I spilled coffee on the table next to my MacBook Pro. Not realizing my laptop sucked it up, I went about my day and didn't discover the damage until much later, when it didn't turn on. While Bodhi managed to get it to turn on again, he offered to do a Spring Clean, which basically saved my laptop. He discovered the coffee had crept deep inside and had begun to corrode. So the whole mess was cleaned up and months later, haven't had a single issue. And, needless to say, don't put coffee anywhere near my laptop. They saved the day big time. Mac Daddy gave new life to my desktop Mac! Brought it in, because half the screen was messing up, all snowy and lines like a TV not on a channel. And the DVD player would not accept DVD's and just spit it back out, or not play it. Very frustrating! The screen needed a replacement part. I'm 82 and defintely no nerd. I was informed that 3G cell phones would no longer be usable after Dec 31st, so I had to get a 4G. I was unable to open (unscrew) the bottom panel of my Desktop Mac - as the teeny-tiny screw that held the memory in there was badly "stripped" (from work down many years ago). Excellent! I've gotten two different MacBooks fixed by them. Both times the service was superquick, they were totally helpful, the price was right, and they followed up to make sure that things were still working well after the fact. The Mac store at the mall tried to tell me they couldn't fix my MacBooks because they were more than five years old and tried to sell me a new computer. I cracked my Iphone 7 plus screen getting ready for school in the morning by dropping it on the tile in the bathroom. it was completely shattered. i took my phone here before Noon and they replaced and repaired the screen fully by the end of the day! The two gentlemen working there, Bodhi and Sky, were very friendly, easy to work with and efficient. my phone is now literally good as new.
