Most companies came in hot, trying to upsell me on extra equipment or pressure me to "act fast" before the newer, more expensive coolant regulations kick in. But Paul? Different breed. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was the only person who actually went up into the attic to assess our current setup, coils, furnace, ducts, insulation, the whole nine. Everyone else just rattled off prices and tried to sell me a whole new system. Paul took the time to actually look at what we had and said, "You don't need new insulation or ductwork. This is some of the best I've seen." That right there? Integrity. Steve came out to evaluate the situation and new air conditioners were needed . Steve recommended the AC Pro X Series variable speed slim line system replacement in a 3 ton and 4 ton since I had 2 units . Steve had his crew out here right away to haul away all my old furnace equipment and installation of all new equipment and thermostats . Everyone was professional and courteous and did a great job with the install . We are very satisfied with the performance of the new units and our home is much more comfortable and cools off amazing compared to our old units and these units are very quiet which is a huge plus .
