I went there because I needed new brakes pads and rotors for my pick up truck. As soon as I pulled out of the shop, The new brakes make a TERRIBLE LOUD EAR SPLITTING noise EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO A STOP!! It's incredibly embarrassing, and I've even brought the truck back there MULTIPLE times! The first couple times they said there was nothing wrong with it but finally they admitted that it was probably defected parts and gave me new brake pads. Guess what that's didn't help at all the noise might be even louder now than ever. I literally get a headache when I drive in the city and it's stop and go traffic. The worst part about this is paid $1,400 for these brakes, rotors and a brake fluid flush. I'm not sure what to do at this point, IM VERY UNHAPPY and WILL NOT be coming back to this shop! Mind you that I've lost multiple days of work when I have to drop the truck off, take an Uber home ($40 each way) and I also don't have a truck to get any work done those days and it's happened multiple days. Still have this issue. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I have a very nice 2017 Ford F-150, and paid TOP DOLLAR to make it sounds like a subway train. That's how loud it is! Smh ‍ read more

From the start of me walking into Hogan tire, I felt like nothing but an inconvenience to the staff. I specifically told them before I even brought the car in, to guys need to call the mechanical bypass line to work on the car. They chose not to call the day of, after I specifically told them again about the situation and handed them the pamphlet with the phone number. The work took longer than was told and then went to take a test drive without me when I again specifically asked to go so I could hear the car and the new muffler and exhaust that were put on. The 2 very unprofessional staff members literally were unbelievably rude and gave me silent treatment after THEIR errors. How did they make up for it? 17 dollar discount for labor! Seriously? Another person I know had tire work done. They put 3 of the 5 lugnuts back on. Hogan tire can't even get wheels and tires right. Stay far away! Bullshit! I asked you to call. Why would I have brought you the number to call? You said I have to start at least 2 times so I'll call them. You're a liar! You guys didn't give a damn. Everyone will know about your nonsense. You knew the mechanism was in the car. You chose not to call. There is a 5 minute timer on the device. It was down to 17 seconds. You messed up. I'm not coming back. I will continue to shame your name and the fact you got defensive and lied about your services tells more about your company than you know. Well done! read more

My car had a nail in the tire. They were gonna charge me for new tires because they couldn't take it out. They claimed it was slowly leaking. My TPMS light isn't even on. Nail turned out to be bent and half a inch, which didn't even penetrate my tires. Also measured my tires and it turns out that I have a good 2 more years worth of driving before I need new tires. Do these guys know what they're doing??? What kind of donkeys can't remove a nail from a tire!!! They were gonna charge me $700 to change two tires!!!! I spent $0 removing with pliers and no leaking--tested it with soapy water--nothing, no bubbles came out from the air pressure because the nail didn't penetrate the tire. Rip offs. Took my vehicle in for 4 tires and an alignment. Received a text the next morning that the vehicle required a myriad of parts totaling thousands of dollars. I questioned the diagnosis, having replaced most of the parts mentioned in the report as having "excessive play" so the rep tells me to with drive down so I can see the play on a lift with my own eyes. I get there 15 mins later and they tell me they don't have any lifts that can lift my 4800lb truck. I take the truck home and test for play myself and find nothing reported by Hogan employees. Next I take the truck to a outside shop who confirms no play in the parts indicated. The following Monday I am contacted by an individual identifying himself as the shop manager who offers to have his master tech take a look the same day. So I take the truck in and the tech confirms the previous 2 diagnosis that the parts initially mentioned by Hogan are in perfect working condition but there is another part that does have play and needs replacing. The tech appears to be knowledgeable and shows me the play on a lift in the failed part and the lack of play in the parts initially indicated as needing replacing. Next the manager offers to replace the blown parts for the cost of the parts and will align the vehicle for free. I think, great there is good in this world, they are making things right for me! So I follow up a couple days later, now the manager is no longer at Hogan and our handshake deal will not be honored. I will never do business with Hogan tire in Natick again and will offer this warning to any and everyone who mentions their name. They would have gladly replaced thousands of dollars of parts that were fine and left the blown part in the truck and sent me on my way. Awful experience all around, I would rate zero stars if it were an option. Stay away! read more

