If you need anything done to your BMW, M Tech Autocare is the place to go! If you are trying to decide where to bring your vehicle, do not look further! This is the place to go! If you are looking for an oil change, compression test, engine work, etc. do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here. I stumbled across MTech Autocare on Instagram as I was trying to diagnose a misfire issue with my BMW M4. I am unfortunately quite busy and did not have time to be able to go up to the shop beforehand, and took the gamble of flat bedding my vehicle to M Tech Autocare. I always tread with caution when looking for shops, but I had a feeling that this place was something special. There is a reason why they have as high ratings as they do, they are incredible! M Tech Autocare is easily one of the most trustworthy and professional mechanic shops I've ever been to. The second I had the pleasure to talk on the phone with Ejmin, I knew my car was in good hands. He called me with updates, and whenever I had a question they were super quick to reply. Ejmin also gave me an estimated time my vehicle would be ready, and had it done before I could even come plan to pick it up. They give very reasonable estimates and stick to their word. As many of the other reviews say, I can confirm, Ejmin and team are in the business to help you get your car back on the road and running like brand new. Their transparency and integrity are rare qualities in the auto repair industry, and I am so pleased to have found this shop. I can say this now, this will forever be my go to shop for anything I need done to my M4. I have already recommended them to my family and friends as I know they will be taken care of by their incredible work. They are upfront, honestly, reliable, and do not try to upsell you or push any unnecessary repairs. They ensure it is done right the first time around. Ejmin and Irvin are the best mechanics I've ever dealt with. Honest, trustworthy, friendly guys who know everything about BMWs. Was bringing my 340 here and now bring my M3 and family cars. I always ask them if my car needs certain work and they regularly say no, it's fine. Total opposite of how mechanics usually work. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else

I took my BMW M6 in for a clutch replacement on the DCT transmission after being turned down at numerous shops. They quoted me a very fair price, they were able to do the work in a reasonable amount of time and they remained friendly and professional throughout the whole ordeal! They sent me pictures of the car while they did the work and explained all the steps to me. All in all, I always felt like I was in good hands and the car feels better than ever before! read more

Took my BMW to M Tech Autocare after getting a huge estimate from the dealership. Ejmin (BMW master technician) took care of everything for me with less than half of what the dealership was asking in a timely manner. Great service and diagnostic skills. I own a 2013 3 series that is coming off warranty and no long have free dealer maintenance. I, like many, worried about the high maintenance cost of BMWs. By far the best BMW mechanic in the glendale/burbank area. Ejmin not only explains to you the problem in terms that a normal person can understand but at a reasonable price. Ive taken my Z4 to him for full brake swap (rotors pads sensors), hes done my suspension, and my convertibles wiring harness. Finally found an honest mechanic who does clean work with fair prices. The shop and equipment are new. Ejmin, the owner and mechanic, who is very friendly, has completed BMW STEP training and is certified and specializes in BMW but he knows cars from top to bottom. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem with the injector and get my car running great again. Don't go to a stealership who will rob you and not even do the work correctly! Please do yourself a favor and visit Ejmin with anything automotive related whether it is maintenance or repairs. read more

Brought a Bimmer I've been fixing up in to get the engine running. Car was cranking over, but not starting. I told EJ I wanted the car to run and that before the car stopped turning over, it was having problems. Apparently, his interpretation of getting a car to run is letting it run poorly for like five minutes before the car idles so low the engine dies. The funniest thing is my bill actually says "Test drove vehicle. The vehicle drives as design." I guess a guy who claims to work on BMWs believes the 1993 BMW 318is model is supposed to idle lowly to death. He charged me $514 to put in a new crankshaft position sensor and remove an aftermarket alarm system. He didn't even call me to say how much it would cost to do the work. He just called me four days later saying he fixed the problem and it would cost me $514. Considering replacing a crankshaft position sensor is a $230 job according to YourMechanic.com and the labor for removing the alarm system was $115 for the hour (that's a high rate), the cost should have been under $400. I was told the place gives free estimates, but I never got one. I actually got a "labor to diagnose" charge on my bill. I paid because he told me that the car was misfiring from the spark plugs having oil on them so I replaced the spark plugs, valve cover gasket, and o-rings. The next day the car started smoking up like crazy and won't go over 20 mph. The gasket and seals are obviously not the issue. Called up EJ to explain I was upset about the situation, but he explained to me the only thing I can do is throw more money his way to fix the ACTUAL problem with the car. I don't know how EJ has a perfect 5 star rating on Yelp. Maybe its from friends and family, but I can guarantee, he does not offer 5 star service. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau. read more

I had an amazing customer service experience. The manager EJ helped me out tremendously. He actually cares. Gave me a lift to the car rental. Offered coffee and food. I was stranded and he gave me the best affordable price. I own a 2013 328 i BMW . Don't get your oil change from those drive threw quick oil shops if you own a BMW, they'll mess your car!!! read more

