Chicken and vegetables in brown garlic very good
    Guy H.

I love it when the unplanned works out. We had started out driving north, the opposite direction in search of a salad. A quick perusal of Yelp showed our potential destination closed....oops. A quick exit of the freeway and turn back south,I racked my brain for alternatives as I drove. I thought I remembered marking a Chinese restaurant in this area awhile back. So, I headed this way. As luck has it there are several Chinese restaurants in the area so I choose,East Wall. As we enter,a very loud and happy greeting is belted out from behind the bar. It worked. I felt welcome and settled in for what I hoped to be a good dinner. The place was empty which is a warning flag for me. However,it was a strange afternoon hour between lunch and dinner so I chalked it up to that . The menu is extensive in both Chinese and English. They also have a photographic menu to help if you need it. Service was swift and helpful with knowledgeable recommendations with a few prompt. I would definitely return but wish it was closer to my home for pick up. The food is a measure above with excellent flavors and no unessessary sauces. Just well prepared food Go!

    Dungeness Crab Fried Rice

I'd say this place is decent Chinese. I mainly come here for the Dungeness Crab Fried Rice, which is my favorite, but they don't always have it, so it's best to call ahead. I've tried some of their other dishes such as the Chinese veggies and roasted duck, and I liked those. Some items on the menu lean more toward American Chinese, so I usually skip those. From what I've had, I'd say the food is decent overall, but there are other places where I've found dishes I like more. This place is usually empty, even at dinner time, although I've noticed many people tend to get takeout instead. If you're looking for a quiet dinner where you can actually have a conversation with the person across from you, it's not a bad place to eat in. I can honestly say I eat at the location about 90% of the time, especially when I bring a friend with me.

Arrived for dim sum when it opened at 11AM & it was pretty steady with larger parties, so service was a bit slow. It is not cart service & the menu has limited but standard dim sum items. Food was good & flavorful; only improvement is to cook the egg tart more to even out the crust & bottom. - Shrimp dumpling (not pictured) - Shrimp shu mai - Beef & onion dumpling - Chinese broccoli - Phoenix shrimp ball (not offered at a lot of restaurants): chewy texture - Dungeness crab fried rice: bit salty but yummy - Egg tart: disappointed it was not Portuguese style - Black sesame bun (haven't seen this on other menus) No leftovers!

Had DoorDash delivery. I had the beef with fried rice, but it was just so-so compared to other places I tried. Did not care for the crab Rangoon with cream cheese. Egg Rolls were just ok.

My family and I were craving some Cantonese Chinese food family style. We decided to finally try this spot and we are soo damn happy about it! The sweet noodle man greeted us so enthusiastically as well as the servers. The place wasn't too busy on a Saturday at 630pm and the restaurant was super roomy and clean! We wanted to try a little of everything so we got the crab fried rice, soup dumplings, water spinach, handmade braised pork noodles, honey walnut shrimp, salt and pepper shrimp. Then we tried the dim sum stuff too lol we got shumai, bbq pork buns, sticky rice, salted egg custard. So when I say we got a lot of food for just three of us I meant it.. Everything was delicious!! Best damn water spinach, salted egg custard bun, & hand pulled noodles I've ever had. The buns for the bbq pork buns and salted egg custard buns is amazing, so sweet and fluffy. They know how to make some damn good buns. The crab in the fried rice was so fresh and full of meat, I love my crab guts so the shell still had a great amount! The soup dumplings was juicy and full of meat. Literally you can't go wrong with any of these items, we loved it all! Will be back hopefully soon!

Let's start off on a good note - the Walnut Shrimp was perfect, Strings Beans wonderfully seasoned, Beef and Pork were extremely tender. I didn't care for the Scallion Pancakes and the Fried Tofu lacked flavor. We enjoyed the servers as they were helpful guiding us through the menu and recommending dishes. They didn't have Cheese Shrimp nor Lobster when we came on a Tuesday evening.

Holy cow!!!!! What an experience. I LOVE hand pulled noodles. And I got to see the chef making them, dancing and even got a hug and a pic. The food was INCREDIBLE. And the staff so welcoming and kind. Even the tea was great! (loose leaf REAL tea). I found my new fave spot!!

