Wow! We are so glad we went here! We were visiting up from the Valley, and wanted to eat at a local place. While it's a short drive out of Show Low, it is more than worth it! We tried the 'Sweet Heat' burger! Not only was this thing huge, it tasted just as good! Jalapeño bacon, onion rings, pepper Jack cheese, and bbq sauce! Awesome combination! We loved the atmosphere here! Everyone working here worked super hard, and took super good care of us. Jason came out and talked to us and made sure all was ok! We appreciated the personal touch. I giving Sandi's 5 stars because the pizza was as good as it gets. The dough was good but not as pictured on this site. We had their name sake combo and a pepperoni pie. Sandi's is out of town (Show Low) and close to White Mountain Lake, which I did not expect when we headed for the restaurant. It is a small clean unique place with lots of locals dining there and picking up to go orders. There are no draft beers but plenty of canned and bottled beers. Also soda's come in the can with a glass of ice. If you want to go for a drive and have some pretty good pizza, this is the place. read more

Just ordered carry out for 6. The burgers were a real hit, everyone loved theirs! Yummy mushroom burger. One gal was astounded her burger was a actually rare, as she ordered it! Hidden secret!!! We have parents/grandparents living in the area and looked for a place to eat. This popped up, but we didn't know if it really existed. It did, and was great!!! Nice selection of beer and great pizza / meals. Our whole group was happy and the price was much better than driving to Show Low. I have been here a few times. The pizza is barely edible for me. The staff is very friendly, attractive bartenders with spunky personalities. Thats about where it ends. I feel bad for giving this establishment such low review, I just cant eat their pizzas or anything else except their beefy sandwich. So in summary the low review is for the food, not the ambiance or the staff. Im sure it's a great hangout for the locals after work. we stumbled upon this little gem. quaint little pizza house with a nice menu. The pizza was very much homemade which was great. Crust was gooey and crunchy on the edges. Found this little gem of a restaurant after reading Facebook posts. So glad we did! First visit was about 2 months ago and we've already gone back 3 more times. The food is delicious and as we understand it both the flour (for the dough) and the sauce are imported from Italy. We've met owner Sandi, chef Jason and server Tobie and have enjoyed visiting with all three. It's nice to have this restaurant in our small community and to see it consistently busy. What a surprise to find this place. The pizza was great! We are on vacation from Phoenix and would place this on the top. The home made pesto was very flavorful. The pizza was made to order including thin or thick crust. The thin crust crisp and the thick was perfect. Everything was fresh and homemade. When we arrived they were unexpectedly slammed. Had to call in extra help. We still had excellent service and food in a timely manner. Loved it!! read more

Red house is my go to place after a long drive to the mountains from Phoenix. Holly is always welcoming and ready with a cold beer. Pizza takes a while to be served but worth the wait, the Red House pizza crust is really good. read more

We had a great lunch here today. The pizza was delicious, and the fish fry was nicely battered cod fillets with good fries and cole slaw. It is a little bit of a drive, but the area is fun to see, and well worth it for the food and service. read more

Originally planned to go to a well known pizza spot, but when we arrived, sooo many were not wearing masks, so left. Googled pizza spot and Sandi's Hideaway came up and they had amazing reviews! We love leaving great reviews for places, but unfortunately, the truth of it is that our experience at Sandi's was not good. We had a 40 minute drive from Pinetop to get to Sandi's and were really looking forward to it, since the reviews indicated that the pizza was great. We called 18 times from 6:26pm to 6:54 pm on our drive over on a Friday night, but it seemed the phone was kept off the hook, because there was a constant busy signal. It never rang. We wanted to order our pizza ahead and pick it up when we got there. It was busy when we arrived, but not busy enough to keep the phone off the hook. It never rang while we were there, so it seems strange. Anyway, we ordered a pizza to go w/Ricotta and Pepperoni. We were told it would be about 25 mins. It was ready at about that time, but it only had Ricotta on it and no pepperoni! The lady at the counter who took our order admitted that she typed it in wrong and the cook toasted some pepperonis and set it on top of our already cooked pizza. The pizza was just ok. We thought it would have mozzarella cheese and we were just adding ricotta and pepperoni, but I guess if you don't specify mozzarella as well, it will only come with sauce. The whole experience was disappointing and not worth the drive. Hopefully customer service improves. We were given a card for a free pizza next time. We will give the card to our friends who live here as we were just visiting from out of town. Hopefully they enjoy the drive and the free pizza. read more

I love this places pizza! The only reason it has 4 stars instead of 5 is because they messed up our order. We ordered two pizzas and they only made one. We then had to wait 20 minutes for the other pizza and the first one became cold. read more

Disappointing to say the least. 6 of us were there the other night. When we arrived there were 6 other diners seated. After 45 minutes 2 of us got their dinner. Which was good although the fish have shrunk to fish nuggets. When I complained to the owner she offered to bring us more. 2 more fish dinners arrived with raw fish. The last 2 of our party were served shortly after that, at over an hour since we arrived. There were 3 people working. read more
