Nice waiter, but took quite a while to get wine and water was room temp - no ice? Then no bread. Give me a break - Italian restaurant and you charge $5 for bread / but don't even mention or offer it. Calamari was ok, tasted a bit overcooked and skimpy on the sauce. I ordered the special for the night, short rib lasagnes and that was very tasty but would have liked more sauce and the offer of some bread. My husband ordered the veal Marsala. Well servers arrived with 3 dinners, and dropped them off and left without even thinking/ gee 4 at the table maybe something is missing, or acknowledging me and telling me they'd go check. No, we had to flag down our waiter and my dinner did quickly arrive. But not reasonable service. While we waited I tried my husband's veal and first bite I knew he would not be happy as it was not pounded properly and was somewhat tough. Sauce didn't have enough Marsala flavor either. Pasta cook nicely aldente. Prices were ok but cork fee of $25 was quite high. Especially when we had a long wait for waiter to find a corkscrew and open the bottles. Will not rush back. And certainly not unless it is warm enough to sit outside. read more

Christoper is a stand-out amongst servers. He had a sense of humor and he was an excellent communicator. He went above and beyond to guide us through the menu and to tell us all about Lenora's so that we would have a great experience. When we come back, I will ask for him again. He really made the meal special. Let's start with the focaccia appetizer. It was served with a huge pile of light hot focaccia slices. They were served with four generous slices of prosciutto as well as two mountains of cheese. We were a table of four and we couldn't even finish it. Frankly, I could've made a meal out of it. It was a great starter and a really fair price. Our table ordered the linguine with clams, pappadel with shrimp, the short ribs and the fettuccine carbonara. Everything was cooked to perfection with the exception of the carbonara, which may have been sitting under the heat lamps for a little too long because it came out mushy. To to his credit, our server asked if he could replace it. Since everyone at my table was already 3/4 of the way through their meal I opted not to wait for another meal to come out and I just planned on finishing my husband's meal. A few minutes later, the waiter came back with a hot basket of bread and two more giant vats of dipping deliciousness to keep me happy while everybody else around me was eating what they had ordered. I hadn't asked for it and was really touched that he cared enough to bring that out to me. He won my heart in that moment and I knew I would be back over and over again. Everyone else at the table said their meal was excellent and so five stars for the food and five stars for the service. The surprise highlight was the lemoncello cake That Chris brought for me as an apology. It was a pillow of lemon deliciousness. We all left very happy. I'm so over the top with happiness that we finally a found a great fun tasty restaurant my birthday ! Lynora's was everything you could want and more! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the most beautiful young ladies that were the hostess, such gorgeous smiles, kindness . The place is packed. It was on 4:50 lol ,but the team work was everything you could have asked for. Mathew was our server. Let me tell you he was a riot. For him to put up with 4 old ladies who were all talking at one lol , I mean he was so funny, knew the menu, gave us the best suggestions, even with all our madness he got all our orders correct. Javion was a runner and he also was just the sweetest on point Got us what ever we wanted , He's going to school to be a family lawyer and he will be the best! Ok to the food, we had the Caesar salad, was nice and cold crisp romaine, dressing was full of flavor . I could've just eaten the salad and I would've been happy with the fresh bread that came with a beautiful olive oil spiced dipping sauce for dinner. We had the snapper that came with fresh asparagus, and carrots that were cooked al dente which were perfect and a beautiful sauce and two huge shrimp. We also got the carbonara that was beautifully presented an availability sauce with lots of crisp, pancetta and pepper, black pepper. Everything was to die for we shared the entrées because there was so much we couldn't move and then we had the velvet lemon cheesecake and the Zeppoli's that were so delicious and inside was a nice custard inside !,, if your party of 6 more they accept reservations, otherwise grab yourself a drink and patience because it's so worth the weight if you come before five the weight isn't long at all, but we can't wait to go back thank you, Matthew and Jacob and all the staff there you couldn't have been more kind helpful patient with us. You guys really are a great team. The chefs are doing an excellent job. I can't say enough of the service. Everything was perfect. Oh the one thing I was totally disappointed and what brought us to the restaurant was the cheese wheel we thought they made the pasta at the table and the cheese wheel, but I still don't understand. This place is busy all the time. No reservations for 2 people so you just have to wait your turn. We finally got in last week. First the positives; The menu is great and the service was also excellent. They have a happy hour every day with 1/2 priced drinks so that may help explain why it is always so busy. We just were not impressed with the food. There are much better alternatives for Italian food (Pape & Sale, La Forchetta, Platto Divino) but the others do not have a liquor license. I wonder how they got a license when the others were unable ? read more
