Most vehicles are previously totaled and somehow retained a clear title. My Silverado I bought there has severe frame damage. I payed almost $34000 for a totaled vehicle. Body shop stopped the estimate at $29000 worth of damage because it was beyond totaled. We had a settlement for them to buy it back which the dealership backed out of. Arbitration is mandatory in the contract. They refuse to respond. RUN! Do not buy from here. I will be posting anywhere i can find about this. Its just not right.

It should've not even been on the lot for sale like this and I have two kids driving in it) Then in April wouldn't start right battery light flashing etc towed it in, there was a misfire in the engine, It didn't even have the correct spark plugs on it. Air conditioner didn't work,paint peeled off all around the windshield I could've gotten a better shape vehicle for a couple thousand dollars less at some generic car lot. And of course , the garbage warranty that was over $3000 didn't cover anything, (cost $200 to tell me it doesn't cover anything) They probably just paid somebody to clean it up and put it on the lot because if they would've inspected it, they would've saw that there was something majorly wrong with the steering wheel rack thing they would've seen that it didn't even have the right spark plugs in it. I still don't know what's wrong with the brakes but sure have coughed up at least $6000 trying to fix it and the transmission is even worse now! Now it's not only jerking when shifting, but it's slipping and the brakes still grind and squeaking on and off. Daniel in service is great. Always in contact calls back tries to do whatever he can do in his power to help you out but unfortunately the investment company that this place is because that's what it is, all they care about is money. They don't care if the vehicle is dangerous, they'll still smile in your face and lie and tell you it's a great vehicle and if you get into an accident or somebody gets killed, they don't care they still get paid. All this stuff happened in four months the brakes and the transmission started within the first week and second week. I purchased it. now I'm sitting here azzed out of like $16,000 and a broken car. Oh and when I had to get it towed in and get the steering thing replaced, the interior of my driver door got scraped and ripped in two different places. It's leather. I was told that they would fix it and it never was fixed, and never called me back.

The second opinion (plus pictures) proved that Pure Honda lies to their customers. I had more that 25% life on the rear and they checked the front too. Go anywhere else, but not here. The oil has been overdue for several months now. Don't want any further issues or any for that matter. Maria informed me that they are about two weeks out on getting appointments for an oil change. I had a schedule for two weeks out at 11 AM on a Friday. I parked my car when I arrived in a lot adjacent to the service area. The woman at the front desk told me to pull in the service garage. Guess they don't do that here. There is a cool Shelby for sale for $165k. It looks amazing. Iris waited on me at the first desk. $72 is quite reasonable for an oil change, tire rotation and break check. Takes about an hour and a half. At the lounge before 11AM. I am number 82, will call me on the monitor when I am done. They even sent me a text message in case I need to communicate back to the service department at all. They are closed at 1PM due to the Woodward dream cruise today. My car was done in less than 40 minutes. Not too bad. Service was good from beginning to end. Payment was easy as well at the cashier.
