    Egg Drop Soup
    Darshil S.

The food was amazing the soup was slightly under seasoned but still was nice and hot. The noodles were excellent the veggies could be cut a little smaller and the broccoli could be steamed a bit longer, but the dish was delicious. The service was friendly and the place is kept well cleaned. It is a nice and quiet place good if you wanna talk over lunch or dinner without loud music. Will be eating here again.

When you call ahead, you do not need to wait. Black noodles called, 'Jjajangmeon' which is noodle with lots of seafood on the top. 'Tangsuyuk' taste different from other places. You should try these two!

3rd time here and never disappointed. Great quality food plus wonderful and sweet customer service.

I stopped into this little spot with a craving for some quick Chinese. I didn't expect too much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had the veggie lunch plate, which came with an egg roll. The veggie plate was pretty darn good. The veggies seemed fresher than most small places like this. The water chestnuts were soooo good. And then there was the egg roll. I mean, an egg roll is pretty simple. Fried, filled with tasty treats. Not too much can be said, right? I wouldn't suggest you drive the 30 miles to get there, but if you find yourself in the hopping city of Allen stop by and try this egg roll, and you'll know. The atmosphere is quite modest, but I like that. Nice paintings on the walls. Clean floors, clean tables. Always a plus. The best part of the place? The staff, who I'm assuming are the owners. We chatted a bit and she liked when I used some Chinese and told her I had stayed in Hong Kong once (where she's from). Very nice folks. AND, I didn't make the minimum for a credit card purchase, but she (with a bit of hesitancy) went ahead and let me anyway. Very nice.

Excellent service despite having no reason to, since we ordered through a qr code located on the tables. I don't write about customer service unless it was genuinely something that was worth telling people. He gave us a good rundown of the situation of the restaurant and provided an in-depth explanation of the menu for my first time there. He gave us plenty of options to choose from and explained what consisted in each of the dishes. Which helped us ultimately make our choices and I enjoyed every single dish. The interior was well decorated with modern/futuristic reflective aesthetics. A great touch that made me love it even more was the dimming bags put over the spotlights adorned around the ceiling to help cut down on glare and make it a bit more comfortable to enjoy the atmosphere. The mixed vegetable salad was a very pleasant blend of sweet, savory, and Sichuan spice. I originally was going for the cucumber but I was interested in more variety and opted to try more of what they had to offer. It still hit as a refreshing appetizer to complement our other dishes. 9/10 The black pepper noodles were actually amazing with how it balanced out a lot of strong, potentially overwhelming flavors. The black pepper was perfectly seasoning the fiery stir fried bell pepper and noodles. The beef played a great supporting role to elevate the dish without making it all about itself. 8.5/10 The Number 1 rice noodles in soup was powerful without being indulgent. The flavors hit hot and hard but still savory and tastefully diverse. Jin recommended it as the noodles have a very pleasant chew and had a diverse plating with bok choy, pickled mustard, and an egg to top it off. 8.5/10 Overall I enjoyed this place completely and will 100% return when I come back to Texas.

Chicken was so dry I ditched it and charged me $5 for shredded vegetables, no rice. Look how awesome $5 worth of veggies (or should I say shredded cabbage) is. Really people ...rice costs you nothing to add to the order. Never again! I wouldn't feed this to my dog. Person on the phone hung up on me when I complained and blamed Uber.. $25 down the drain. GROSS! AND I'm expensing this so it's not even my money! Unfortunately, I reviewed them on Uber Eats prior to me eating. I wanted to give my delivery person a good review. BTW... I also asked for utensils and hot sauce.., didn't get ‍. So just keep blaming the delivery service. Never had an issue with any other Chinese place on Uber Eats. The food court had better food than this dump! That's odd that it's always the delivery services fault. DO BETTER FOR THE NEXT DELIVERY CUSTOMER!!!!

We ordered four of the dishes that were listed as popular, but unfortunately, they were just okay. In my opinion, traditional Lao and Thai dishes do not usually contain large amounts of red onion, yet three out of the four dishes we ordered were loaded with them. The onions overpowered the flavors and took away from the overall enjoyment of the food. I'm sorry to give only 2 stars, but I have to be honest about our experience. On the positive side, the staff were excellent--friendly, attentive, and provided great service. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a comfortable family-style restaurant feel.

The platter comes with a generous bowl of papaya salad dressed in a salty, tangy sauce, along with fried chicken wings, fried pork, fish cake, hard-boiled egg, Asian noodles, fried pork rinds, and raw cabbage. I enjoyed getting a taste of everything, though I do wish the cabbage had been cooked (maybe stir-fried) instead of raw. The Thai tea boba was also excellent--rich, creamy, and full of strong Thai tea flavor, with perfectly chewy boba. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back!

Anyways, food comes out quickly and our server was nice....though we tried calling out to five people to get us a plate and no one seemed to hear us? Ok on the actual food now. Their chili oil is fantastic, I can't recommend it enough with your dishes. Dumplings were soft, and the filling was good. We ordered these beef slices and I would not recommend personally, it left a very bitter aftertaste in our mouth. For the mains, the biang biang noodles were excellent. Very springy, soft and packed with spice. The sesame chicken was decent but I felt that the chicken pieces were too big making it hard to eat. The kung pao chicken was also good, very salty and savory but nothing extraordinary. I understand that they have to close their kitchen but they were fully mopping their floors next to us towards the end which I wasn't a fan of us. I think overall it's a decent spot but I was expecting more.

The culinary experience was so over the top, I don't even know where to begin. IT.WAS.THAT.GREAT. It all started upon entering this smaller restaurant that has a peaceful ambiance, as we were cheerfully greeted by Jeanne, who knew we were arriving as our friend had called ahead. Snce we arrived a little early, and our friend was en route, we decided to try the scallion pancakes, with the Chengdu spicy dumplings and sesame bread which was enthusiastically recommended by Jeanne. The appetizers arrived and we all enjoyed them. The dumplings arrived in a spicy broth-like elixir that complemented the soft pillowy pockets of seasoned pork. The scallion pancakes were mediocre at best, but the sesame bread was amazing!! It had the perfect texture and savory flavor that was enjoyed by all. For our entrees, we ordered two dishes of the Stir Fried Shrimp with Yibin Chili and asparagus (extremely delicious), a spicy Clay Pot Fish, Beef and Napa Cabbage with spicy chili sauce (incredible spicy flavor!), Hot and Spicy Chicken (chunks of deep fried chicken, yum!!), Combination Fried Rice, and an order of the sauteed snow pea leaves. Everything arrived fresh and freshly prepared. Every entree we chose was exceptional! Our iced teas and ice waters were always refilled, and boy were we stuffed!
