She didn't do any highlights and when I sat in front of the mirror after washing my hair was brown with blonde blotches. After being there for 4hours they tried to fix it by stripping my hair and adding literally 6 highlights on top. My hair is still brown with an orange tint. I cannot emphasize how terrible my experience was and how they tried to downplay it. They offered to "fix" it if I wanted to go back in (for hours) but you can see from the pictures what a "fix" looks like. I've never posted a negative review on here until today. I cannot emphasize how terrible the overall experience was and still told that I had to pay.

When my friends towel accidentally fell off her head onto the floor, she asked if she could have a new one and the person didn't seem to understand why she was asking for a new towel. The floor was visibly dirty with other people's strands of hair since they hadn't swept before us.