One of the best Mechanic shops around, Bmw certified technician Ejmin works on all cars by himself, he is very picky on what type of product he uses to fix your car. His prices are all reasonable from labor to parts. Your one stop mechanic shop. He worked on my car like if it was his own, washed off all the dirty oils, and gave me a complimentary oil change. Brought my car in a year ago and he changed the battery and reprogrammed the smg for a very good price. Came back to get a checkup on my car and he didn't it in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this mechanic shop. I recently got overcharged by my old mechanic and now Edjmin is my new mechanic because he does the job with a fair price. I brought my 2002 325i to EJ to find out why it was using oil approximately 1 qt every 1000 mi . Not good he has repaired my car for other issues in the past and has done a great job . Any other shop could and would tell me that i needed a engine rebuild he found that all i needed was a crankcase vent valve he gave me a great price and was done in a day and a half . He also serviced some parts and changed some vacuum lines while he had the valve out and did not charge me for the extra parts or labor . the car runs fantastic he was spot on what the problem was . THIS GUY KNOWS HIS BMW 's signed happy. read more

I have a 328i BMW 2007, EJ has been working on it off an on for awhile. EJ is the hardest working, very fair labor pricing and backs up everything he does. I am retired Vet and senior and will never go to any other shop. I went to 3 in the past and was racked over the coals. They over charged for parts and labor and invented things to be done that didn't need it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND IF YOU GO TO ANYONE OTHER GET PRICING AND GUARANTEES AND THEN GO TO EJ, YOU WILL SEE WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT AND A LOT OF OTHERS. read more

Not a bmw owner, but gave it a try and took my jaguar ftype to this mechanic shop for a break change, absolute stunning work, couldn't have asked for a better work, 5 star, yes 5 star. Dont have any more words to describe how good and professional the workers are. I called ahead to confirm if they could make time and we agreed on a date/time that worked. Upon arrival, the shop was jam packed with tons of cars. Feeling a bit worried that my check up would take forever, they quoted me about 1.5hrs to do the standard checks including brakes, tires, fluids, and oil change and it actually ended only taking 1 hour! Very thankful that they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and take care of my car efficiently with friendly service! They've won me over and I'll definitely come back again in a few months for the next service date. What's also great is there are a lot of pretty decent spots to eat and even a few nice bakeries too while you wait for your car to get serviced. Highly recommend giving them your business!

I seriously can't recommend this shop enough. They've done warranty work, full tune up, and so much more on my car, and every experience has been amazing. The quality of work is top tier, their prices are extremely fair, and they're some of the few mechanics out there that genuinely are not greedy. You can tell they actually care about helping people instead of just making money off them. What stood out to me the most is how much they care about the cars they work on. They treat your car like it's their own paying attention to every detail, making sure everything is done right, and never rushing the job. My car came back running perfect and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. This is the only shop I trust now for any maintenance, upgrades, warranty work, or insurance repairs. Emjin at M Tech Autocare is the absolutely the number one person to go to if you need honest, reliable, and quality care. He is very personable and respectful. I've been looking for a good mechanic since I have moved to the area. I went in to get my e46 serviced here as it was leaking oil. I discussed my concerns, and Emjin was able to get me taken care of within the day (leaking valve cover gasket). He kept me updated throughout the whole process. I've dealt with many mechanics, including dealers as well for my past cars, and it can be difficult finding the right person to trust. But, with M tech, they exceeded my expectations of professionalism and honesty. I am very pleased with how business was conducted. I will be a returning customer for all my servicing needs.. M Tech Auto Care saved me from a $2,000 bill at my local BMW dealership. At first, what I thought was just a new battery replacement turned into the need for a new starter. I couldn't believe the prices that my local BMW dealership quoted me. The work done on my car was spot-on, battery programed correctly, not to mention, a good deal on a genuine BMW OEM starter for half of what the dealership was trying to sell it to me for. What could have been a crushing blow to my pocket book became a manageable fix. My BMW 135i Cobb tuned has never ran better,and I have Ejmin and the folks at M Tech Auto Care to thank for that. I have been coming to this place since 2020 when I bought my bmw m3 ..They have taken such great care of me and my car . Never overpriced, there work fast and have your car done right . I have gotten my Rod bearing done here, throttle actuators, oil changes when I need them brake flush... even had h them install my ohilins road track coilovers on my e93 m3 and it rides and runs great if your looking for a place to get your bmw done this is the place EJ is the man read more

It's always hard to take your Baby to a NEW place to get work done on her, but EJ earned my confidence and trust on my first visit. I told him what I needed and he gave me different ranges to choose from, not just the highest $$ amount. The service center is spotless. I received a drive train malfunction notification on my f80 while driving. I took it to Mtech and they discovered the dealer had put 5 spark plugs for a B58 engine and only 1 spark plug for an S55 engine when I took it to get serviced from them. After getting the car back it runs like brand new. Lesson learned, I couldn't be happier with the service and will be using Mtech for all my M3 needs from now on. read more

Changed my .valve cover gasket .oil filter housing gasket .engine drive belt tensioer With a very reasonable price. Have a bmw!!
