Then when you dispute the charge on your credit card (which doesn't give you the same one year warranty Bellaire Appliance claims to give), they will not refund the full amount paid to them. Suddenly there is a "service charge" imposed that is NOWHERE stated on the website. If you want your money stolen, by all means use them but if you want an honest company who stands behind their ability to fix appliances and actually fix the appliance, they ARE NOT the company you want to do business with!

He finishes in 5 - 10 minutes which is SO convenient if you use your kitchen knives frequently. Sharpening a cleaver, two 8-inch, and one 10-inch chef's knives cost $25, which in my experience is excellent value given how quickly they were sharpened. The knives were sharpened enough to cut paper smoothly, and cut very small shreds of paper. I have one complaint, and it's not minor. My once serrated knife is now sharp (not as much as the other two) but no longer serrated. Lesson, don't sharpen serrated knives (I should have known better).
