I got a second opinion from Veteran's heating and cooling and it turned out to be the compressor contactor that welded itself in the ON position which I had mentioned to the Integrity technician already. After replacing the contactor etc. the system is working fine again despite its age. I cannot recommend Integrity due to this experience.

The third visit the repair guy was here almost 3 hours and told us not to run it over the weekend (the recent hot one) and then turn it on. The issue was condensation which had been addressed at the other 2 visits, but obviously wasn't fixed. We turned the air on as instructed and only heat came out -- no cold air. Reminder: the hottest week we've had in Oceanside 2026. Second day turned it on and we had cold air, it worked for 6 hrs and then it began accumulating water in the pan as before and wasn't draining. We cleaned up water, turned unit off and called WECare no one could help us and we were transferred to numbers that had no answer or voice mail which was full. We now wont' be serviced until Oct. This is not acceptable and we want service NOW with this ongoing problem.
