Fried jalapeños appetizer is delicious
Brian N.

If I could leave 2.5, I would. Over the years, it just seems to be falling down the ranks. Freddy is always amazing, but the food quality, and nickel and dining for salsa charges are reducing my chances of coming back significantly. Last time I got "carnitas" tacos... Smelled weird, and very dry. There are better Mexican food options around town.

Honey is the best, most hospitable person I have met in all of Franklin. She goes above and beyond in every way!

Honey is the best, most hospitable person! Everyone at Tito's goes above and beyond everyday. They're so consistent, have the best service, and make you feel at home! Drinks are amazing, you can't go wrong with any food option, just excellent overall. Honey is simply the best manager at any place in all over Franklin. Ask for her when you come here and you will be ensured to have the best experience! Freddy is good too I guess

Texas Chimichanga
Alex B.

My family and I went to Titos in Spring Hill and recommended this location. Friendly staff and excellent customer service! This place was busy and hopping for a weeknight. We enjoyed their authentic chips and salsa. I enjoyed the Texas chimichanga while my family each enjoyed the Chimichanga, Southwest Quesadilla, and Fajita Taco Salad. Everything was delicious and will return on another trip.

Dinner

This was a take out order. Very good quality, hot and tasty. I understand why this location was packed with customers!

Vallarta Especial with steak
Dawn H.

After a 12 hour day of meetings I decided to grab dinner from Tito's. It was a bit confusing when I walked in where I should place my Togo order but an employee directed me to the correct area. The tables are close together and it was a busy night so I had to squeeze between people. After placing my order I took a seat at the bar to get a much needed margarita. The bartenders were friendly and my drink was strong. A few regulars were sitting next to me at the bar and I loved seeing them interact with the staff. My food took about 25 minutes, but again it was very busy the night I went. I ordered the Vallarta especial burrito with steak. It's 2 burritos covered in cheese, sour cream and guac. Served with rice and beans. The steak was cooked and seasoned very well. There were more peppers and onions than steak inside the burrito. The rice was really good but I wasn't a fan of the refried beans. The portion was huge for the price and I will be back to try other menu items.

Chicken fajita quesadilla

Hostess was friendly and welcoming. Our waiter was attentive and efficient. The chicken fajita quesadilla was very filing and enough to share, and had great flavor. Complimentary chips and salsa were top notch. The house margarita was also excellent. Patio seating was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. This is in a great area and we can't wait to come back.

Margarita Flight

This is a step above the regular hole in a wall Mexican in regards to seating (lots of seating), pricing (slightly more expensive) and vibe/cleanliness (think bougier). Great location to where we were staying, however the drinks and food did not impress. We went right when they opened on a Saturday so you'd think being some of the first customers we'd have pretty good service... well think again. Our waiter was not super friendly and wasn't really paying attention to our drink orders, as 1/2 of them were wrong. Several of us ordered margarita flights and I think he only got 1 right. He got salt/no salt/spicy salt wrong on most of the margaritas and a couple flavors wrong. A little confused why this happened as he was writing everything down... The food was just ok. Chips could have been salted a bit more. Queso was very runny... so much that we were joking about just drinking it. The rice was kind of dry/hard and not warm. The steak quesadilla had plenty of meat in it, but it was uneven with cheese and very generic tasting. It's seemed most of what the table got was lacking flavor or should I say a "spark" making you walk away saying DAMN, THAT WAS GOOD. It was definitely a bummer. Maybe it was an off day for the place but our waiter was really the only we interacted with and we weren't impressed or really made to feel welcome. He did get our separate bills correct, so I'll give him that. So I will be passing on dining here again and if it is a chain (not sure if it is or not) I'm not jumping on trying it in a different location. Hope others have had a better experience here and that maybe it was just an off day for me and my crew.

A la cart Enchiladas Verde & Chile Relleno! Camarones a la Diabla in the background with a margarita pitcher!

Always a good time at Tito's! It was a busy week night but we got a seat. Our serve Omar was fantastic! Pitchers of Margaritas were great! Chori Queso, chips and salsa are consistently good! Bummed that we asked for the picante salsa (hotter one) and charged for it. It's still salsa and odd for a Mexican restaurant. Fajitas were great and so were the rice and beans. A bit salty though so you might want to ask for a little less salt if your worried about that. Someone at our table had the Camarones Diablo, and they were spicy. Those that liked spice, enjoyed them! Plus cheese Chile Relleno was good and enchilada! All in all: consistently good, a little salty, bummed about salsa charges & great service!

Street tacos
Jamie H.

If you're looking for a great Mexican restaurant with a neighborhood feel, this is the place! We're always greeted warmly & absolutely love to sit outside on the covered patio. Despite being on a busy street, the road noise is always minimal. The food comes out fast, hot & flavorful. Our go-to dishes are the white queso dip, street tacos & the burritos. Love that we can try out margarita flights & enjoy their new wine choices.

Dig in!