    Medium dry BBQ claypot rice

Tasty Cantonese restaurant nestled in a strip mall. We love their steamed chicken. It may not sound like much but it is extremely juicy with the gelatinous fat still on the chicken. Paired with the ginger scallion sauce makes for an amazing bite. They are also know for their claypot rice which is rare to find in DFW. It's done well with all the Chinese sausage, pork belly, bok choy, and sweet soy sauce. The rice gets really crispy if you let it cook a little while. Comes in two sizes but the small is enough for two people. We also really enjoy the water spinach. It tastes so fresh and fragrant. It's a simple veggie stir-fried with garlic but it tastes so good. Highly recommend this place for some authentic Cantonese food.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the guy making handmade noodles. Once we put in our order, they called us to watch him make our handmade noodles. The 2 of us had the following food: green beans (very tasty) chili wonton ton ( my favorite!) the spice had a hint of sweetness before the chili hit and that's not common in other places. Rice noodle combo no shrimp, the fried flavor in it was on point. Soup dumplings were ok, not a fan if being in aluminum, aluminum adds to the flavor. Then the handmade braised pork belly noodles, definitely a Thai dish. The hubby enjoyed it. We will definitely come back!

Craving Peking Duck? THIS is the place to come! Genuine Hong Kong master chef in the house (check behind the counter for a pic of him with Chuck Norris) Back to the Peking Duck: Very tasty, skin is perfectly crispy, and the portion is generous. Other restaurants don't seem to give you all the available duck meat. You can also choose from baos or pancakes because everyone likes their Peking Duck differently. You can also get a second portion with your Peking Duck, and I very much recommend the stir fry noodles. This alone is a big deal because lots of places only offer duck soup as the second entree. East Wall also has a new chef as of recently making amazing hand pulled noodles made fresh every day. You can watch him work his magic with the dough before enjoying his creation. We had the braised beef noodle soup and it was incredible. Soup taste was on point. Tender beef. Soft noodles with a tad of elasticity.

Was recommended this restaurant from friends. Really great Chinese cuisine! Service was great, when you order noodles you can watch the chef hand pull them and the noodles were amazing! My favorite dishes were the soup dumplings and wok stir fry noodles! Will definitely return!

Favorite chinese food in Plano!!! Dim sum is delicious and always top notch quality, not to mention available every day of the week. Service is prompt and friendly! The atmosphere of the restaurant is chill and laid back, great place for family to gather and share the BEST food! Then there is Charlie. The Man. The Myth. THE LEGEND! The greatest hand pulled noodle dishes this side of the Great Wall! The man has a cult following for a reason! We've followed him across the metroplex for his culinary delights, smile, and noodle dance! My daughter loves watching him make his signature dishes and Charlie makes them WELL with a show! Easily our go to place for great chinese food.

Chinese beef noodle soup with Hand pulled noodles
    Jun G.

I can't rave enough about this place. I've been eating here for years and the food is consistently good and Friendly service. The Smoky Noodle is probably my favorite because of its unique taste. I don't think there is another place in DFW that makes these noodles taste like this. What they do while stir frying the noodles is run the noodles on the side of the wok creating this heavy smoke and results in the noodle having a smoky taste and smell with flavor pack aroma which will hook you for life. The hand pulled noodles is new here but the noodle puller is a very seasoned person who has been on TV shows in the past for his noodle pulling skills! I ordered the Chinese beef noodle soup with the pulled noodles and I can tell you that the soup based and beef is excellent. They must have simmered that stock for a long time! Also ordered the Peking duck and I don't know how I missed this for years but their duck is one of the best in DFW and this is a big surprise for me!

The Singapore noodles had this wonderful curry flavor that I absolutely loved, and the combo fried rice was just as satisfying. We also ordered the Peking duck (P1 on the menu). It was good, though not quite as flavorful on its own as we'd hoped. That said, once you load it up with the hoisin, cucumber, and spring onions, it all comes together beautifully. The bao buns that came with it were soft and delicious, honestly a highlight. We also sipped on hot jasmine tea throughout, which was the perfect, refreshing complement to the whole meal.