Hogan tire was great. Had a screw in my tire and they were able to take me right away even though most dealerships were closed or told me I could schedule an appt for 5 days from now. This morning my 86 year old mom was on her way to drive to the library. Upon turning on the ignition with no success, she realized her battery was most likely dead, and called AAA to confirm, which they did. Upon learning this, she called me and was just beside herself with worry that she wouldn't be able to visit her beloved library. Adding to the situation, I had a very important meeting scheduled in the early afternoon, however seeing my mom so distraught was more important than making my meeting, so I called our local Hogan Tire (Natick), and was greeted by Manager Ray Hanley. I explained our dilemma, and he immediately invited us to come in for service to replace my mom's car battery, and that they could help her immediately. Luckily, we live extremely close, and arrived at Hogan in minutes. Ray had instructed my mom to park right out front, which she did ( I followed in my car). We walked in and he greeted us with a big smile, and assured us we would be taken care of promptly. True to his word, we were all set in under 15 minutes. It means the world to me that the folks at Hogan are always there to help you and yours in a kind and timely fashion. My mom was so relieved and happy that she could carry on with her day. Seeing my mom calm and smiling again due to Hogan's help truly made my day, and I am so very grateful. Additionally, I was able to make my meeting in perfect time. This was not the first time Hogan has "saved my bacon", and it probably will not be the last. Kudos to Ray Hanley and his staff...you are truly the very best!! read more

I needed a new set of tires recently, and found the tires I wanted were less expensive here than other places. Also had a full synthetic oil change for less. So go for the prices and you'll find these guys really care about their customers. I made an appointment for a Saturday, and since I don't have another car, went a couple doors down for breakfast while waiting. They have a nice waiting room too, and can also get you to/from home easily if you need it. read more

I first went here to get a tire rotation and balancing done. I had an excellent time and the pricing was fair. The facility is easily accessed off the side of the road and the interior has a nice atmosphere. There is a small waiting room with magazines, coffee, and television if you choose to wait. There is also a cafe about 300 feet away if you want to grab a bite to eat. What really makes this place shine is their employees. Every employee treated me nicely; they all paid attention to me and none of them were rude. I had a problem with them recently but they refunded my money and objectively explained how they were correct while not blaming me in the process. Most people would argue or get angry at you for asking for a refund but these guys acted very professional. I'm impressed. If you want good customer service, a nice facility experience, and fair prices I would recommend these guys. read more

Awesome place! Made an appointment to have some slow leaks fixed on my snow tires/wheels (the alloy wheels are corroded because they're only used in winter), and when I came back to pick up the car, the manager had figured out that they had mounted the wheels 3 months earlier and decided to warranty the fix just because they had mounted them. Also, the place is very clean and sunny and has a nice separate waiting room. Highly recommended -- one of the best service experiences I've had in many years! read more

Went there to repair a leaking tire. They didn't lie and tell me that I need all new tires right away. Get the pre paid card, its a good deal. Great place to do oil changes. There are a bunch of tire places in Natick, I'm definitely buying my next set of tires here. The last repair had a technical issue with one of the parts (it failed after installation) and they stood behind the repair and made it right--- even made it easy with a rental car while the repair occurred. They stood behind the repair and made the car "right" and made no excuses--- and the people working at this location really do care to do things right. In my opinion, these guys are as good as it gets when it comes to any kind of car service center. I've bought many tires here and have had to call on them for short-notice emergency situations, too. They have always come through. Friendly, professional, fair pricing and they know what they're doing. Peter, who specializes in alignments, was really helpful in outlining some alignment issues and detailing the remedies on my older vehicle.