You better be hungry if you're planning to eat at Titos. They can lay out a good spread, and they're not looking out for your spread. You'll have to loosen your belt a notch or two when all is said and done, and you'll feel like fat Elvis when you leave the building. Now that we've established the portions on the plate it's time we talk about taste. The flavors are just as grandiose. Well seasoned and varied avenues to explore with the palate. Savory morsels of meat dance on the tongue, assisted by delectable sauces, of which our neighbors to the south (not Alabama south, the other south) are famous for. In layman's term, the food is darn good! My date for the evening was my beautiful granddaughter Hope. She being skilled with all things social media, was able to secure us a place on the waiting list before we left the house. When we got to the restaurant, we only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. I strongly urge you to do the same as the place gets super busy, especially on Saturday night. Hope ordered her usual standby chicken fajitas, while I opted for the Vallarta Especial, and especial it was. A steak burrito with onions and peppers covered in a white cheese sauce. And let's not forget to "say hello to its little friend" (I know, a Cuban reference, but I couldn't resist) you actually get two of these beauties. Hope could hardly put a dent in her fajitas, but luckily for her, a box appeared almost by magic to transport her lunch and dinner for the next day. Back in the day we would call the box a doggie bag. I can assure you that nary a canines tooth will touch a bit of that chicken. Hope loves her fajitas. No doggie box for me. I polished off my meal post haste, and boy, was it ever good! Hope was telling me that when we get to Titos, we have to ask for their special house salsa. Their normal salsa is good and refreshing, but the house salsa is da bomb. She wasn't kidding. The bomb it was. An explosion of spice, heat, and some cilantro to cool it down a bit. Asking for it I guess, kind of puts it in the category of a secret menu item. The refugees from the western States would liken it to "In and Out Burger", who is well known for its secret menu items. And if you've never heard, seen, or been to an In and Out, let me give you a clue to how good it is. If you think the lines at Chic-fil-A are long, you ain't seen nothin' yet. In and Out puts those lines to shame. Don't believe me? Come out to California and pay a visit. I'll buy you a Double Double. Quick Tip: Instead of my usual quick tip, I'm going to give you a piece of trivia. Where do you think the Caesar Salad was created? You're probably thinking Rome, Germania, or some far flung province of the Roman Empire? Well, not even close. It was invented in Tijuana Mexico at Ceasars Bar and Grill. A hole in the wall restaurant that I would frequent as a kid. My buddies and I would go there to drink beer cause the drinking age was only 18. Us being 16 and 15 at the time made no difference to Caesar. Hey a peso is a peso.

Perfect after a long day at work! The margarita was delish and so was the seafood taco.

Sat at the bar and service was fast. Had seafood taco and Tito's margarita. Nice! Tito 's in Berry Farms

The restaurant was busy, but our experience started poorly. The host (ginger) seated us at a table that had not been cleaned. Dirty dishes, spilled food, rice on the table and seats, and a dirty floor were all still there. When I pointed this out, he told us to sit down anyway because someone would clean it in a minute. When I asked if he was going to clean it, he said only the bussing staff could do that. We waited 5-6 minutes while the table was haphazardly cleaned. Unfortunately, the process was rushed, with food simply brushed onto the floor before the table received a quick wipe-down. It was not the level of cleanliness or professionalism we expected. After looking over the menu, we decided the restaurant was not for us and politely told the host they could give our table to someone else. His response came across as sarcastic rather than courteous. He is a business risk to Garcia's. First impressions matter, and Garcia's missed the mark. Cleanliness, hospitality, and professionalism should never be compromised, regardless of how busy a restaurant may be. Based on this experience, we won't be returning, and we believe there are many better Mexican restaurant options in Franklin. Never again!

The veggies were cooked well and not raw like I've had at other restaurants. The corn tortillas tasted like they might be house made and fresh. I also appreciated the salsa bar. The restaurant itself was clean and well decorated. However, the women's bathroom had a bottle of soap that was 95% water and didn't leave my hands feeling very clean. The hand dryer was also unplugged and there were no hand towels. What really brings my review down is the service. The service was definitely subpar. Our waitress was also the bartender and paid more attention to the people at the bar than our table. She didn't check on us throughout our meal, and only refilled my water once when she brought our food out. When we were done, we didn't know if they'd bring a bill to us or if we were suppose to go to the front desk, as she never said anything to us. Every single staff in the restaurant was on their personal phones, leaving the restaurant to take personal calls, and fraternizing more than working. We also witnessed several food safety violations including our waitress sticking her hands in her pants in the back to tuck her shirt, and another waitress playing with her hair excessively, all without washing their hands before interacting with customers again. While good food, I don't know that I'll go back given the experience we had with the staff. I really question cleanliness when behaviors like that are happening in front of customers.

The corn tacos felt and tasted like they were home made which is another huge plus. The only negative about our experience was the service. Our waitress was totally absent and only came to check on us once during our meal. We both sat there with empty drinks and it was the only downside to an otherwise great experience. Another weird thing, the staff were trying to get a specific song to play and kept skipping songs for like 5 minutes straight. Every few skips, they'd run out of songs so we'd have to listen to ads which really threw the vibe off.
